Working with Tillable has given me the opportunity to take responsibility for farmland that I own. Until now, the family farms have always been managed by the bank as a crop share operation. I am very disappointed in Tillables business plan. They are not doing family farms, rural businesses, and small towns any good. If you are considering renting to Tillable, may I suggest taking all three years of cash rent up front as I am not so sure they will be in business three years from now....

The Tillable team is a delight to work with and they genuinely care about their clients. I would definitely recommend!
