Gardner Industrial Heating & Cooling representative arrived next day after my call at 8pm with a replacement unit cost estimate. We felt he understood our needs and budget. We received a generous bonus for being a veteran and installation, since there was delay due to the high demand. The installation crew was well mannered, efficient, and cleaned up as they went. The system installed is so quiet we hardly realize it on. We are happy customers.

We suspected wed need a new furnace after we bought a new house - Welter came out and inspected, confirmed, and helped us through the whole process of buying a new furnace. They clearly identified all issues wed face, got us a great deal, even offered us a discount and credited the cost of the initial inspection and cleaning towards the cost of a new furnace. Very knowledgeable and laid out all my options for repair and suggestions on how to improve the operation of the unit. They came on a Sunday for emergency of a broken AC unit. Only charged a normal service charge which was refundable if work needed to be done beyond the service call. Got us running and came back the next day to fix everything and blow out the drain. Seemed like reasonable pricing. Eli was our tech and he was great. I suspected that i had a crushed duct in my attic. Gardner Industrial Heating & Cooling came out, found the issue and fixed it all in a couple hours. On top of that they took pictures of the whole fix to help explain the issue. My attic is tiny and hot, but the job wasnt an issue for them.

He was prompt and diligent in chasing down answers about a counter intuitive evap thermostat and a sealed motor that the instruction booklet told me to lubricate. Highly recommended.
