Nice wash. They dont spray you down much so I still had some bugs on my car but its rare to find a place that can get those off. Real friendly, helpful staff which is why I gave it 5 stars.

A bit pricey for what you get. Not sure the treatments had a chance to be effective for how quickly you drive through. The blown air at the end of the service leaves water all over your vehicle. If you dont bring a towel to dry it yourself you can expect water all over your body and windows. Otherwise a decent drive thru wash.

Whats not to love about getting your car washed in less than 5 minutes?The only thing I dont like is the automatic renewal of the monthly unlimited pass. But the car wash itself is great and its five bucks for the basic! Add to that the fact that you get to use their vacuums for free, and you just saved yourself an entire afternoon to do something way more fun than washing your car!

Technology at its finest and no longer labor intensive.Why drive around in your best friend that huals you to work, baseball, basketball, football camping and just plain joy riding and never complains no matter how much weight you gain.Besides a clean car doesnt have the WASH ME tattoo on it.

Love this car wash. We have the monthly pass and get our car washed at least once a week. The auto-wash does a great job and the people are always extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely the most affordable and reliable way to keep your car clean!

The cockiest nobodies in Cheyenne work here. They make $15 am hour but cant even keep their machines from scratching the hell out of your paint. Also workers here are very judgemental. If you are not white do not try and address them.

Id give it zero in getting bugs and anything else off but as far as customer service goes awesome

I use several of these type car washes all over the US. 2 important things are missing. Air hoses to blow out the crevices for vacuums. Needs a way for staff or customers a way to pre scrub for bugs. I washed my car and still covered with bugs except the windshield.

Very nice business that does a very good job washing your car. Only issue with this location is the entrance, especially when extremely busy. Though, if you know how to drive your car and know how it handles and maneuvers you shouldnt have a problem.

Paid 18.00 for bubble wash. Back of my suv not clean dirt still there also sides and back rear window. This place moves cars thru so fast that cars cannot be gotten clean. System wants to sell you the membership though. Might have gotten membership but this is second time @18.00 a crack. No more. Normally like auto car wash places and have used them extensively in Germany where we moved from. This is good idea but product needs to be much better for the price.

Im a paid monthly member and for that I think people should get more than the basic car wash that barely cleans the outside of your car

I always use Beeze Thru car wash when I am visiting family in Cheyenne. The staff is always available and accommodating, and very helpful.

I love this car wash...my car sparkled after the wash. It has never sparkled before. Good price for a clean ride and it actually gets the car clean.

I use this place multiple times a month, i wouldnt recommend it if you have a new car because the brushes might damage your paint (i have no proof of this) but if you need a quick wash and free vacuums then this place is great

Bought the monthly package and the bar code wouldnt work. They made me purchase a new car wash to proceed. Too many cars behind me to back up and leave. Carwash didnt touch the back of my suburban and driving down the interstate in a heavy rain would have probably gave a better result

When we use a service like this, of course we all want a quality product and professionalism. Breeze thru passes that test with flying colors. But, I also want to support local businesses in my community with an owner that truly cares about people. The owners of this establishment are exactly that. They are very kind, sincere and fair. My life is better with them in it. Thank you for everything you do for the people around you.

Dont waste your money. I have purchased the Deluxe & Underbody wash on numerous occasions. I always have to detail the spots the wash misses on the car body, and the undercar wash does not work, ever. Even when the facility is actually at full operational status, which is about 50% of the time. I have, on numerous occasions, driven directly home and changed the oil in our vehicles after this Deluxe and Underbody wash, to realize that I did not get any underbody cleansing. Its all smoke & mirrors. Theyre hoping you wont actually look at the results. And, somebody needs to reverse the direction of rotation of the front/side brushes, so it doesnt fold your license plates into oblivion. So, go buy a set of $20.00 license plate covers to prevent this error in engineering. All in all, costs about 90% more than its worth. Spend $5.00 at the do-it-yourself and get a better job.

Nice employees but lost the garage door opener and they said no lost and found. So dont lose anything. Edit: I disliked that they didnt read the review but responded generically ugh...I will say Clean Wheels Car Wash is a better experience.

Good for the price but sometimes you need to go through twice to get everything off the vehicle even at the most expensive price and will leave spots too on black cars. But overall happy and frequent often.

Spent $18 on a sub-par car wash, back of car as well as wheels were not cleaned. Ended up going home and hand washing vehicle to clean it properly. Staff on hand was not very helpful. Better off doing car wash on your own unless mo other options.

The MG needed her first of the year spring car wash to get the dust n mud off from sitting all winter. As well as my SUV thats supposed to be all White and from all the winter during it was definitely not all White from the windows down. Both are back to looking good again.

I am not a fan of auto car washes. But man I LOVE THIS ONE. It definitely gets my truck clean. Bonus it’s $5 a wash w/ free vacuuming!! Not only that. You can do a $12 monthly wash as much as you want 👍🏻🙌🏻🤙🏻

Cars were moved through quickly, the free vacuums are great. My car was filthy though and the wash missed quite a bit. I will have to go clean the details myself at a self-serve wash.

I WILL NEVER BE BACK! I went And did the $12wash. As soon as it started I watched my windshield crack from the bottom to the top and of course I can’t do anything till I get out and look. I went inside to have somebody come out and look. When he did come out and check it out he said” well when it’s hot outside and we use cold water it can crack” FIRST of all, EHY ARE THEY USING COLD WATER! Knowing that it can crack glass. Then continued to say that there is nothing we can do about it. But then had the nerve to say “I’ll see you again next time!” MOST DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AT ALL

First time I visited Breeze Thru, my truck’s front was covered with dead bugs, based on the good reviews I thought this will be the place to get it clean. I was wrong. Picked the bubble bath package. The machine is set for an incredible speed, the brushes barely spending time on the body of the car. Most of the bugs were left on the hood, at least the dust and the rain streaks were removed.Tried it second time, giving a chance with less dirt and bugs, but still went with the “bubble bath” option. Half way through the wash, the spinning brush slammed open my left mirror - but at least it passed through quickly before it could cause any damage. Got the same results as the first time, anything stickier than dust was left on the truck, tailgate half way washed.I’m not sure if these results are coming from poor maintenance (worn out brushes) or poor settings of the machine, but after a $15 wash, I don’t think, that I should grab rags and cleaner to finish what the machine started.

Generally a solid place to get a quick car wash. The wash itself works great and consistently leaves your care squeaky clean. The vacuums are great as well. The only down side seems to be the staff. While some are friendly and efficient, others seem to lack a good understanding of customer service and can be pushy at times.

I have been using the Breeze Thru car wash since it arrived in Cheyenne! It is consistently providing a great car wash experience, saves me time and money, results are consistent!!! All in all you can not beat the value with the monthly membership, easy pay/scan approach they have! Also, thanks for expanding here in Cheyenne..... more locations are needed:)

At first I was skeptical about taking my truck through an automatic car wash. Prior to today I have always used a normal, hand wash bay and scrubbed it down by hand; however today I felt like giving this a try, and Im more than happy I did. The staff incredibly friendly, when I first pulled up I was greeted with a hello and a smile. I chose the most expensive wash, just to see what it was like, and it cleaned my truck extremely well. The wash moves fairly quick, faster than what I was expecting. I was in and out of the wash within one or two minutes. The dryer at the end worked really well, I wax my truck on a bi-weekly basis, so the water beaded right off. After pulling out of the wash bay I was able to then get the little beads of water left by hand and vacuum my truck out for free. As I was doing this a gentleman was picking up loose garbage and ensuring everyone and everything was doing okay. Im not too sure about how people had a bad experience with the staff unless you simply treat them like slaves. With any automatic car wash, fold in your mirrors and youll be fine. Ill be back again next week. Thanks for the great experience!

The car wash stopped half way through and the attendant told me to drive the rest of the way through. I pulled in one of the stalls where they have the vacuums to ask a lot attendant what happened..why that happened. She said it was because someone was driving through. I said well it wasnt me and I was only half way through..she gave me a snide look and said well did your car get clean?. I said I dont know, I guess. I asked her if there was still soap all over and and she said no. My tailgate is still filthy and I have soap residue all over. I wont be going back.

People just complain to much....I have the pass and Ill go trough twice just for kicks and grins. If you want it perfect then put your sweat into it. My time is worth more money, so i choose a cheap route to keep my car clean. If i wash it myself and a diffrent car wash i spend about the same money and have to do all the work....

Great car wash but the prices are ridicules. They increase the price at least 2 times in the last two years. Now its almost $20 for the best car wash. Id be better off going to a self serve. but on the other hand the wash does clean my car very well. JUST TO EXPENSIVE.

I washed, waxed and cleaned my car yesterday. I have received many compliments and love the way the car looks. I had a minor problem with my vaccum and requested assistance. I was helped, friendly staff and all went well!

I like this wash, but it is the only one that bends my license plate when I go through it. Usually jam packed so I try to go at off hours. If they could make one improvement it would be to have reusable towels and window cleaner. I would definitely pay a little more to do everything in one stop.

Have been here several times. Every time just dust on pickup but car was just blows you thru there an does not clean dust off. They say it vehicle too dirty an I did not get right wash. But I always choose the bubble bath. 15 dollar is a waste. Sorry car war wash. Slow it down an it might clean it better. Your was is a ripoff

Holy poop this place is busy. Great car wash though. Get the pass and go everyday if you have time. Does the job and they have vacuums. Blocks the street quite a bit so watch out if u r passing by. They need another one on the other side of town to hopefully ease the congestion in the area.

Did the 15$ wash and it barely touched my back end. This car wash always leave streaks and water marks. Not worth thw price at all.

The only downside about this car wash is I feel like it doesnt matter what level of car wash you pay for you always get the same thing. The vacuums outside are nice, but the wheel track messes up your alignment on your tires.

This was my very first time at this car wash. I thought it did a terrible job! I paid for the $12.00 wash and after going through it, I still had all the bugs still stuck on the front of my vehicle. They don’t use a pressure wash hose to remove the bugs before they send you though the wash. It did nothing for my car and came out the other end just a dirty as I went through! I will NEVER go there again!!! Don’t waste your money if you got bugs on the front end and the drying is a joke!

Pretty much a wash only place. No detailing to speak of. Lines are long, but they actually move pretty quick. Not bad if your car is really filthy at a reasonable price.

Terrible car wash. Paid $18 for their best value wash and the back of the car is still dry. It looks worse now than before I washed it. Plus there are no signs up that their vacuums are not working. Wont be back.

Every time I go here, the employees are constantly working, keeping the place really clean! They’re all very friendly and helpful too. The car wash cleans my car better than any other car wash in Cheyenne! Thank you to all of the hardworking employees that keep everything running smoothly.

Nice and quick car wash with free access to vacuums at the end. My only complaint is that the conveyor belt seems to take your car through the wash a little fast so your car doesnt get as clean if you drove it through yourself. But I like it, so I keep going back

Get the monthly pass, its well worth it.

I got charged twice in a month and I was told it was because Id had 2 accounts active for 17 months. Except I was only double charged one time in that period. Asked them to refund and to their credit they were understanding and kind. When it happened again I contacted them a second time and was told Id have to email the owner. He tells me a few reasons for why it was my fault, which it may have been to be perfectly honest. But then he tells me he wont refund me for my nonexistent account and that cancelling all my subscriptions is an option. Pretty creative way of saying f*** you. So I took his advice and cancelled everything. And I tell this story every single time someone asks me how decent Breeze Thru is.

Great automatic car wash at a great price. My two year old daughter loved going through the wash and seeing all of the automatic foam and brushes. The free vacuums were also a plus. When we went, there was a long line, but it went surprisingly fast.

Love this place. I pay a monthly fee and can go as often as I want. Its quick, even when the line is long, and then I can vacuum and take trash out easily. The only thing is that I wish it dried more with the air, it pushes you out too quickly.

I have a 2016 gmc pickup with a factory 6 lift. I havent been able to wash my truck in a car wash since Ive purchased it, because of its height. Yesterday we called and talked to Amanda and she felt confident that my truck could go through the wash. I drove to the car wash and Amanda came outside to my truck, measured my tires and guided my truck through the 7 marker posts. (What car wash attendant helps like this?) My truck made it through the height marker and went right through the wash. Truck looked awesome after using their car wash. Thanks a bunch for your help Amanda, I now have a place to wash my truck.Doug and Elane

How well your car gets washed iis hot or miss which doesnt make any sense but were have a pass so we just go through again. Love the free vacuums but wish they had towels and cleaner. Lines get long on nice days, but that shouldnt be a problem when the 2 on pershing are finished

Its a car wash... if you want your car free of bug guts and light dirt you might want to go thru a few times. Ive yet to get my vehicles spot free on the first wash. Seems like all the breeze thrus are like this must be because its a quick wash..... no matter the vacuum stations work well.

Its a pretty good car wash. Wish the blowers were a little better but they work. Attendants have always been great. Let me know if I have a window down or helping my wife at the selection of her wash. Pretty quick usually. Can get kinda congested around noon until about 3.

Great customer service. Just wish they would they would have someone at the cash kiosk to help with new comers, it takes so much time. Other wise clean facility and the vacuums work all the time. The car dryer works half the time. And will leave spots missed by the wash brushes

Horrible customer service, ok wash. I’ve had to get multiple new passes for two of my vehicles and they treat me horribly every time. They put my information into the system wrong then make me wait and redo it time and time again. Had to deal with Thomas Ma, and Shay two workers who were extremely rude and not helpful. I was finally able to talk to the manager Amanda and she wasn’t much better and didn’t seem sympathetic or try to make things right at all. I can’t wait for a new car wash to open in town with different management I will change and have all my friends and family change.

I took my Chevy equinox there this afternoon and bought a bubble bath wash $14. We came through the car wash. I have a water spots, I have dirt on my front end. The windows still have water spots and is completely full of bugs and other dirt and tar and grime from the roads. I spoke to a employee who told me your out of luck no rehash no discount nothing. I asked fir the manager and was told he’s not here. Then he said Eric is the closest to being a boss?? I spoke to Eric and he told me that I should use bug spray before coming to car wash. What? Me wash it then pay you guys to do the same thing. I asked for a phone # &was told to look it up. Never had problems in the last two years. Sounds like you are running off customers. Frustrated

It is aggravating when I go through the line and the employee at the kiosk attempts to take my debit card out of my hand.When I explain that I’m fully capable of utilizing the kiosk I get attitude. This has happened the last two times I’ve been to your location. I may not come back.Please take a moment to address attitude to your employees and furthermore, don’t attempt to take the debit/credit card from patrons.

Went here for the 1st time yesterday. Purchased a 15 dollar car wash . It took 30 seconds to run me through the wash. I then had to drive through 2 inches of water which kind defeats the purpose. When I got home to wipe my car down you could still see all the dirt and spots all over the car.What a waste of money.

This is a good place for a quick car wash. I especially appreciate that they offer a monthly membership that lets you get as many car washes as you want for $13 or less. You can get a free car interior wipe and Pina colada air freshener if you go inside the office and ask for them. The only reason that I knocked off a star is that they tend to want to jam cars together in the line, which tends to decrease the cleanliness of the bumpers.

After almost 3 months of winter road grime, daily driving to and from pipeline right of ways & construction jobs, one pass through their top shelf drive through wash and my truck was spotless. Very impressed with the equipment and the customer service

Ill be happier when the 2nd location opens. Most days I go before 830a to avoid long lines. It was worse in the winter.

I am lazy when it comes to washing my car in the winter. Just drive through my car is clean for a little while.

I love the price. $12 a month and you can go as many times as your car needs a bath. The employees always smile and give you a thumbs up in what is probably a boring job at times. One thing I do not like is that the dryers do not do the best job and it seems that sometimes the carwash does not provide consistent cleaning. However, even when there are lines almost to Wal-Mart, it moves quickly.

This place is always busy but the line moves quickly and the car wash does a great job,It is budget-friendly if you do the a monthly subscription and you can wash your car anytime you want.

Edit: Had a fender bender here. Dillon at Breeze Thru was very accommodating. They ended up repairing my vehicle and offering me a rental. This accident was cause by their equipment, they took full responsibility. I had some frustrations through out this, but we don’t need to dable on them. I would like to thank Dillon for his time in reaching out to me.
