I am a local construction contractor, they rebuilt my transmission roughly 18 months before i noticed a load noise and then no reverse, it was no longer under warranty and i do believe the premature failure of the transmission was my fault as in towing equipment that i should not have been towing with that particular vehicle. Anyway after i brought it back to them i knew the transmission was shot. John the manager kept it real and rite to the point which i like caus im the same way. John gave me a decent amount of money off which i did not ask for or expect. Once i gave the deposit down, my truck was ready in 3 days and it has NEVER drove this smooth! Even when i bought the truck with 12,000 miles it wasnt as smooth as it is now. They are not the cheapest trans shop nor the highest but you get what you pay for!! I highly recommend this shop. If there out of your budget i recommend to wait till there in your budget, otherwise you will be sorry and your hard earned money will be wasted. If your having a transmission issue i highly suggest you call them and talk to John the manager, hes honest and will treat you the way you should be treated and all the work they do is very through and absolutely no corners crossed! I am now a customer for life any you will be glad you chose them. Dont take a chance with cheaper shops. Call John and say Mike the construction guy with the suburban recommended you and he will honestly try to work with you. I can go on and on but will leave it here. Call John. You wont be sorry, i guarantee it!!!!

My truck is stuck in AWD. I called to see if they could get my truck looked at was told by John yes. Got it towed to them Thursday morning. John once again told me they would have it pulled in a couple hours and would call me. Couple hours go by no call. Called them back. John stated they havent checked it yet. Would be bringing it in shortly. Called back again before closed of business and they still haventlooked at my truck. Was told by john it would be looked at first thing in the morning Friday. Never looked at my truck the whole day and John got mad and hung up on me. Because I question his intergity as business and as a person. Now its Saturday still havent heard from them about my truck. This is BAD BUSINESS AT ITS FINEST.

They saved my life and the price of repair was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anybody!

Had check engine lights for transmission come on. They did a free check and determined that it was probably electrical. Marty told me my options up front. They dont take appointments. First come, first served in the morning. Promised to get to my car by afternoon and he did. Very busy shop and transmission problems are often complicated, so I was happy.

I highly recommend this business. I was having transmissions issues with my car and they were able to repair it much quicker than I had expected and at a very reasonable cost. They were also very professional. Less than two days for a transmission rebuild was great especially considering one of those days was a Saturday.

Stay away. Beware. Promised me a certain price range started the work jacked up the price. Kept my car for 2 month . Got it back broke down again same day. Took my car back they kept it another month got the car back still broke . Just bad business

Had to get a new radiator after my car stopped and was leaking transmission fluid. They were very accommodating, found the problem fast, fixed it within 1 day and I was out for way less than what others were going to charge me. I will definitely be back (hopefully not too soon) and refer family and friends to them

Terrible my car was supposed to be there 2 to 3 days its been 3 weeks and they still havent started #neveragain

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! This is the 4th time in 4 months our vehicle has been in. To replace the transmission the first time took two and a half weeks - all kinds of excuses why. Then a month later it had problems again and they had a week. Got it back and it stopped working again. Finally managed to go a month without it breaking down, and then it went out again. That was three weeks ago and we have yet to get it back - every lie in the book why its not finished. This place is the biggest con Ive ever seen. For your own protection and peace of mind, do not take your vehicle here!

They are all very professional and very polite. They always know what they are talking about. And I never got any runaround from them. I have a 1993 GMC Jimmy 4X4. Their technicians rebuilt and updated my transmission, repaired my 4-wheel drive, and repaired a front differential leak. I am a retired auto technician and a former auto repair business owner and I highly recommend them.

These gentlemen saved me a TON of money. The other shops in the area quoted me a price of 2000 dollars or so for a repair. When I went to multistate transmission they found the sensor that was bad It cost me less than $500. These guys are the best!
