Aide Rentals has a vast array of equipment to rent at reasonable prices. I went to their South Chicago Heights location; they also have an Indiana store.The staff is what makes Aide Rentals worth 5 stars. Everyone is sweet, professional, and knowledgeable about their equipment. If youre not sure of what you need, as I was, they will ask questions about your situation until they are satisfied they can send you out the door with just what you need to get your job done.They also demonstrated for me how to use the equipment correctly and cautioned against incorrect usage. Since they knew I was a non-professional DIYer, they reviewed safety protocol, also. I felt confident that I had just what I needed to get this step of my project done. They also asked about the entire project to be sure that this would be the next best step and that I would meet my end goal.One suggestion to customers: bring photos/measurements of your project, so that they are sure what you are asking for is the best equipment for you.Thank you, Aide Rental, for making it possible to achieve my goal!

Customer service was great. Unit operation was good (Scissors lift). Cost was also great, compared to the large companies we usually deal with. I would go here again.

I upgraded the stats because their customer service has become a lot nicer for some reason over the last few times Ive been there. Smiles and willingness to educate instead of dismiss and degrade. Prices are still high for my experience with other rentals but it might just be the bend me over cost of Illinois. But atleast they have started to treat me nicer. Plus they are all pretty knowledgeable about what they have and how it works. Im used to incompetent and ignorant employees but this place still reminds me of how it used to be, just the pleasantries were rough at first. Hope they continue to talk and treat ppl with kindness. Were all out here trying together.

Called to see if an item was available for rent. The lady on the phone, their customer service rep., talked to me as if I was wasting her time, so I hung up and called the Highland location. Although they were busy at the moment, I received tremendous customer service from them.

Local and very reasonable rates

BE AWARE, If a deposit is required (example) $100 deposit, what they fail to inform consumer that it is immediately deducted out of your bank account and that it can take (7-10 days) before you will receive monies to be refunded back in your bank account. This is on a 1 day rental, and upon return of equipment you are told the amount that will return to your card.

I rented a propane rotisserie for a pig roast but the next morning it wouldnt start. So they had to swap it out for a charcoal rotisserie because they didnt have anymore propane in stock. They did bring me the new grill. I gave four stars for the inconvenience and delaying the start time of my party.
