The guy the works that popped my hand when I was trying to retrace his steps on how to thread a machine and took the thread in the wrong direction. Everything up until the point was fine but that canceled everything out. I cant even begin to express how inappropriate that was. His wife was very nice, kind, and helpful otherwise.

I had the joy of volunteering and sewing blocks here for Quilts of Valor, run by the String-a-Long local Quilt Guild. During the event, the shop owners offered a 15% discount on all regular price fabrics, 1/2 yard and up. I definitely found fabrics I liked. They are a fairly new shop and are growing. They will most likely increase their selection as time goes by and their purchasing power increases. I really liked the choices offered...something for everyone. Its worth your time to visit!!

Wow! A wonderful store. A nice variety of fabrics. Staff and owner very nice and knowledgeable. I am signing up for classes. Well worth the drive from the Illinois. Alot of other things to do as well in and around this town.
