We called ServPro (Cheyenne) out to our home after we experienced water coming into our home during a storm. Ricardo was sent out with a water camera to walk through our home. I walked around with him to show him where we had water coming in. There was so much blue on the camera that it looked like a pool of water in our ceilings and walls. I asked if that indicated water and he said yes. We had already contacted our insurance company and so we asked ServPro to send the information to them. Not only did they not send the information to our insurance company, but during the process, they pulled out and said they didnt have any record of the water inspection in our home. As a result, we cannot prove the extent of the water damage. And since it has taken our insurance company three months to get started on our claim, we cant get them to pay for repairs we know need to be done. Thanks ServPro.

The rental I have in Cheyenne, WY had a hot water leak that created water damage in the bottom level of the home. ServPro was very quick and efficient about getting out there to quote me for my insurance. As soon as I told them I was ready, they got out there and did the mitigation. I live in Delaware and the efficient and easy way ServPro did the mitigation was flawless and made my life less stressful!”

We contacted Servpro because our basement flooded. They showed up 4 hours after we called. The team was nice but told us that our basement wouldnt be covered by our insurance because it was caused by our sprinkler system. They also told us it would cost $10,000 to clean up the water. We sent them away and cleaned it all up with the help of our neighbors. Later we received a bill for $250. We were NOT told there would be a cost whether they did anything or not. That could easily be overlooked if it were not for their marketing woman harassing me for payment even before the bill was due. She has sent me 3 email messages asking for payment. Seems they have financial issues if they need to use their marketing staff to harass people for a bill that wasnt even due! Ridiculous!

Not cheap, but they did an amazing job!

SERVPRO has come out to my house on two occasions and was nothing but thorough and professional. They did a great job with the flooding in my basement and made me feel calm about getting everything fixed. Great company!

I called Servpro when my water heater leaked and ruined a couple of rooms.Employees were friendly, polite, knew their jobs. All questions were answered thoroughly and honestly. Fantastic job! I hope to not need restoration again, but, if I do, I know who Im going to call!

The Serve Pro team are amazing! So professional and thorough. Our main water line broke in our basement and we had a good inch and a half of water flowing everywhere. We discovered the flood around 6 pm and the team was at our house in Cheyenne within 2 hrs of our call despite the fact they were working in Ft Collins at the time. They did an amazing job with the clean up and drying out. They explained every detail of their job thoroughly, did not try to do any unnecessary work and were truly focused on doing the best possible job they could and kept in touch each day as they checked on the progress of the drying out faze. Thank You Serve Pro for helping us keep our disaster to a minimum!! I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of this type of service. We had a back flow pipe burst outside and flooded our basement. Called SERVPRO and they got to my house fast! They also removed the water and set up blowers quickly as well. The employees were friendly and reassured us everything was going to be ok. Call SERVPRO over any other company, I PROMISE you you wont be disappointed. If I would have called any other company in town, I wouldnt have had quick service like this (trust me). Thank you SERVPRO for your help and service!

SERVPRO was amazing to work with when a pipe broke in the basement of one of my rental properties. My insurance company had SERVPRO as a preferred service provider. When I called to arrange services, SERVPRO responded quickly and had a team onsite within a couple hours, which I believe reduced the damage to my property. I will definitely use their services again.

After more than an hour of running from a broken water pipe our 2500 Sq Ft basement was pretty saturated. Approximately 3/4 of the entire carpeted basement was soaked. I called ServePro at 7:30pm and Richie shoed up within 30 minutes. after 3 hours of cutting away carpet pad, taking off baseboards, sheetrock and sucking up water, the fans/blowers and de-humidifiers were brought in. What I considered a disaster was handled very professionally by Richie. Putting me at ease and remaining calm and cool and focusing on what needed to be done.Richie came by daily checking the situation, removing more materials and adding more fans and other equipment. After a week the insurance adjuster arrived to assess the damage. He commented on how well the carpet was addressed and the walls and ceiling also looking very good. The obvious worry of mold setting in had been averted with Richies quick, professional and detailed knowledge in dealing with this flooding situation. Definitely an up and coming business for Cheyenne and should warrant some positive recognition by Cheyennes Chamber of Commerce.. Well done Richie and I hope I do not experience this again, but if I do...youll be hearing from me. A definite 10 STAR rating **********

These guys are Awesome!!! Backflow valve froze & exploded yesterday while I wasnt home... basement flooded bad... when other restoration companies wouldnt answer their emergency line (or call back) Servepro did and three awesome guys showed up immediately (930pm) and cleaned up in three hours. 6 blowers & 2 dehumidifiers running all night has seemed to minimize the damage done! Keep them in mind if you ever need water/fire restoration!!! A million thanks!!!!
