They managed to lose a 50lbs box of cast iron machining tools (IE. it was too heavy and they didnt want to carry it). I had to refund my ebay customer $500 out of my pocket. Im not aware of another industry where you can perform your job this poorly and still be employed. Can we get shutting down usps on the ballot, these people shouldnt be getting paychecks out of my income.

Danielle won’t deliver our mail anymore because we won’t on vacation for a week, and forgot to ask someone to check for us or put a hold. She keeps delivering mail to our place that isn’t ours and expects us to take it. No. We talked to her asking to please start delivering our mail again and she refuses saying she won’t check it anyways and willKeep sending it back to the sender. This is cruel, considering a lot of the mail was regarding my toddler and her hospital bills. I’m not sure who she thinks she is. We went to the supervisor and they don’t care either, saying it’s our fault.. Danielle got in a screaming match with my husband saying she won’t return our mail or deliver it.Long story short: Danielle is a ignorant lady who throws a tantrum and holds mail from you.Supervisor: LAZY!

The woman who delivers the mail to my complex , I believe her name is Danielle, is absolutely the most disrespectful woman I have ever met. I had a lot of personal issues going on and didnt have the way and the time to go to the post office and open my mailbox up. She yelled at me one morning complaining because she cant put my mail in there, told me what specifically my mail was, and said she has to return it every day. (I had already known what mail I missed because the places who reiceced the return called me and.i changed my mailing address. To make things worse I over heard her yelling and calling my neighbors names when they asked why she wasnt delivering their mail.

Its no wonder many other sources of mail delivery are doing better.......you can NEVER get ahold of anyone at the post office.

The post office has delivered multiple packages to the wrong address or I have been given the incorrect key for my box to get my packages. I get you work long days and drive all day but delivering to the wrong address is wrong. Not everyone is honest now I’m out my money if the post office doesn’t fix the error or the person who got my package brings it by my house. I’m over it. Unprofessional service.

People everywhere seem to have beef with USPS. I personally dont have a problem with this post office? I bet its hard to work delivering mail all the time. People sure do like to make assumptions, I guess. USPS is not a Japanese railway system. They are not perfect nor are they always expected to be on time. I came to send something plenty of times. I never have any bad experiences. The workers are helpful and do their job. I never hear them or notice them being off task any time I visit. I even had an employee help me who was actually pretty funny, but in a quiet, humble way. Its hard to have subtle humor. You know, the requirements to work for USPS are strict. Chances are, the employees are better than you are, but they cant say that.

Been on hold for over an hour to check on delivery of a diabetic medical package. The Medical Company tracked delivery to post office 3 days ago. You would think it was important to deliver diabetic supplies to a 90 year old woman in a wheelchair that cant make a trip down to post office to find them and needs them!

Not bad as a whole but, its not false that their phones are 100% run by bots. i wanted to directly ask them why there was an exception with my package and when i clicked 2 for i havent recieved my package it just told me about covid restrictions. :/

This is by far the worst post office I have ever had to use. Drivers either can’t read or do not care about where they mail, they deliver, goes. Have had several packages “delivered” but not in my mailbox. It’s like they blatantly put mail in the wrong mailboxes. If I had any other options to send or get mail delivered, I would not support the USPS. COVID is not a valid excuse anymore.

This Post Office has been holding my VA medications for 8 days and refuses to deliver them to me. They arrived at the Post Office from the VA on Feb 24th, today is Mar 4th and they continue to sit and not be delivered. This might be understandable if they were traveling a long distance, however the VA is less than a mile from the Post Office, and the Post Office is less than 2 miles from my house. So it’s taken 8 days (so far) to travel less than 3 miles. I’ve also had to file a criminal report recently with the Postal Inspector as a number of my USPS packages have arrived opened and missing items. So I have a feeling holding my medication hostage at the Post Office is an attempt to cause harm as some kind of retribution.

Ive used our post office numerous times in my 18 years living in Cheyenne, especially in the past few months, and have had nothing but a pleasant experience. Ive visited both as an individual and a business, and the employees Ive worked with all seem very knowledgeable and are very helpful. Ive had my share of damaged deliveries - a few are to be expected, of course - but they werent very well cushioned when they were shipped to me.What really impresses me is how often theyre all hands on deck -- during very busy times, all employees are at the front desk helping customers, and even someone out in the lobby helping those in line.Honestly, our local office seems to be working like a well oiled machine - in my opinion.

If I could give USPS a 0 stars I would. Sent a package though priority mail so it should have only taken a week to get there. My tracking said in transit for 3 weeks, I tried calling the customer service but all I got was a automated message. Then I tried sending a missing mail repot and no one got back to me. I went in to the USPS store 3 times to speak with someone and they said they’d call me, no one called. I went in again and they said it’s at a big shipping station and they’d red flag it, but I didn’t get any information afterwards. I went ahead and made another package and sent it though a different service UPS and it made it in one day. The USPS service called me weeks later saying you’re package might be missing. So stressful!

This review is for the 24hr kiosk system. Why have a 24hr Kiosk system if you guys are going to LOCK the collection box from r boxes and packages inside and then everything else outside to drop packages is only gor letters or Flats Only.

Came here to collect signatures per my constitutional right. They sent out not one, not two, not three... But four different employees to try and bully me off the property. Each time I asked them to call the police. The 4th employee finally did call the police. Once the police arrived they explained to the postal workers that I have a legal right to petition at the post office. But geeze sending four different employees to threaten and harass me is not cool, trying to violate my rights not cool. We need to privatize this sector and it would be run cheaper and more effectively.

I just moved from out of state and was required to rekey my mailbox upon move in. I put the request in and was told the key would be ready in 3 days. When I returned to pick up the keys, I was informed that were not done and they had no idea when they would be ready. I placed a hold on my mail because I was concerned about missing bills. Each time I went in I was told I had no mail. I was frustrated because I knew I had bills, health insurance cards, and a new credit card delivered. I spoke with several clerks in the 7 times I went in to check for mail about my concerns with no solution given. I received my keys 4 weeks later and upon opening my mailbox it was jammed full. I went back to the post office to let the supervisor know what had happened, to express my frustrations, and to suggest that their current mail hold process may need some improvement. The supervisor (woman with medium length brown hair in a ponytail) was rude and told me “nobody’s perfect” while rolling her eyes and walking away. I am very disappointed in the customer service here. I was hoping to help alleviate future frustrations from other customers by letting them know my experience, but clearly the supervisor does not care. I will not be returning here.

Went to mail pkg to Denver. Purchased a brown mailer inserted material and attempted to seal. Pkg didnt seal properly. I asked mail staff with beard for tape or stapler. He put a small piece of white tape on pkg. When I questioned him about another piece he said he could sell me. I asked to borrow a stapler. He said he didnt have one but one was clearly visible at his station and at next station. Again repeated he could sell me something I didnt need and refused to help. This is the reason USPS service staff have a bad rep. I mail in this center a lot and have observed this man on other times. I will refuse to permit him to sell me or help with anything. Manager needs customer service skills training for him.

I have 3 phone numbers that I called to get information. One number has just recording and will not transfer to live person. The other 2 numbers just ring off the wall. I waited over an hour for someone to answer because that is what the recording said would be the wait time. Not pleased at ll with customer service.

My mom was mailing my hoodie to me that I accidentally left when I moved out and she told me that my dad had been wearing it. He said it was his Gigis and he wanted me to have it back. Giving them a 1 is being generous. They are always delivering the wrong packages to the wrong house, and then I spend the next week tracking the package down. You would think that they would read these messages and change some practices.

I pay them to deliver to my residence. They say the pacel box is too full or the item will not fit in box. Now I have to drive 5 miles one way to get something that I paid them to deliver! WTFO???

I never can get my expected mail same day. I have to chase it all over Cheyenne. What good is hold mail option if you still put it out for delivery only to delay me picking up for a day. I could never get my replacement phone had to beg them to use Ups. I hate this place it should be closed Staff is horrible and so is, the actual service.

I went in and talked to John about opening a box on base and since I didnt do it in a certain amount of time time after we moved in I would have to pay $40 when all I needed was one letter that accidentally got mailed there. Not to mention we are moving again thats wht I didnt open that box. John was so friendly and helpful. He called me the next day and had my letter there waiting. Thanks John!!!!

I had 2 packages coming today. One gave me a text notification that it was here. I checked my mailbox and I had one package. An hour later, I received another notification saying my other package had been put into my mailbox. I checked, and i have no package! Im pretty sure the mailman put my package into sometimes elses mailbox. ID LIKE MY OTHER PACKAGE, PLEASE! IT SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED!

I had a very important package coming from my mom and the tracking number shows it was delivered. Its been 4 days since and its still not here. Both me and my mom have filed complaints and a missing package request. I went into the post office to ask and they looked at me like I was stupid and told me I should have came in sooner.

Went in with a small box to ship. About 8 wide. I didnt have any tape. I asked the postal worker if they could tape the box or had me a small piece of tape Soni could put it on. They said they could only sell me a roll of tape. $4. $4 and I only needed a small piece. Pretty lame

Peggy was a rock star today! She was clearly understaffed but took the time to make sure I had excellent service! Supervisors-you need more than one desk clerk at 0730 am the line was never less than 8 people, even if you just have someone who is trained to cover when the line gets long.....

I swear, nothing can be delivered on time. Ordered a new fly rod for a fishing trip giving 2 weeks for the delivery. They lost the package. 400 dollar rod and reel and I can’t even use it for this trip. This happens every time. Completely useless service. All I know is if I messed up this much in my job, I wouldn’t have one.

Used self mail machines. Put package in drop box. It caught my package. Tore it n half was package of 8x10 photos. That cost 60 bucks to print. They removed my package and lady said looks like they got a little damaged. They are destroyed. N apologies nothing.

I wish there was some way to leave no stars. I work for a small business that relies on legal documents being sent certified and receiving that certified back as delivered or undeliverable before we can proceed with our business. There is NO consistency on when we receive them back!!! NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE!!! The most frustrating thing to me...dont answer your phone ~ you go out of business MORONS!!! We sent a certified letter out over two months ago...cant get a straight answer out of a USPS representative. Have spoke with at least 7 different people (after spending hours on hold with the 1-800 numbers!). They all make excuses. Finally told us it was probably damaged or lost. Demanded they send us something in writing reflecting that. Probably wont get that for two months either...

Location is fine but delivery is incompetent. We on a regular basis have our credit union or mortgage holder or parents call us saying mail was returned as undeliverable. Weve complained numerous times but nothing is fixed. I just got a call today from my work saying my annual contract was returned as undeliverable/bad address. Weve even had a collection call for $23 dollars from a medical practice we visited once. Low and behold theyd mailed out monthly invoices and when they came back as undeliverable they passed it on to a collection agent. Luckily it hadnt shown up on our credit and we paid it. Regardless, wherever the system break down is it is clear after 2 1/2 years of this they dont care or try. If this post office and how it is run and operated is an example of how they all work no Wonder the usps loses billions of taxpayer dollars every year. We ask family to only ship UPS or FedEx. Our credit union (see above) even has it on file to not ship USPS to us. They are worthless!

I was a tracking a package that stated it was out for delivery on Wednesday...I waited until Friday to call when I did not receive the package. The first person I talked to did not try to help at all. The second person promised to call me back, and then never did. I called on Monday and I had to call about 5 times to get an answer. Jeff answered and explained he was the only person in today. I explained my problem, and he promised to look into it. I didnt have much hope but a few minutes later he called back and said he had found my package. Jeff was actually helpful and found my package, I cannot thank him enough for taking the time to help me! But otherwise my experience with the location was terrible, Jeff was the only person who actually cared!

TWO packages that were said to be delivered to my address are missing. They are marked DELIVERED on tracking, but nowhere to be found!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous. That is now $100 that I wont get back on my items because they were marked as delivered, even though they werent. Can some of us have YOUR jobs, USPS?? It would be nice to be on gov pay where oil and energy do not dictate the consistency on my paychecks.

This location is absolutely horrible. We have gone round and round over a forwarding address label. Spoke with letter carriers as well as two different supervisors. One time stood at the counter waiting for somebody to come and help for over 45 minutes. Many times, the counter staff here seem like they really dont care whether you get help or not. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on base or the one by the airport if you want good service. Even had a mail carrier come by our house and dump a load of PAID flyers in our trashcan. Called and reported with absolutely zero follow up, even though what was done is a Federal offense to tamper with mail.

Every time Amazon uses this place to fulfill one of my orders something stupid happens. These pictures show the damage caused by their recklessness. Fortunately, Amazon fronted the bill and sent me a new book free of charge, but they shouldnt have to. I cant believe that when something like this happens all you receive is a note that says, were sorry. Were sorry, does not cut it in any other business. Were sorry, does not rectify damaged goods. The USPS has to be one of the premiere examples of a faulty governmental system that we have.

If I could rate it a zero I would!! My mail (including important, personal documents) has been constantly delivered to other people!!! My neighbors have had to bring it to me on more than one occasion (bank statements, expense packages, etc). The address on ALL of these packages have been correct and had my name on them - yet the mail carrier seems to be beyond lazy and delivering them to other people. I currently am missing multiple packages from people that have never been delivered to us!! I’m beyond furious & what’s sick - is you can’t get ahold of ANYONE to submit a complaint. My mail is being tampered with and I have no one to contact - SICK!!Y’all need to get your act together! Because once I get a tracking number on some of these packages-I’m going to report y’all in every single way I can!!At this point - I consider my mail stolen since our mail carrier seems to not be able to get MY MAIL to me...literally all he’d have to do is read the stinking address!!

Was being helped by an employee but had to write the address into on the package. He said he was going to help a customer or two while we did and to return to him after we finished. Took less then 5 minutes and when we turned back around he was gone waited another 10 minutes before was helped by a different person. Took more then 30 minutes in the post office all because someone decided to go to lunch instead of helping up before so.

Whats to be said that hasnt already been stated?1. Awful staff because they are government workers.2. If you go in at lunch be prepared to wait for an hour, so basically dont even bother going.3. 90% of the time there is one clerk helping a huge line while 3 other workers are doing other tasks.4. Can we please privatize the USPS already? Or at a minimum remove their monopoly on first class mail?

Absolutely ridiculous! Call for 1 simple question locate a sheet of stamps and calling the 772-7080 number transfers to a voicemail box, and thats full so you cant even complete your call. Way to go Cheyenne! Just another fine example of really poor customer service. I wanted to give it 0!!

Today I came to address issues of several financial documents (replacement debit cards and cheques) have been sent to me that Ive seen through informed delivery and never received. The managers refused to listen to my concerns simply suggesting that its my fault they were never received. I stand at the mail box every time the mail man deposits my mail and my pay cheques are never there. I pointed out that ive seen the mail man smoking weed while delivering mail, I was called a liar. I suggested that despite my many hours of effort to ensure I received my cheques that the theft has to be internal (remewmber the cheques arent making it to my house and are being cashed within days of seeing them in informed delivery) they called me a liar yet again and laughed at me. The severe lack of professionalism and courtesy is appalling, I have never felt to degraded in my life. These are my means to survive, being laughed at and dismissed without putting any effort into helping me is unacceptable. They have no customer service skills (for heavens sake being interrupted constantly, mocked, laughed at, and flat out calling me a liar) they should have no position relating to the public.

One of the worst costumer service experiences Ive ever had. Id give them no stars if I could. Jumping through hoops to talk to an actual person only to be told Id have to wait 40 minutes to speak to someone. My package never arrived and I have no idea where it is. Im just going through UPS next time.

My local carrier has repeatedly not picked up outgoing mail, delivered my neighbors mail to me, and today delivered my medication to a completely random address. Thank god the guy who did get my meds brought them to me. Now Im trying to lodge a complaint and they but me on hold for over 30 minutes and no one on their end is trying to fix this.

I am sick of the USPS, always getting someone else s mail, they lose my mail (VA prescriptions) constantly, but this takes the cake. This was sent to me as it had an important certificate that I worked hard for. You think the moron could freaking READ DO NOT BEND they folded it 9see crease) and shoved it in the mailbox. Now that is Barack Obama mentality right there for our Government workers. Dont take care of anything, be responsible for nothing, and always, always blame the other guy. It gets worse though, I try calling the darned Cheyenne USPS and get a recording that the mailbox is not set up and they are not taking calls. What a job to sit in a guaranteed paycheck and pension that we pay for and do nothing to respect or serve the people you are actually meant to serve and respect.

On SEVERAL occasions, they delivered my mail to the WRONG address. How does this even happen? Is the carrier seriously too inane to double check to see if they are putting the mail in the right mailbox? The address is RIGHT there on it! If this happened just once, okay somewhat understandable? But no, this happens CONSTANTLY. Absolutely poor professionalism.

Worst service ever !! I had to wait for 57 minutes to talk to someone, they told me that policy says that they have 2 to 9 days before they have to deliver my mail. Today is day 9 since they 9, still no mail.

I have filed claims with the USPS at the fed level, and still my mail gets returned to sender. I pay $100.00 per year for a box they wont deliver mail to!And to think that my tax dollars go to pay these folks wages. What a COMPLETE waste of good money they are. I have ordered from USPS and I had First Class Shipping. My order came in late, but it didnt even arrive. On the tracking it says delivered but it never was!!! I TRIED TO CALL THEM OVER 5 TIMES TO SORT OUT THE PROBLEM AND NOBODY ANWSERS. Horrid experience.

Wish I could give this no starsI just recently moved in with my boyfriend I had submitted a change if address that was lost. Then the icing on the cake happened this morning. The mail carrier sent my mail back to sender because she didnt know I lived here. With everyone else complaining on here that they deliver mail to their address with other peoples names on it and I cant even get mail at my address. What is even a stranger is the fact that I had received mail here a week ago and she delivered it. The pieces of mail both came from the same company because they are my paychecks. Now thanks to the carrier I have no money and now I have to cancel my Christmas Party plans. Thank you, NOT!!!

I CAN NEVER GET TO TALK TO THE POSTMASTER SHE TO IMPORTANT TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS. HAVE TO CALL DC. THEN I STILL DONT GET THE POSTMASTER. THE MAIL AT THE PO BOXES IS NEVER READY AT 10:30. I ordered a package off the internet and never got it. I checked the tracking and found that the package came to the post office with the correct address but with out even giving me a notice they sent it back to California and now I have to try to deal with these people who have been screwing up my mail for more than a year since we moved here.I never had trouble like this with the post office were I used to live but this place is a joke. I will never use the USPS for other packages if there is any other option available.

The post office took it upon itself to hold my mail and say my house was vacant even though it was not. The one time i did get them to answer the phone the person was extremely rude and made it sound like it was my fault the house was marked as vacant because i park out back in my private off street parking area. Today I have called over 20 times and at first the phone rang but went to voicemail and now it doesnt even ring and just hangs up. This entire post office needs to just be fired and competent people need to be brought in. No wonder the USPS is going bankrupt

First the woman up there wouldnt let me have my package unless my wife was there to pick it up even though she had it right there in her hands in front of me, but, then when I sent my wife up there to get it not even fifteen minutes after I left they lost the package and wouldnt find it. So now I not only dont have my package but Im out of hundreds of dollars that I spent on it.

I cant even begin to tell you about the trouble with this office, from not answering the phone at all!, to an incompetent postal carrier whos mistake made a certified envelope (with document needed to get married!) to be sent back after only being in town two days!! Denise was who I spoke to and only could offer a sorry and that shell speak to the carrier, my elderly parents in another state would have to have their postmaster contact her if they didnt want to pay to send it back to me. why should they have to pay when they already did and it was the incompetent carrier miss dating and then the lazy clerk who sent it back without actually looking at the date on the envelope. oh and guess who is still delivering our mail? Mail arrives at 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM. My packages say out for delivery for three days...what happened to the little card that says you have a package to big for the mail box please come pick up your package? Its not rocket science to figure out how to deliver mail....

This place is a joke. We moved onto a brand new house. Been trying for over a month and a half to get mail. There supervisor clueless and shouldnt be in that role. Supervisors fix problems not make them worse.

I received a form letter in the mail, I called the number on the from letter - it is a number that does not accept calls. Therefore a non-working number. I then called the number listed on the internet- I called several times between 1:15 -1:45pm. The call was never answered and the last time I let the phone ring for2- 3 minutes. I tried the automated system, but could not get to a live person, and the automated system did not deal with my question. Again no help. They only way I can get any response to a question is to personally drive to a post office, and hope the teller can give me information about a post office box. Your system is not customer friendly.

This post office is a joke....from the mailman signing for a certified letter and never leaving it, to mail missing, misdelivered mail and now a random box in the middle of the road that was supposed to be delivered across town. Try to call them and the number goes to Voicemail and says its full....if this is how every post office operates its no wonder they are going broke......

Absolutely worthless. UPS keeps handing over my amazon purchases to these fools, and they wont deliver my packages! They stick a slip in my mailbox only 1 time and then I have to drive to the post office to get my packages. Ive had days where I find a slip in my box but I was even home; the lazy fool couldnt bother to come to my door! They refuse to drop packages at the front office like UPS and FedEx does, which is right next to the mailboxes. The USPS is a massive waste of my taxes, and they need to be privatized already, and all the current workers should be laid off.

Our mail arrives normally at night in the dark after my child goes to bed. Usually between 7 an 8:30. Fridays, well, today it arrived at 2:15 in the afternoon. WHAT IS UP WITH HER??I have lived all over the US and never had my mail arrived at dark in the evening. This is a city. I have literally lived in the middle of no where and had my mail by 11am. This is rediculous.

Bunch of frickn mouth breathers. Still havent gotten mail since Ive moved up here despite going in there three times to resolve the issue. Oh and good luck getting anyone to answer the phone.WORST POST OFFICE EVER!!!! Im pretty sure you dont even need a GED to work there . . .and it shows.

Another shining example of Cheyenne customer service. Four packages lost or misplaced since November, any complaint to management falls on deaf ears. The phone is never answered and the voicemail box is always full. Looks as if I am not the only one facing these delivery issues, the incompetence is absolutely unacceptable.

The clerks have been very professional and helpful everytime I have gone in to mail items, or get stamps.

This place is ridiculous. Do not go here to get a passport. We showed up 2 hours before they close and they wouldn’t see us even though there were only 2 people in front of us because they “didn’t have time” and the passport worker was on overtime. Save your time and go to Colorado for any passport related trips.

Infuriating. Absolutely infuriating. I went on vacation in June. I was gone two weeks. My home mail box is huge, didnt foresee a problem. Apparently the delivery person concluded that I had moved and left no forwarding address because my mail piled up for two weeks. They took my mail to the post office. When I got back and had no mail I went by and got it. I did not receive any mail the next week. I went again, and was told the carrier had put through an order to return all my mail to sender, you know, since I had moved and left no address. They said they would rescind the order. I have been calling and going there for MONTHS now because I get SOME mail, and then I get calls from people saying something they sent was returned. The post office cannot solve the problem. Half my mail gets returned to sender. I am so mad I dont even know what to do anymore.

I keep getting somebody else mail i have called and complained and nothing is done i have sign up with the online service to preveiw ur mail but i have not recieved any of it.

I havent gotten mail or pacjages for a week now... I go down there today and you tell me I put in a change of addess.... Ive lived at the same place for over a year and you tell mw you cant find out where everything is going until your supervisor looks it up... Tell me if I dont hear anything by Tuesday come back in... Thats not ok. I havent gotten mail or packages in over a week but I have tonwait longer becausr you messed up. If I could use another service you bet I would.

Been trying to get my package that was supposedly delivered Monday the 5th of December via tracking number and ive been in there 4 times to get someone to find it nothing has been done they keep taking down my address and my phone number no call backs Ive tried to call them nobody answers the phone. Each time I go in there is always someone else who has been having the same issue. If something like this happens I would think k that they would do more of an effort to find someones package. Very disappointing.

Dont waste your time! I went here to get my passport photo, had to call 3 time to make an appointment just to have their camera not work Come to find out by going to walgreens to get my photo there that their camera hast worked in over a year, they still make appointments and have you get all the way there just to turn you down. Bad business and always crowded because they usually only have 1 or 2 people working.

They dont answer the phone, the vm is saying it is completely full. They are returning mail for some reason, yet I cant even find out why. Ridiculous. I am paid up for sure. I agree with one of the other comments, no wonder usps is going broke.

Always friendly and helpful. Some times you have to wait but that is how life goes.

My package was not delivered to my house. When trying to call post office I had to wait for over an hour then I was given another number to call. No one answers the number I was given.

I have always received friendly, helpful service at this Post Office. Our mail carrier rocks!

Worst service. Obviously carriers aren’t doing their jobs if there are so many complaints.

Mail delivery sucks. Lazy, incompetentent mail carriers run rampant. Ive had so much misdelivered mail coming to my mail box as well as my mail misdeliverd to other addresses. Even usps tracking mail gets misdelivered! I dont know how many times ive sent email complaints to the USPS headquarters. All they do is refer the complaint back to the local post office. The local office is so incompetent. My neighbor actually saw a mail carrier throw mail into a dumpster!
