We can hardly say enough good things about this outfit. Sam Samantha did a great job. She started out as our property manager, for our house in Cheyenne, while we were living in Texas. We had previously dealt with property managers, and they were a nightmare. She found a good renter, and took good care of the house. She helped us so much, ( I even have a picture of her on her knees helping me with the living room floor). She took care of so many details, that saved us time and money. She took some evening calls and some weekend calls. Then when it was time to sell the house, she was there for EVERYTHING. We are older, and she was very patient, and explained things (more than once), she got things done in a timely manner, she knows what she is doing and she definitely was looking out for us. The house sold in 1 week, and the pricing on it was perfect! We have used other real estate agents.... Im sorry we didnt know about her sooner. We are COMPLETELY satisfied !!

Sam is excellent at what she does. I have engaged her as both a buyer’s agent and property manager on multiple properties.In addition to a strong feel and knowledge for the Cheyenne area’s real estate market, she is very knowledgeable about a property’s construction or maintenance. I’m doubtful many other agents can solve as many problems around the house or are as willing to get their hands dirty. If she can’t fix it, she has good relationships with many area contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc. that you can trust for fair billing and solid work.She keeps detailed records and will ensure your paperwork is on point. I cannot recommend Sam or Bear Paw more highly.
