Very good flight

Taking training this week. Covid has made this area very difficult to be away from home.

The plane has been here since 4:35am. Maintenance issue discovered after boarding. It is now after 2:30pm with no firm update on our departure. They should have checked out systems long before. $10 food voucher at ORD is cheap. Truly a mis-managed company.

I have never had a bad experience with United Airlines. Ive flown domestically many times in the last year with no issues and no delays. Ive also flown to Japan and Hong Kong in the past few months and loved every minute of those long journeys!

If I could give less than a one, I would. United Airlines has locked my 94 year old grandmother out of her account and wont let her use her miles because she doesnt have access to her email at home. I have explained to them that she cant access her email at home (she does it at my moms) and they want her to send her photo i.d. to them with her account number! There is no way that she will do that. She doesnt trust people with her identity and I dont blame her. Its unfortunate that she cant use the 100,000s + miles that she has to see us! One of the biggest airlines in the world cant resolve this and WONT resolve it. How are the elderly population who arent technologicly savvy supposed to use things that they have earned when theres no way of getting access to them?! Ridiculous!

I used to think good things, but now I’m just waiting on Maintainence for house. The can’t update my known traveler number. They got knocked down 4 stars today. Thanks united for being a pain in my rear. Next time I’ll just take delta.

Customer service is atrocious. Trash people.

Just landed ORD from LGA. Capt. says one hour until gate available. Par for the course for United. Two weeks ago I experienced a nine-hour delay going to SAT due to two mechanical issues on poorly maintained CRJs. Time to spare? Fly United Air.

United is a terrible airline, focused on plebeians. Sure, they have lots of routes, and normally leave on-time, but thats about the only advantage. Their customer service is a joke. Nearly all of their employees are rude and disrespectful to customers.

If you cant beat your competitors, then beat your customers, LOL!

I like it..but wait where is the plane right now.
