My experience with the staff was terrible. They were rude and very uncooperative when I tried to donate some nice furniture. I will never go there again,and i suggest you take your donations elsewhere. I would give them zero stars if it were possible.

I was a huge huge fan of the Habitat for Humanity stores. I LOVED the store in Cheyenne **BEFORE THE MOVE.** Now that it is in its new location the prices have gone up by easily 400%. I have been to ReStores all over the country and, before ending up in Cheyenne was a regular at all of the Colorado stores from Denver to Fort Collins. I have furnished much of my apartments with items I found there. Now that the Cheyenne store is in its new location the prices have gone up by easily 400%. The prices are so out of control now that our running dialog as we walked through the store was, Oh my gosh! Holy cow! Are they serious? This stuff is 40 years old!! and ultimately, I guess there is no point in coming back here, we cant afford anything. That feeling was how we felt at regular appliance and furniture stores. Thats why we stopped going to them and became weekly shoppers with Habitat in the first place. The prices are **SO outrageous** that we left with nothing (although, we just bought our first house and it is badly in need of all new appliances, paint, tile, etc.) and made plans to drive down to the one in Fort Collins the next day. (Which is much bigger, has way more stuff and is WAY better priced. Make the drive, you wont regret it.) Also, when we were in the new Cheyenne location it seemed like there were about a dozen employees lurking around every corner, not working, but just waiting to jump out and ask you how you were doing. Im a big fan of being greeted when I come in the store, but its really really hard to have a conversation about buying anything with the person you are shopping with when ever 15 seconds you have to stop, smile, and say, Yup stiiilll doing as good as I was on the last asile. Heres an idea, drop the massive number of employees who are just standing around the place talking and use that savings to lower the prices. Also, what happened to the SUPER WONDERFUL guys who worked at the last location?? We miss them.

We own a couple of businesses and properties here in Cheyenne and we are regular customers at the habitat store. I am amazed at the selection and love the price. Especially knowing it goes to a worthy cause.

I love this place. They are so helpful and I always feel like I’m going to visit my friends. They keep the store clean and well organized as well.

The staff were super helpful. While I wandered aimlessly around the store looking for hidden treasures. They helped provide a strong back and a willing heart to carry furniture out to a customers truck. They have all kinds of stuff and a fluid inventory, so stop in and see if they have your missing treasure.

The overall experience was a mixture of good and bad. The guy at the front desk was very degrading in his speech with me. But I just remain calm and nice to him and by the time I left he was nice to maybe just a bad day I dont know. But the other guy that helped me was very very pleasant and Cooperative with me and really good. Ill give it a try again just to see if maybe the guy was having a bad day. But if it happens again I probably wont go back.

Poor, I used to buy alot of stuff from here. Until 02/13/2020. I purchased cabinet and drawers and they werent broke prior to purchase. After purchase, they drug them across the floor, broke the base on one.( I would of loaded them if Id known thats how they did it) The guy that was helping load was very disrespectful was cussing and saying racial slurs why we were purchasing items while he was in employee area in the back. I would not refer anybody to this location they are very unprofessional and disrespectful to people and items after purchase.

Nothing but junk in there. thats where people go to get rid of there broken junk. Habit resells it. If you buy something broken. You wont get any cash back just store credit. So your forced to buy more junk. What a shame

New management (?)....nice, organized resale shopping. Good prices. Discount days encourage more visits.

The people who work here are super friendly. We donated two big loads of stuff and I have never experienced people be so grateful when doing so.

They were too busy to ring up some things I was trying to buy some items, there was a large group of people trying to check out as well which were also waiting. No Ill be right with you... Or any acknowledgement to any of us waiting. After 10 minutes myself and most of the other people waiting left while the staff screwed off in the side area.
