Mediocre mass market lawn service. You are a house on a route. They will come to your house once a week when it fits the route, and mow your lawn just like they mow everybody elses. That part is fine.If you want anything else, such as less than weekly service or a request, they will either refuse saying we dont provide that service, or they will simply fail to deliver. Also, they will be sure to make you feel like your lack of conformity is a big inconvenience to them.So in general, if you want exactly what they provide, they will provide it. But if you want anything else, or good customer service, youre better off with your neighbor kid or a smaller lawn service.

I gave these folks responsibility for our lawn while my wife and I were traveling. Things looked great when we got home. Not just the grass but they also cleaned out a rock bed and took down several sickly trees. All done professionally and in a timely manner.
