I don’t understand. Why they ask you for so much information and documents. To end up not offering any help. I contacted this place for months. Luckily I was able to help myself. This place has a lot of people blood on their hands....People already going threw a hard time. Just say you can’t help. Simple!

HOMELESS 21 YEARS IAM WHITE THE WRONG COLOR 2 B HOMELESS

Very helpful people for getting me approved for using their homeless places set for each night. Some facilities could use improvement but for what they provide for the homeless in South Suburban Chicago it is great.

LANDLORDS LOOK ELSEWHERE! The placement agents will offer you double the deposits because no one else will rent to their clients. Then they promise you that they will offer assistance if their client cant maintain a job, WHICH IS A LIE. Then when their client surprisingly gets fired from their job they say they are all out of funds.

They mean well far as trying to help the homeless, but I feel they can do a much better job. If they would spend less time talking with one another, and more time investing in the clients and there needs, more things would get done for them!! Just my opinion.

Timing Could Have Been More Productive ,But The Job Was Well Done.

The shelters are ok but the home office is less than professional. They have theyre favorites and the favoritism isnt done discreetly

Cant put into words the help this place gives out. Im stable now because they got me on my feet and housed.

Went to the Pads location at 2218 Hutchison Rd., Flossmoor this past Sunday.I thought the staff and volunteers were great until I overheard one of the female volunteers talking about a guest saying she sees why he got kicked out of his house etc.To me, this showed that their volunteers are judgemental as all get out and they dont give a squat about the homeless other than using them to pad (no pun intended) their resumes.They provide a nice service, but with such uncaring and judgemental people working here, youre better off elsewhere.

My friend Randall Winters been in pads since 2004 and hes going through alot of pressure about Chicago Heights police and the Sheriffs in Ford Heights harrassing him and his little brother and sisters trying to cut the drug dealers in his inheritance all about these movies Belly ,Ballar Blockin that had alot of drugs in it and he mentioned at his 6th grade basketball parade in his prayer Michael Jordan look alike showed up too now the art in Ford Heights Municipal office change what alot of civil righr activist talking about this is todays news when you all going to help him out he told me he told them who do intake the same thing can you all help my friend

If your trying to avoid being homlee and have a jod you as well forget it they will just give you the run around

These people suck and took my insurance card, denied it so I had to go out to get another one. They were no help during the time of my life when I needed the services that they offered.

All calls are sent to voicemail. The staff is mostly unresponsive. Pam Lemon seemed concerned with my problem at the time.
