Said I was on the way to rent only storage lot told her I was driving there and b there two hours when we got there we had to wait on the lady just to b told we were out if luck sorry she said she rented it cause we not show up owell went down the Road and got a better deal on one... Do not go there they will rent u out...then u b like us and have to find a Better one...thanx for waiting on us......

If you are looking for a secure, high quality storage unit facility to store your things at, this is the place for you. This is a very secure and safe facility. This facility has a 24 hr kiosk machine which makes it easy to pay or rent at any time, and also offers units with power and lights which is very nice if you are going to need those features. Its a little more expensive than other facilities, however the security and quality of it makes it worth it. This is the best storage facility available in Cheyenne, in my opinion.

Great place to store your stuff

I was a customer for about 5 years. Got my unit the month they opened, finally bought a house and closed my unit down today. Great staff. always a clean facility. No matter the rain storm, I never saw any evidence of water damage. Very secure unit, always felt safe leaving my stuff there.without me asking, they refunded the difference of today, and to the end of the month. I was not expecting this, but it does show the level of honesty they have. If you need storage, short term or long term, I strongly recommend them.

Owner/operators are amazing! They employ friendly staff that is extremely helpful and kind. Very secure facility and cameras everywhere! My stuff is always safe!

Courteous easy service. Auto billing or pay in person during office hours or at the kiosk. Clean unit and grounds. Seems a bit epensive but I didnt shop around and chose it based on location.

Clean facilities, I left my car there through the winter and 6 months later went and it started right up. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and help with whatever they can. I highly recommend this place.

Renters beware! We didnt get our security deposit back till 3 months after we moved out. We wish we would have gone through with small claims court. She also cussed me out over the phone because I kept calling her about the status of the new tenant and our deposit. Now we have friends who are dealing with her unprofessional behavior as well. She never answers her phone and her office staff is rude. Our washer broke and it took 1 month for her to fix it. They never cashed the rent checks till the end of that month either. Very unprofessional. Take our advise and dont rent from these people.

Customers of mine and great to deal with. Nicest storage facility in town, also security is top notch with camera coverage everwhere!

The owners of this business are not ethical with their business dealings. They have owed me money for more than 90 days and everytime I ask about my deposit I get an excuse. I would not recommend doing business with these folks.

By far the cleanest and most up-kept storage facility in Cheyenne.

Like it but there is some bad side effects of doing storage here. There is no access between the hours of 12am - 4am. Also there is No website pay. Last, if you pay your bill after the first through the kiosk, you still dont have immediate access. One more thing if you pay after the first, you have NO access till you pay even though you have till the fifth for a grace period.

Bad costumer service and rude behavior, during conversations kept interrupting and yelling, owner and employee using foul language accusing of not trying to pay even though I was charged twice with late fees on my credit card. Got locked out from getting my stuff. Will update later.
