We had a great tour of the place with Bill and loved the space, amenities. The area is hard to beat and even when visiting with a cubs game going on, the building its self was calm on the inside.

Everyone at this place is very friendly and helpful. Our first experience for our first home was amazing. Jen and bill and the whole staff were helpful. We appreciate what they did for us. They went above and beyond. Thank you guys.

After living in Addison and Clark for nearly 3 years, we have lots of positive things to say about the building, the front door staff, and the maintenance staff- they are all truly outstanding and wonderful! I am never one to leave poor reviews however, the building management is horrible! Very over priced for the area and lack of customer service to residents. If you are looking to live in a luxury dorm, this is the place for you! Would not suggest a move here.

Finally got to take a tour of the Residences at Addison and Clark! What a great building with a very nostalgic feel to it. To be able to cross the street and be at Wrigley is amazing and even opening your windows to listen to games/concert is such a great thought. The units are great from a space perspective and a more open layout than most places. Amenities aren’t as much as some of the newer buildings but what stands out is the area overlooking the marquis on Addison that can be used to entertain/host get together.Wrigley has changed a lot over the past few years and the surrounding areas have plenty to offer as well. Being close to the red line and Lake Shore make getting around easy. Private, underground, temperature controlled parking available is a nice perk as well. Only thing I would be sure to do if you are considering the building, is check out Clark Street after 10PM to make sure it’s an area you want to be around.Pricing was it aligns with other new buildings until you get to the more premium views. A little more expensive than living on the lake and having water/city views but staring at Wrigley field isnt a bad way to wake up.A must see for any Cubs fan or anyone who loves the area. When you go in, make sure to ask for Jorgen. He was great, the tour was very informative and showed a few different options which is always great.

I moved to The Residences at Addison & Clark about 45 days ago. I wanted to wait a few weeks to write this review because at first the experiences I had with the building and Jorgen & staff were too good to be true. I wanted to see if this honeymoon feeling would fade with time - it hasnt! I could not be happier to call this building home.I have lived in the Lakeview neighborhood for the past 4 years, and since day 1 I heard grumblings from Chicagoans about how “The new construction in Wrigleyville is not a positive change.” Anyone who has said that certainly has not toured this building. The Residences at Addison & Clark has perfectly captured the nostalgia and history of the area and thoughtfully placed it in a modern building that is undoubtedly worthy to have been built in the shadows of Wrigley Field.

Our experience so far in these apartments have been nothing short of amazing. The units are brand new with new appliances, modern feel, and in unit temperature controlled rooms (something hard to find around the city). Jorgen did a fantastic job of showing us around the apartment building, and was always quick to respond to any questions we had before/after we signed to rent our unit. The move in process was smooth as can be, and the door staff was always there to help make the process seamless.I have been a diehard cubs fan my entire life so this place was a no brainer for me. My wife is also a cubs fan, but was very worried about the surrounding noise. We have been here a little over a month and have been home for many cubs games, and haven’t been able to hear anything from our unit. If you want to hear the game (and watch the game), you can go to the 6th floor rooftop of the apartment. They have seats there where you can see into home plate and first base, which has been a great experience.I can’t say enough great things about this apartment and would recommend to anyone, cubs fan or not!
