After avoiding United for few years now I had to take flight out of OHare... I regretted it so much... they are the worst, treating people like shoveling garbage... even Spirit Air is better than united. Delta economy is like a luxury space ship compared to this cheap-o-air.

Very good no problem at all never travel on united. I will travel again great experience.

United baggage handlers are the worst in the industry. I have personally witnessed outside my window these gorillas carelessly mishandling and abusing passenger luggage. I have seen them throw (not toss) luggage on the conveyor. I have seen them hold the luggage in place, skidding on the belt and causing undue wear on the surface of the luggage. I just had a brand new piece of luggage destroyed by these bums. Not happy, especially since they charge for luggage.
