Donna has always been fast and efficient, plus she is fun to talk with! No waiting ,no doubling up. Just great service All around !!

Very fast and very friendly. Price was very reasonable!!! Vehicle was nice. Highly recommend if you are in the area. I pass through every so often as a truck driver and I plan to use the service again especially if I need to run to the store.

Miss Donna was nothing but professional towards me. As I am a curious person, I had asked her about the negative feedbacks. And it seems like a lot of people were trying to play her to get a free ride.This is why she is strict with certain ways of her company. But can you blame her? I believe shes open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday Im not really sure about weekends you will have to call to get that inform.It is $10 per place for her to take you where you need to go. And whats so cool she has a perfect vehicle a van if you have more than a few items that need to be transported. Miss Donna has been doing this for 6 years now. She will take credit card, debit, and cash. As she can write you out a receipt and or send an email of your receipt.

I was in a bind and needed help gettingmy wife who uses a wheelchair todialysis. They showed up on time at5:30 AM and got her to the clinic. Four hours later they picked her up andbrought her home. Excellent service.

A blind Stevie Wonder in a pitch black basement with his hands tied behind back, can see that All in One Shuttle, LLC taxi service is below standards. Their professional performance is go for broke in the future if they keep it up. Im going to give All in One Shuttle the benefit of the doubt that they can overcome their illogical whims and provide better service in the near future. I will give them credit for their flat rate fares for in town and their vehicles are not run-down or anything other than that they are a hit or miss, most often times a miss. They could also consider being polite and friendly to customers. Get us to point A and B without their sassy attitudes.

Ive used the shuttle a few times when I was in town she was always very quick to pick me up The last time I used her I had a small dilemma which she took care of for me and went above her job I definitely will use the shuttle in the future

Canceled service due to my uber showing up. Lady was already taking another customer who she hadnt even picked up yet then she was going to pick me up. I called within 5 minutes of scheduling taxi. She starts yelling on the phone thanks for wasting my time. Lady you were across town and hadnt even picked up your customer yet. If you hate your job so much quit...do something else.Im sure your response on here will be we all know the truth. Like your others but if you read your feedback comments it is quite clear how rude you are on the phone and how many times youve yelled at customers.And lastly Ill say....we know the truth.

Van reeks of cigarette smoke, Cleaning supplies left between front and second row but doesn’t seem to have been used. Woman was rude and did not seem to understand the terms of the agreement. Was paid to wait to take people back from a wedding but complained about waiting even though she was being paid to wait. She complained to passengers even though her agreement was with the person who booked the van, not the wedding guests she was driving around. She was very unprofessional and I will not use her services again.

Donna was the only taxi service that answered her phone. She took me back & forth from work for 2 days & she was always on time. I would use her again.

Donna is courteous and prompt however, shes so much more than that. Shes kind. I called her from Sheridan in a bit of a predicament regarding my son in Cheyenne. He is without a vehicle and needed to get to a non-emergency medical facility. After she picked him up and dropped him off, she called me to let me know that he got there just fine because she knew that Id be worried about him. That goes so far beyond great service. Thats just a good person. Thats humanity and it touched my heart so deeply. Thank you for your kindness, Donna! If I ever have need of a shuttle service in Cheyenne again (and I probably will) it will absolutely be with you!

She’s prompt, no more being late to appointments, you can schedule her service ahead of time & I didn’t have to wait for more than hour after appointments for her to pick me up, very unlike the other taxi services in town! Woman was rude on the phone when I had questions about her shuttle. Her response just shows how unprofessional she is. I would not recommend.Groome transportation was efficient and polite with same day transportation when I became unable to take my family to the airport.

If you are concerned about feeling safe with an unknown person driving you somewhere, All In One Shuttle will make you feel safe. No creepy person here. She picks up and drops off customers herself. When I called she let me know she had another fare and it would be a short bit before she could pick me up. Then she called me when she was on her way. It was great knowing when she would be there to get me. You can even schedule in advance.

If I could rate higher I would! I was stuck at the hospital with no ride back to my semi, and this amazing woman got up early and came and got me and took me back to the truck! She is truely a godsend. And her rates are way way reasonable. She charged less then Uber would have!!! Simply amazing! And would definitely recommend! Owner was friendly enough till there was a problem with cashing a check. Even though I promised payment she still threatened police and the 350$ fine for non payment. The money was just at my house and shes acting like Im some Petty assed thief. And THEN says that 40$ is a break... Fivedollarides yall...ya gotta plan for them but Soo much better.

I’ve rode with her multiple times he first few were ok and I tipped her $10 the first and $5-$7 the oTher times. Had poor service in the area south of town on my phone. So I couldn’t pull up an address but I did find the street name. (It was a short street) and then told her nicely if she put it in her gps. She could find it. Called her back a few mins later to make sure she didn’t have any problems finding it. I said “we’re you able to find the street? She yelled at me “it doesn’t matter!! Next time have an address!! I’m on my way. Very rude and I do my recommend.

October 11th 2017 just had a male, mid-50s, caucasian driver in a white Chrysler minivan cut me off causing me to slam on my breaks while driving down Central Ave. Better awareness of your surroundings would be appreciated.

Taking the time to post my first review ever because Donna and her service really got us out of a jam last night. As an owner operator coming out of California with a time sensitive team load to be delivered on Wednesday before noon in Wisconsin, our truck broke a fuel line in the middle of nowhere.We were in Kimball NE and no mechanics nor taxi service were available for assistance for many miles around us.As our dispatcher made a few calls, he contracted Donna to drive her car late at night to pick us up from our truck on an offramp. Donna drove approximately 48 miles to pick us up and drove back approximately 50 miles to take us into the Freightliner in Cheyenne Wy to pick up a few parts to attempt to repair our truck ourselves. Donna made it a few minutes before the dealer closed and we were able to pick up the parts we needed as she waited patiently.She than drove us back to our truck and wished us luck.We were able to repair the truck in 20 minutes and delivered today Wednesday at 2 pm. Because we were able to unload , we were able to get a reload schechuled to be picked up tonight and therefore go back home to our families.Thank you Donna. You are not only providing shuddle service ! You are providing smiles, hope and solutions. You are awesome and an inspiration to me. Continue doing what you do and continue being who you are. From the start, Donna seemed flustered and came off indifferent about securing our business. She was not very friendly and when we called in the late evening to get a ride she refused our business because we had previously cancelled on her. This business will not succeed if she continues to hold vendettas against clients. Disappointing.

1) If Im polite to you I expect the same.2) I had to tell the lady about 7x (not exaggerating) where my address is.3) An additional $5 just to stop at an ATM to pay for the trip???? Nah thats where I drew the line and just canceled the whole thing.4) Old saying that first first impressions are lasting, well mine is that this company is not up to standard when it comes to customer services.5) To the company owner who actually replies to peoples reviews about your business, dont bother replying to this one b/c Im not going to take the time of day to read what you have to say no matter how bored I am.6) Please dont take my personal experience to be the determining factor as to whether to use this shuttle or not. Give this lady a whirl and maybe youll see what I went through.
