This is a 5+ place. Went to have some papers notarize, OMG they made the process so easy. The price was nice!!!They will take care your needs and do it with a smile and patience. My mom and I left very pleased.

Staff are very helpful. They caught a typo in the address I was given to send a package to that saved me a huge headache.

Shaun is AMAZING! I came in there after having a slight panic attack at the post office down the street. I am a new business owner who knew nothing about shipping. Not only did he help my partner and I get all of our orders out, he taught me so much about shipping. The community he has created amongst his customers clearly shows. People were walking in and he literally knew them by name. After the amazing experience and customer service I received, I will forever be a customer of his. I’d recommend anyone to go to his establishment. His staff will definitely take care of you.

Says open but wasnt. There was no notice on their door. I saw a black man who had the keys to the front door , unlock it and go inside for something. When he came back out I asked, and he said that they were closed but didnt bother to tell me why. But the sign inside was on and said OPEN. I was confused. Went to the one in Palos instead.

Really good service I sent Mikey to return a very heavy package and they accepted without no problem. I was Amazon package. Kohl’s didn’t want to take the return they said it’s too heavy!

Great customer service! Went in and had trouble finding a box that would fit all my school books I was shipping out. The man saw I was having trouble and let me know to bring it right over and he would help me out. I didnt even have to package it and was out of there in no time. Thank you!! Appreciate it.

Absolutely THE WORST UPS store I’ve ever been to. RUDE customer service!!! They won’t print a single UPS label for you, meanwhile I was told that they should. Avoid at all cost!! Hope they will fire all the employees who don’t know what the customer service should be like.

Almost 3 week passed already since i claimed the insurance , ups delivered my imac 27 and it was completely broken in 1000 pieces . thank god i paid for insurance but it looks like they dont care about customers , i been calling over and over and they dont seem to care to help me . i payed $100 shipping plus i lost a $1000+ imac .UPS WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO TO HELP ME. I WILL BE DOING A YELP REVIEW AFTER THIS , I AM COMPLETELY DISSATISFY WITH UPS SERVICE .
