I went here twice and each time I went, it was a dreading experience. After my second visit, I wont be back because they only care about money.I am not writing this review to trash talk about this all state location. Hence my two stars. I want to share my experience. I believe that when your getting insurance, it is important to build a good relationship and be able to communicate.The young lady that help me find a quote, rush me through it. The sad part is that I was the only one there. She didnt even help me customize a quote to fit my needs. The quote she gave me was the one she wanted too. It was like its my way or the highway.I left. I decided to go with state farm. State farm gave me a better quote with full coverage for way less than allstate.

The staff is very knowledgeable of the service that is offered if call with a problem and it can not be solved over the phone they schedule you an appointment at your convenience also this office contacts me regularly with coverage updates to initiate a safe and reasonable policy.

Kelli is very professional and took the time to listen and make suggestions regarding my policy. She spent 40 min of her time on the phone with me. We chatted like we were long time friends. Such a rare occurrence in todays day and age. I have been an allstate customer since 2012 and have always been happy with my plan. Thanx Kelli

I arrived at the office a little later than my scheduled time but there was no problem my business was completed and I still made it to my daughters home in time to fix her faucet in time for dinner.

Starting to really question whether agents know the business they are selling and can they provide real customer service. I will probably move my business to a different insurance agency.
