The work was really good and they kept you informed on the progress of work they were doing.

DO NOT USE this place. Brought the truck in for an insurance estimate, got it back with more damage than when it went in. Cracks in the windshield so bad, it cannot even be driven legally now.

Took 3 months to repair our vehicle.I am upset at the way our situation was handled by Luis at the service King location in Chicago Heights.We took our car in and it took nearly 3 months for the repairs to be completed and the car to be returned.Once we got our vehicle back, I posted a 1 star review on Google and stating that it took so long to get our vehicle back.Thereafter, Luis called my significant other to ask why I left a poor review instead of allowing our grievance to be handled by the proper channels.I felt that this was highly unprofessional and invasive to have a company call us back and ask for a reason for the review we left.I then called Luis directly and asked if he had a problem with my review in which he stated that he did have a problem with it. I then asked to escalate the situation to his direct supervisor and Luis began an exchange with me stating the proper channels to escalate the situation instead of giving me the information I was requesting. After a few minutes of arguing with him he reluctantly gave me the name of his direct supervisor. At that point I ended the call to escalate my experience.I am highly upset that he would reach out to my significant other about a review that I left instead of addressing me directly. I feel like that is inappropriate and out of line. Service king has a process in place through your Google reviews for clients that are unsatisfied. Luis circumvented that process and called my significant other directly to ask for an explanation of the negative review.In my conversation today with Luis he was reluctant to share his supervisors information with me so that I can follow up with them regarding his unprofessionalism. It wasnt until I pressed him time and time again that he shared that information with me. In my opinion I feel he was reluctant because he knew that it was inappropriate.

I have, unfortunately, used multiple body shops in the last 8 months. Now that I found Service King I don’t have to ever search for THE quality body shop ever again (although I hope not to have to use a body shop any time soon again 😀). Also a shout out to the personnel at the Chicago Heights location - great communication and treated me like I was their only customer

Great experience positive atmosphere! Accidentally sent wrong review for headlight. They did a great job just 1 minor set back on a defected headlight and they wasnt hesitant on ordering new part. Right away fix. I recommend their service at anytime!!

I took my car in for an estimate to repair scratches on the hood. The mechanic took pictures and info. Two weeks later I still havent received an estimate. I guess the job was to small and it was going to be a customer direct pay and not by insurance. Terrible customer service.

Service King treated well from the moment that I dropped my car off . They kept me informed about my car .My car was completed on the date that they started in the beginning.

Everything was great, from the intake of my vehicle to the return of it.

Avoid this place at all costs!!!!!! This was a absolute cataclysmic catastrophe of epic proportions!!! They botched every phase of the process from the initial pickup of my car, to the repairs, rental car, to the final product. After my car accident, My car went here and they lied about everything. The estimated completion dates were way off. Initially I had phone calls and texts saying everything was going great. My car was on schedule to be completed on time. I get a call to come pick up my vehicle a week early. I ask if they are sure everything is good to go before I come pick it up, they assure me that it is. So I go to pick it up. They have it sitting under a street light parked at a angle. I notice from the street there is a HUGE dent i one of the doors that wasn’t there before. I go check out the rest of the vehicle and there’s Several parts missing on it!!! I get inside and they have all of my contents from the trunk area all over my leather seats!! There was greasy finger prints all over my interior from them working on it. I track down the service manager and let him know what I see. He says he’ll take care of it. I leave my vehicle there as it’s not complete, this is on Monday, they say it will be done by Friday. On Wednesday they take it upon themselves to cancel my rental car without talking to me . So I had to spend a hour on the phone and go in the local office to clear things up. A major inconvenience! That Friday comes around and my car isn’t done like I was told it would be. The following week Friday comes around, they call and say the car is done. I go to pick it up. I look it over, the pieces that were missing were replaced and the dent was fixed. I look inside all of my stuff from the trunk is still in my leather seats and the greasy finger prints are still all over my car. I am pissed but I don’t say anything because I want this nightmare to be over. I take the vehicle home and the next week comes around, the body shop was supposed to pick up the bill for the rental car because of the inconvenience. They didn’t pay it and my credit card was charged over 1200 dollars!!! I call the body shop and ask whats going on. They say they will take care of it. After a few days they stopped answering my calls. To make a long story short I had to call Service Kings corporate number and get my insurance company involved. It took two weeks but they finally got the chargers reversed. Also my left side exhaust was replaced as part of the damage to my vehicle, i noticed that on the right side there’s a kink in the exhaust from the accident that should’ve been replaced. I am having this fixed on my own because I don’t want this place touching my vehicle ever again. I almost forgot, there was a sticky black substance all over the inside of my tailgate and all over my break lights. It took over a week to get it off of my break lights, still trying to get it off the inside of the gate. I may need to order another panel. This place is DONALD TRUMP LEVEL BAD! Again I reiterate AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Have my car there already. They have been very helpful even to the point of telling me it would be cheaper to pull my own parts for my car at LKQ in the Heights. My bill went from $2200 to $1600. My car will be done by Monday. Can’t wait. My hat goes off to Oscar who saved me a bundle. Good place and courteous staff.

I stopped by to get an estimate for some body work. Instead of simply giving me an estimate, two members of the staff came out and reviewed the work to be done and completed the repair on the spot at no cost. Id recommend Service King to anyone in the south suburbs!!!

The staff are friendly and efficient. You definitely feel welcomed here. I havent seen their work yet, but I will post a review of the services rendered.

Dont ever go here unless youre so desperate!!!!They emailed me about a car they wanted me to come and look at when I got there they had already sold the car then they tried to sell me a different car I like the outside but it made noise when I actually drove it and then they said they would reduce the price but they never mentioned fixing the noise horrible horrible horrible horrible I cant express how horrible this place is

See review re Service King that was done much later.-----**Love this place. Ive used their services primarily under Riverdale, but theyve since been bought out by Service King. Great service, excellent work product. I know when I have a need for body work, this is the place for me and I always refer others that need body work. I initially became aware of them through my insurance company and they did a phenomenal job...Ive gone once since Service King took over and it was the same friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff that worked under Riverdale. I was glad to see that. Also, the facility is well maintained and clean.

This place does very good work on auto body and paint repair.

Went for estimate, they never called or gave me the estimate.

They will try and cheat you. I was not pleased with the quality of their work. They tried to rush the job and give back my vehicle damaged. I would not accept it. Yet the original estimate they provided never changed. I would not recommend this location.
