We have been using Mike for over a year now with initial extermination and routine maintenance. We initially had really bad ant invasion, taking about thousands throughout our house. Mike is always on time, polite, and explains everything and is very detailed oriented. When the ants were coming back unexpectedly, he came back to investigate and found cracks on 2nd floor exterior where they were coming in and sprayed that area again no charge. I got 2 kids and he even lets one follow him around and explains what he is doing. Highly recommend. Also cleaned out wasps nest and got rid of them all.
