Geoff was amazing--very responsive and fast. We had serious problems with our old apartment and had to find a new place immediately. I called Geoff and he had us out viewing apartments that very afternoon. When we found the right one, he kept in constant contact with the landlord to push our application through quickly. Within three days we had moved in to our great new place. Truly amazing. Thanks so much Geoff!

After dealing with a bunch of pushy and dishonest realtors in Chicago, I had started to lose hope for our drawn-out apt search. Thats why it was so great working with Geoff Pachut since he was up front, honest and not pushy at all.Although we ended up funding an apt on our own (we just got lucky on a listing), Im sure Geoff wasnt far from finding us something perfect.
