Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, prices are unbeatable and equipment is well kept as well as top quality. Also understanding of schedule changes. Becky is an absolute Star Business owner. They will always have my business.

Both pieces of equipment broke while being used. The scissor lift fried a battery terminal and the forklift blew a radiator hose. The leak caused oil to spill all over the new concrete. When a request for bill adjustment or a cleanup crew was made, they blew me off.They did swap out the scissor lift and sent a mechanic out very expeditiously. That’s the only reason for the third star. Their equipment has been run into the ground. I will not recommend or use them for any future services.

I will NEVER use A1 Rental again. I rented a manlift and it trapped me in the air as it was not charged as I was told it was. Cost me time and money. Contacted manager (I think it was the owner Becky) she was very spiteful and hateful. Avoid A1 at all costs, you can find better equipment rusting in a pasture

I rented a floor sander. It did not work. Was a complete waste. I was twenty minutes late and they charged me an extra day. The owner told me she would take care of it and only charge me the day. She didn’t. She still charged me for everything and with one hell of an attitude too. I rent a lot of stuff from them but I will never go back.

I rented a power rake from A1 yesterday. The initial equipment I got was broken and damaged my yard pretty good. They replaced it with one that worked somewhat correctly. Ultimately I still didn’t get the job done due to the equipment. They only made me pay for the hour (0.3 hr) I used the equipment for instead of the 2 I was under agreement for which seemed fair to me.I’ll definitely rent here again and can recommend it because they made good on my frustrations. Next time I’ll make sure the equipment in its entirety is working as designed before leaving the rental property.

Rented a skid loader from these guys. It looked absolutely trashed and beat up the minute I got it. The safety bar didn’t latch right, controls were wore out and they had a it bungee corded because the throttle didn’t work (it was stuck at 1/4 throttle the entire time I was using it.) If you’re looking to rent heavy equipment, go to Wyoming Rents. You’ll be paying a little more, but you’re getting better and newer equipment. Learn from me.

Grade A customer service. Excellent selection of equipment with fair pricing. The equipment is always clean upon receipt. Staff is very knowledgeable and able to make suggestions to save you a couple dollars or a little heartache. Someone is always available to assist you in loading up. They also have full service delivery on the heavy equipment.My only gripe is the parking situation there isnt the greatest.*I will update this review should things change*

I went in the 1st time not knowing exactly what I needed and the manager Joe helped me out with getting all the right equipment and answered any questions I had regarding the equipment. These guys generally have what I need and prices are reasonable.

I worked for them for a month. The owner of this business was evil. She would demean her employees in front of customers and she was so disrespectful to everyone that worked for her. The day that she disrespected me in front of people was my last day. At my new job I looked at a file accidentally that had her reference comments in it. Becky you are the devil. And your manager Joey Valdez made some comments as well. I do not believe that I am weird, youre a manager and you run around that place trying to get anyone that will listen to you, to get to have a three some with you and your wife. But since you are management you should know that is sexual harassment. Tell me again who is the wierd one now.

They have quality equipment but they nickel and dime you. You load and unload your equipment while the clock is ticking and if there is a line inside when you are checking in expect to get charged for that too.

Nice people but gentleman said he was unable to assist me because he just does the equipment and someone else does the party supplies.
