Booked a cab three days in advance of my trip. Phoned two days before to verify. Received a call from them 10 minutes before scheduled pickup time to have them inform me they could not fulfill their booking obligations.I asked, Why book in advance if you have no intentions of fulfilling the booking?. Was told, priority booking. Thats it. I guess customers arent their priority.Booked in advance to avoid having them cancel at the last minute.They had THREE DAYS to tell me they dont want to pick me up and bookings mean nothing. Instead they call 10 minutes before so I have to scramble. Next time, pay a friend or do Uber or Lyft.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! My dad told the driver to take 2-94 from ohare and the driver proceeded to tell us he’s not going to go that way because there’s to much tolls. The driver started to drive a way that would take us 30 minutes out of the way. It wasn’t until we all started arguing with him that he turned around and went the way we wanted - waisting another 30 min.

We were frightened by the bad reviews but gave it a shot anyways to order a 303 taxi. We ordered our taxi at 3:45 am to the airport and he was there within 10 minutes. Helped us load our luggage and got us to the airport super fast. Remember, people love to write reviews to complain about their poor experiences. But what about all of the people who had great experiences who didnt review? :-) 10/10 would ride with 303 again.

I called to book a cab for 8:30 this morning pick up at our home. You have to use the automated service. I called last night and left all the information they asked for. They confirmed the booking and then didnt show up. In the past they have failed to show up on time for a ride to the airport and we almost missed our flight. You just cant depend on the service.

They said it’d be 30 minutes…we could deal with that. Over an hour and a half later we were still waiting. Not to mention the first one the supposedly sent and “picked us up” we never saw or arrived. Definitely don’t recommend.

Completely unreliable service, you should not trust this service. Claim to be 24/7 service, but obviously this is ONLY at their convenience.Arrived at OHare with family last night, ordered a cab which should have arrived in 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, still 10 minutes away, 10 minutes later spoke with dispatch, said it would be 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, had a call back from dispatch to say it would be 45 minutes, did I still want a cab, I said yes because its too far to walk home. After 5 minutes, a call back went to voicemail which I did not see for 15 minutes to say they are cancelling and will try better next time. What am I supposed to do without a cab at (now) midnight, did not try to call me to confirm they would not show up. Next time, Ill drive myself.

Their phone system is trash- Operator will ask for pick up and drop off location and it will repeat OHare no matter what you say. You automatically have to speak to a representative and if they are busy it could take a while to get through, that is, if you dont get hung up on first.

Ok, I was very nervous booking a taxi with this company because of all the bad reviews. I had to be at the airport by 6 am, so I set my pick up time 30 min before I actually needed to leave so I had time to find another ride (just in case the taxi showed up late/didn’t show up at all). Well, the taxi (#9084) showed up 10 min early, and the driver was very nice :-). No complaints about the taxi experience. I’ll just be sitting in the airport for much longer than I planned lol.

We have been using this company for many years. Recently, I have been reading reviews that they are no longer reliable. I was skeptical. I am currently waiting for an Uber because our 303 taxi failed to show up this morning. We are now in a rush to make it to the airport. I dont know what has happened with this company, but beware.

Preordered suburban taxi to Ohare with 5:30AM pickup the following day. Was messaged at 5AM that taxi would not be provided as none were available. Kind of defeats the purpose of scheduling a ride. I was left scrambling for a ride at the last minute to catch early flight. I have never had such an issue with American Taxi or Uber when prebooking for airport.

I got a voucher due to my flight being cancelled at ohare. I got in the cab gave the driver my voucher and told him the address. He then took me to the wrong location and told me to figure it out on my own and that he has people dropped off at this hotel all the time and they figure it out. I booked a certain hotel for a reason. Not the one he dropped me off at and was not willing to fix his mistake which then i had to wait over 2 hours for it to be fixed. IT wasn’t the “fix” like the driver stated who left a female whose was by herself in a city alone riding alone just at a random place to say good luck. I would have rather taken an Uber or Lyft and spent my own money for the quality this company provides. I didn’t feel safe at all so consider another company.

I ordered 303 taxi with my phone on their online site because there was no any option to talk to a life person. It was sunday 7 pm in suburbs. I got a message to wait for a cab, which will arrive soon. After an hour I reached out via chat smb, who was no of any help! After another wait I got a message that they could not find any cab for me. They never came, and I ended up registering for Lyft and riding it. 303 appears to be unreliable.An update: a couple of weeks later I tried again, this time with a life dispatcher. 10 min before the scheduled time they called to say they did not have any cars.Forget 303 in suburbs, use Lyft or Uber.

Please Avoid cab 6411! My wife and I took this cab from O hare airport to a parking lot 2 miles away. After he got 1 mile from the air port He told us it will be a up charge of 25 dollars. When I asked why he got angry and confrontational. He pulled over and said I’ll take you back, but you will still have to pay. I’ll never use this cab company ever again.

As others have shared, dont use this cab company if you absolutely need to be somewhere on time -- like the airport for a departing flight. Made a reservation the night before for a morning flight at Midway, only to get a call shortly before the scheduled pick-up time to inform me no driver was available. What?? I reminded 303 that I had made a reservation for an airport departure, but it didnt seem to matter. Called Uber and got to the airport on time. As much as Id like to patronize local, this company doesnt try to earn your business or goodwill.

Don’t use this service!!We needed to go to the airport this morning so we called and scheduled to reserve a driver, they said they would get us a driver. We wake up this morning and they had called us an hour prior and told us they haven’t found one and we’ve been canceled. So we call again to try and find a new driver (also we were late) and no one picks up the phone, they call half an hour later to say they don’t have anyone available… they could have said that before..

5-3-2021Exceptional service!I was visiting family in the area, and needed transportation to ORD for Monday morning flight home.1st I consulted the OHare airport website, and studied the various transpo options.It looked like for me taxi was the way to go. (I do not have a cellphone, so no app based option would work, and I prefer paying in cash whenever possible.)Then I consulted Google Maps to see which licensed taxi company was closest to where I was staying, as well as near the airport.After considering closest proximity, option to call for reservation, Google reviews (pro and con), I called Sun evening to reserve for Monday morning.The phone had an automated reservation system that was easy to use - I requested 8AM pickup location at address I was staying, dropoff at Chicago OHare airport.Driver was waiting in driveway just before 8AM Mon.Driver was professional, courteous, kind, pleasant, safe, and neat.Car was a clean Toyota Prius, in very good condition.(I drive a Prius at home, so I was glad to be in a vehicle Im familiar with.)The taxis coloring matched the photos on the website (white and light blue).Driver dropped us off promptly in front of door closest to our TSA checkpoint.I was glad to be able to pay by cash. Im old school that way.(If I had wanted to pay by card that was an option.)Good experience for my teenage daughter and myself.We had plenty of time to get thru TSA, and get to gate unflustered.5 stars - recommend!!!

One of these taxis was ordered for a resident at my job at 5pm..so why at 6pm am I calling and hearing that nothing was scheduled?! He has been waiting well over an hour and when i ask for an eta they cant give me one?!?! Stop cancelling peoples orders without actually trying to get ahold of them! I will gladly suggest a different taxi company to the roughly 120 elderly residents here so no one has to wait endlessly like this again!

Our car broke down and they could not fix it until the following day. We stay over night in a hotel. It was near 7 PM and the hotel restaurant had closed. We order a cab to take us out to a restaurant to eat. The dispatcher said a cab would be there ASAP. About forty minutes later I went on the website to order another cab because the first one never arrived. . We told them we had order a cab before and they had not showed up. Then we were told it takes 45 minutes for cabs to arrive. So, we waited another 45 minutes because we were starving. By this time it was 8;30 PM and all the restaurants the area had pretty much closed. We ending up ordering McDonalds from Grubhub. This happened on a Tuesday night during the .coronavirus. How many people could be traveling and needed a cab? No cab ever came even after the second request. If they were just honest we could I order a meal from Grubhub to begin with. How horrible and unprofessional.

Cab smelled like smoke and air freshener for a non-smoker it was horrible. The driver completely took me through all the side streets and back roads to rack up the fare on my way to the airport instead of traveling on the highway. I will never travel with them again.

So this Russian cab driver cant find Alamo rent a car and calls me to try figure out where we are and wont let me get a word in to help cause hes rambling on like a lunatic then he turns into oncoming traffic out of Alamo then he tells us that he doesnt know how to get to our hotel two miles away so we give him step by ste directions the whole way then we get to the hotel and he asked if he should drop us off at the giant hotel entrance or the small door about fifty feet to the right of that then tells us we owe him 17 dollars in a serial killer laughing way after he never turned the meter on. If I could give them no stars I would. Ive used this cab service many times to get to work as I dont have my own car right now. Most of the male cab drivers are creepy and make you want to just get the ride over with as quickly as possible. Though I will say the one female driver I used to get, Sheila, was very nice. Ive had a few drivers be a couple of minutes late and thats ok, I plan for that to happen and give myself some cushion time. Recently though was the last straw.I put in for a cab almost 2.5 hours before I had to leave for work. So why when the time came did my ride never showed up. (They also say they give you text updates on your cab. Thought the never do) So I called the number and they told me that my order still hadnt been processed and I would need to wait for a cab to pick up my route. At this point it was already close to 2:30 and I knew I would be late. In the end I had to call for a backup ride, which was late as well and got to work over 30 minutes late.So anyone looking for a good taxi service, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Your car has a catastrophic part failure on the highway, does a 360, hits another car and center barrier, you send another car to get my wife whos now covered in bruises, cant move her thumb or hand, and is in bed in pain, AND YOU BILL HER FOR THE RIDE! $39, she PAID for this? I had to changed my flight, end up costing me 150.00 dollars, and 303 offered no remedy for their gross errors! The only reason I gave 303 two stars because I had a previous ride with no issues. Cab driver #898 Dave was just wonderful! Helped us (my grandma and I) with absolutely everything, from the putting the walker in the trunk and waited for me to get a wheelchair and then pushed the wheelchair inside the building for me. He also assisted with getting my gradma out of the cab safely. And he was just great to talk to. Anyone in the lake county area I highly recommend requesting for Dave #898!

Ordered a cab to take me to the train station at 440 pm. I was told wait time was 20-25 minutes. Train leaves at 529 and it is now 529 and still no taxi. I now have to wait another hour for the next train! Never using 303 again!

Was on the way to the airport to drop my husband off . I also had my child in the car. While Mr. 30E was speeding , weaving in and out of traffic oh and cant forget driving on the side of the road. Not once but twice. With a passenger in the car. I dont care if someone told him to hurry up and get to the airport. No! safety is key and driving recklessly is not okay. To the people who made complaints about pre-ordered reservations, just understand that your reservation is priority as long as there are drivers available in the area that you request pick up at the time you request it. Sometimes it is hard to assign drivers to a reservation because there are not any working at the time of your request. When that happens, their dispatchers make a great effort at trying to reach other drivers who may be at a further distance and, depending on the traffic, may take a little longer honoring your requested time for pick up. If theres not a driver for your reservation time, their dispatchers will let you know ahead of time if you leave accurate contact info, allowing you time to explore other options for car service.Mostly all of the drivers I have rode with are extremely courteous & polite, have clean and odor free vehicles and drive well. Not to mention, when placing an order by phone - their operators are super nice and helpful.

Not reliable - just today, even when reserved online over 12 hours in advance for 81 year old Mom to get to physical therapy appointment, they didnt have a driver available, then didnt notify me about driver issue until 5 minutes before pickup time. Have had other problems with their reservation/dispatch system in the past. Also, driver quality is inconsistent, in terms of ability to navigate and whether or not their driving technique can make for an uncomfortable ride.

Used app on my phone at 7am to schedule a ride for 9:45am. At 9:00 received a message on my phone stating that a driver had been assigned, name, cab number and all. At 9:15 app showed his GPS position was 1.5 miles from my house. A few minutes later I see hes less than a mile away. Since I had a few minutes, I took my dog out. As Im coming back inside I see a 303 Taxi slowing driving down my street as though looking for my address. I see him turn around and head back toward me. I go inside to get my bag. When I come back out, no cab. I look at my phone and now my ride status has changed to assigning driver. I call the company and speak to one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. When I explained the situation she started out by telling me that they dont service my area. I reminded her that I just used the service a few days before and that a driver had been assigned and was on his way not even 15 minutes earlier. She then tells me that there is no driver in the area. I explained to her that I had just seen a 303 taxi on my block looking for an address on my street. She had the nerve to tell me that it wasnt the cab that was supposed to pick me up. Really? You just happen to have a taxi on my block even though (1) first you dont service my area, (2) Ive seen his GPS position coming my way (3) I saw the cab number assigned and (4) I physically saw the vehicle 20 feet from my house (5) at just about the time your service was supposed to pick me up. This dispatcher insisted on sticking to her lie and insult my intelligence by telling me no, that wasnt my taxi. When I explained that I was going to be late for work she just said she would try to assign another cab. After another 25 minutes of waiting with no idea of when a taxi was coming I called back and got the same dispatcher/liar completely unsympathetic to my situation and even more belligerent than before. She either wouldnt or couldnt explain why a taxi was assigned and then unassigned or why a taxi showed up and left. She insisted that I was mistaken about the original cab that was on my street. More importantly, she didnt care and became very short. When I told her how bad the service was and how I would never use it again, she acted as though that was business as usual. Thats when I ended the call.As I said, I used the service once before with no problem. This second and last time was the worst experience ever. I should have read all of the other reviews detailing how dishonest this business is and how good they are at lying to their customers.NEVER, EVER again will I use this crappy service.

They do not honor the rates given on the application. The drivers act like they dont even know what an application is. So the minute you get in the taxi its an argument and then a call to dispatch to find out if they have to honor the rate given on the app. Its mostly no use the meter and by that time Im already late so I have no choice but to pay the fare. Which is usually 20% higher then the application Rate. Never again!!!!!#

I use this company 3-4 times a week. They are sooooooooooo unprofessional. I just got out the cab my trip was $9 and I handed him a $20 he gave me $9 dollars back. I called 1 min out after to notify and the operator said she couldn’t do anything I have to talk to quality control! Then she finally called the drive cab #124 she said I gave him $11. So I missed my 5:20 am train this morning, the next was in over an hour, and I really did not want to wait that long. Solution? Taxi. Makes sense right? I dont mind paying a lot more to save me an hour wait and some snooze time while knowing I cant miss my stop.First, I kept on getting notifications that my taxi was there when it wasnt and it was REALLY cold outside. Annoying, but not a big deal. Overall, the taxi got there at an appropriate time. Then we got to my destination and I gave the driver my credit card to pay with. It doesnt work. I know my card is fine and the machine keeps giving him messages implying that the machine/route isnt working. Yet I had to stay for twenty bloody minutes in front of my own apartment when all I wanted to do was sleep. I even offered to give the company my credit card info so I could go, but no the driver wouldnt let me leave until he finished what he was doing even though the company itself said I could go. Oh, plus I got charged $31.40 instead of $31.20 and the driver said. Eh, after all that trouble its just 20 cents. This whole thing wasnt my problem, so whats the deal with that?NEVER using again even if stranded.

I PRE-ORDERED a cab the night before. No one told me there would be an issue when I placed the order. The cab arrived 50 minutes late! I once always used 303 and stopped because of them making me miss two doctors appointments from arriving way after the time I ordered the cab for. Doctors generally charge a no-show for repeat last minute cancels. Today I figured after over a year I would give them another try, only to have the exact thing happen.

We had a driver named Amir(?) pick us up at our hotel to go shopping. We went to Jewel, took our items back to our hotel, then had him drive us to Walmart. He asked for us to call him 10 minutes before we were ready, which we did, he showed up 35 minutes later. We failed to notice that he hadnt started the meter for the trip back to the hotel. When we arrived and my husband asked how much, he said $10, then changed it to $15. It was for a 2.5 mile trip from the store to our hotel. I wont ever use their service again!!! What an absolute rip off!!!!!!!

I assume they have changed a lot, because I had a totally opposite experience with them than what I see on older reviews.I ordered a taxi to and from airport for my flight, I received a confirmation# by phone, then later came a message to my phone with the taxi# that will pick us up. The taxi came 15 minutes before the time and waited for us. The driver was nice and easy to go along with. The same was on our way back. I would call them again for my next trip.

Called for a cab 15 hours in advance, I made it clear it was extremely important for it to be on time. They guaranteed me it wouldnt be a problem. Called again an hour before the pick up time, they said no problem. Showed up over an hour late and the driver had an attitude. Zero stars.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Very Unprofessional!. I called in an hour before to schedule ride. When its was time for the cab to arrive they sent me an automatic message stating that they were working on it. When I called they told me they didnt have any drivers in the area. They are dishonest and are a waste of your time. If they were just honest with me from the start I wouldnt have been late for work.
