Fess was excellent. The price was more than fair, and he accommodated my time schedule. Highly recommend to anyone looking for class, customer service, and just an overall great experience. 💯

I’m happy with my piercing and it came out great. Service was okay but minus the owners weird/unnecessary comments about my photo ID.

We had an appointment from 2-2:30 to walk-in and no one showed up. We called the “boss’s number” and we got a text message back saying that he was tattooing someone and that he would call us later or text us and he never did. We waited from 2pm to 3pm. The lights were off in the tattoo shop and no one was there. The sign stated that they opened from 2-9pm on Sundays but no one was there at 2pm. They were unprofessional and unrealiable.

Amazing artist to say the least. He is highly talented in not only covering up those OOPS tattoos but also in new tattoos. He is also highly skilled in tattoo removal for a clean slate. This is a family owned and operated business where his sons are very talented as well. They also have an Elgin location for those of you in the suburbs. Absolutely love this guy and place!! Go in and ask for FESS!

I went in with a group of cousin at the end of August. We were recommended by a family friend which was there at the same time. It seems as though because it was a $40 tattoo it was not taken seriously. I got a lotus tattooed on my outer ankle area and did post a photo of it here. To say the least it is fading. I feel as though It’s very unprofessional to apply an ink that might be the “cheapest”. I have 6 other tattoos and have never had this issue before. I guess we got what we paid for....cheap service.

Love this place. I was a walk-in. They took good care of me. Showed the artist what I had in mind. After a short time, we came up with a awesome design. The price was perfect. The finished tattoo was even better.I will be back to do another tattoo. On my right forearm.

Got my first three piercings here! Best and worst experience of my life. Well the temporary pain that is. The piercings look great! I was extremely nervous and it took me a while to go through with it but Oso was very patient with me and helped me pace myself and stay calm. Didnt rush me through the process had a very awesome sense of humor throughout the entire process for me to keep my mind at peace. Once it was over he educated me on what I should and should not be doing with my piercings. I must say the work he has done is impeccable! He did excatly what I asked for and it turned out great. Thank you guys! I wont be back but thank you lol.

I call to do a walk in literally 10 minutes before coming into the shop. Fess stop answering any calls. And the shop was saying open for business but no one is inside this place. Very unprofessional.

Great place for tattoos and piercings

I had some tattoos done here and not by the artist himself but by the body piercer. Im sorry but if tattooing is not in your work skills were as piercing someone is I dont think its fair I had to pay extra money to get it fixed. Im really disappointed and will go to another shop to get it fixed
