I went in today with no appointment and was getting my nails done within 5-10 minutes. It did take rather long but I was in no rush, and it only took so long because the technician was making sure everything was perfect. He did such a wonderful job, I am very impressed. He was a bit rough when filing my nails, but other then that he cared a lot. At no point during the process was a price discussed, I just showed him a picture and he began working. In the end when I went to pay, the price was definitely reasonable so no complaints. All in all, my favorite set of nails I’ve ever had.

Went here to get coffin nails. They did such a good job. My nails look so much smaller than I thought they were....lol. ⁹

This nail salon is a joke they charged me $90 for two sets and nails fall off with in 2 days. They wont fix it and they wont refund it what a joke I will see them in court.

I had a fabulous time! But I called a week prior and asked prices and made an appointment and the told me $25 for a design but when I got I got it done he did an amazing job I was really happy but I was charged $60. Other than that it was wonderful!

Every time I have gone here they up the price. Supposed to be $35 for a full set. That’s what their board says. So I expected the service to be $35 and of course I tip. At the very end she says it’s $40. I said why your sign says it’s $35. She said oh we forgot to tell you we use “special solar powder” and it’s $5 more. Sorry. They did the same thing to me last time when I just got a manicure made up some strange fake charge to charge me extra. Shady people and it’s irritating

They are amazing always kind unlike other places in town, offering full service including parafin wax to soak your hand in feet, they have never hurt me by cutting too deep or grinding to much nail off. They are just wonderful people!! My nails look amazing!

I took my daughter to get her nails done here. Jenny was very good. Jenny really listened to what it was my Daughter wanted from the color to the shape she nailed it! I was completely SHOCKED over the price my daughter got a full set with gel/shellac polish for 45dollars!

Got a great experience about a week ago. Service was good, fast & affordable. However, I need some chipped polish fixed & Im wondering why its 11am & Google says the place is open when it clearly isnt, as Ive gone into Walmart & the gate is closed.

I had a great experience tonight. Jenny gave me lots of attention . Had a manicure and pedicure. Probably the best I have ever had. Price was cheap, hospitality and service was awesome. I have absolutely no complaints!

I love this place! This is the only place in town I go to do my nails. Every time I go Jenny does a great job and I always get the shape and color I want. I got a pedicure for the first time there and she did amazing with that as well. I’ve been to other places and the nail polish chips off or the shape of my nails is horrible. Since then this is the only place I go! Recommended to everyone!

Jenny is always so friendly and professional. She is very creative, and she can do amazing art on my nails that weigh exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend her and this place!

It was the worst experience ever! February 9 th, 2018, The manager started my nails but then another customer was complaining about the girl doing her names so they switched! My nails were awful! I kept telling her the edges weren’t secure and she kept telling me they would be fine! They were not even, they looked like a four war old did it. Finally this really nice young man comes in and the manager had him finish my nails! He did the very best he could with the mess he was left! The all popped off with in a week! I will never go back,

The worst nail experience I have ever had and this was the second chance. I went in wanting a manicure with gel and got a polish change that took almost two hours to do. I informed the gentlemen, that informed me of his wife and their life, that I was getting my nails done for my date and needed to be out soon. He seemed to slow down and not care that I was running late. I soaked in acetone for thirty to forty min at least. I didnt get a manicure so my hands look awful and my nails were not cleaned up filed nothing and most of the nails are missing polish. when it came time to pay I was already 30 min late for my date heard the lady tell him 15 he then said whatever its 25 I was in such a hurry I just paid it. This nail place is a scam this happened the first time I came here and I thought it was just a bad night but NOPE this place is awful, dirty and ran by scam artist I WILL NEVER SHOW MY FACE THERE AGAIN and I will be sure to tell all my friends that are nail people as well. I had to give one star to post this review that is the only reason I gave it anything.This is to respond to the owners first of all it is so disgusting that this is how you provide customer service usually businesses want to keep customers not down talk them and not tell the truth. Second I got to your establishment at 2:50 p.m. and didnt leave until 4:25 for a polish change (asked for a manicure with gel) that is plenty of time for me to get my polish changed and get ready I would say. And third you guys were not busy there were two other people getting nails done and if it was that busy then when I asked how long the wait was I should have been told a time and not told to have a set there was NO cutting of the line. The way you handle your business is down right sad and you folks need to learn how to treat unhappy customers I will be posting this on facebook for all to see how rude and awful you and your company really is I feel bad for your staff truly!

Todays visit was... awkward. To be honest since Anthony left and new management took over I havent given them a chance. Went in with my daughter. Took 2+ hours for one reg pedi and one ultimate (?). I felt bad for the other two customers that were in there. The guy that was in there didnt do any of the polish, so whenever it was time for the polish, the lady stopped working on her client in order to put the polish on us. Very weird. It was awkward being switched between the two people. Not going back.Updated after response from owner:I am glad that the owner does reply to review the snarky response is not needed. It also doesnt take that long for gel polish to set. After one day of chrome gel polish there are already chips in the polish which tells me its older polish. I would think it be best to have only one person focus on a client not being bounced back and forth. But thats just the customer service training in me.

This Place Used To Be Great But New Management Has taken over. Its Horrible And They Never Give You What You Want. I went today and they had a Caucasian woman working. The Worst Nails Ive Ever Had. She Has No Clue What She Is Doing, I Almost Felt Sorry For Her But Then Remember Screw That. Im Paying 50.00 For A Service That Should Be Decent. I asked for an eyebrow wax and was told to come back tomorrow because they were to busy. What The F#@!. I will never recommend this place or come back.

AVOID AVOID. Like all the other reviews the pedicure was horrendous. When I asked the manager to make it right she gives me that tired old line of I dont speak English to good, spoke fine when i entered the store. AGAIN AVOID AVOID AVOID much better places in town.

Came in for an eyebrow wax because it was the only place open late on a Sunday. Was sat in a pedicure chair and a man did my wax. I understand it is primarily a nail salon, though a different chair would be a smart investment. Was very uncomfortable of his positioning when he had to press into me to do the job. He put a headband on me to keep my hair out of the wax, which at first I thought was considerate. Until I saw he was re-using a waxing stick that had hair and fuzz on it.. it was practically on my skin when I noticed and I didnt want to jolt away and lose my eyelashes. So I sat through it hoping the entire time that I did not get an infection, or lice from the headband. Was not impressed and would not go back again.

Only place I would go very friendly and professional best ever I always get complements on my nails I must say thank you for doing such beautiful work again taking time to be Professional Best Jenny & all the rest 🦋💋

Service was very average, however, the prices are not the same as other Davi nails. I am a truck driver and get my nails done at Davi every two weeks in a different place in the US and Ive been to Cheyenne twice now and both times they charged me double as any other Davi nails. A fill for acrylic Nails should not be $40. The shape of my nails is fine but every nail is a different length and the stylist did not take the time to check the length of any of them.

Went there Saturday (the27th) the guy who did my shellac manicure took UNsantizied tools out from the drawer and used them on me. Ew. Then his painting skills were questionable. My shellac manicure peeled off the next day (usually lasts me 2 weeks).Ended up just doing my own at home. Such a disappointing experience and wish I saved my money instead

The nail tech didnt care that she nicked three of my daughters fingers and made her bleed. My daughter asked if she could make her nais shorter and she told her no. Not happy with the service at all.

I will NEVER get my nails done here again. Got them done 6 days ago, one fell off the same afternoon, and the rest are raised and coming loose. The new owners/management apparently doesnt care about anything but cash.
