2nd time I’ve booked with them. Great owner and employee. Provides good service and makes sure you get what you rented and provides an upgrade when able to. Recommend renting from this Avis center!

Great service and friendly team. The car was a bit late and they offered me a discount to make up for the time. 2nd time I rented from them and would do it again!

One employee assisting customers. I reserved the rental one week in advance. Still did not have the car in their lot the day I picked up. Line of customers. Everyone had a complaint. Some worse than others. Cancelled the reservation after waiting almost an hour and a half. The rep called me again an hour and a half after I left telling me the car was ready. Listen to your customers. Simple customer service. Skip the excuses and exaggeration. Simple good customer service minus the sales bull and you will have return customers in abundance. Rented a car at Enterprise. No reservation. 15 minutes from start to finish.

I recently rented a truck from the Avis Chicago Ridge location during July, 2017. I was the best car rental experience I have ever had! Eric and the other associate were fabulous. The truck I rented was great! That Avis location is my car rental place going forward.

We rented a car for a week (Christmas week). We were able to pick it up on the Sunday before Christmas, and drop it off the Sunday after Christmas. This was GREAT, and gave us the maximum amount of time to see friends and family. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The car was just what wed asked for, was clean, and ready to pick up. We didnt have to wait long in line, either. The Avis site itself is easy to find from 95th street even though its in a big mall. It is right next door to Sears. I definitely plan to rent from this outfit again.

I reserved my car 2 weeks in advance. Pick up was supposed to be at 8 am. Didnt get anyone till almost 8:20. Than they go and tell me they didnt have a car for me. I didnt get a call or an email about it. So what happens? I have to get an upgrade and pay for it when it was them who messed up. Than they want to say Im lucky they are dkido me the favor because they have no cars. Yea when I reserved it 2 weeks ago. I had to get the damn thing seeing that I had to start heading out at 9 am. That is poor service!!!!

We arrived at the hire place to find a huge smile and welcome. After looking at our booking he realised that we had a hire car for 81 days. We explained that we were doing a round trip on most of the National Parks. We chatted and made friends.When we returned we arrived and swapped stories.We even have a place to stay in Trinidad and Tobago.Armin Greg Kennedy, you are a shining example to not only your company but to the human race as well. We thank you for everything from the bottom of our heart.

This is the best place to rent a car, in my opinion. Arnim and Eric are very professional, helpful, and accommodating. I always have a good experience when I rent from them. I dont rent cars from any other place anymore!

This place must learn to open up on time. Too many people waiting for the store to open up on time. They perpetually are late to open the doors for coming customers.

I ordered a car in АVIS6501 west 95 th .Chicago Ridge.il 60415.my confirmation number 35596920US2.I am very dissatisfied with your service.!!!!AVIS TAKEN an extra $ 110. and didnt give me back the money for gas.I ordered a Volkswagen Jetta ,and AVIS  give me a Big Ford Flex. .....which consumes more gasoline!!!!when i came to BROOKLYN. NYAVIS still took the extra 110 DOLLARS .They said that arrived later for 30 minutes,.AVIS  can check on the camcorder !,although I arrived on time just in the underground garage. I got lost and drove there for 30 minutes.I will not use AVIS anymore .tell all my friends not to use your services anymore.

Eric was sooo helpful. This place is amazing. I usually go to enterprise, but this is my newbfadvorite rental location. AVIS as long as you keep Eric and you will keep me. Appreciate the awesomee service, see you next time!

Regularly dont have the car you reserved. Sometimes dont have any cars, so dont get dropped off. One person shop so the wait can be significant, especially when things get screwed up.

Much cheaper than the airport. Staff is very friendly and efficient.

Using Costco Travel, I made reservations for this Avis based on the existing Google reviews. They were right on...courteous, quick service, I would definitely use this Avis again!
