I took my grandpa here to get his haircut for the first time in a good while. Gary did an excellent job and helped my grandpa when he needed it moving from the chair to the hair wash area. Thank you for your great work and your 33 years of service as a firefighter.

Had Gary cut my hair. Did an excellent job and was extremely personable. Was a rather straightforward cut so I cant comment extensively on skills. Would recommend. Only reason I wouldnt request him next time is because I requested Ruby at the same location because she is 😍.

Candace is a great stylist! She is professional, patient, and kind. She will definitely listen to what you want and need. My son has been wanting a certain type of haircut and style. Candace took one look at the picture of what he liked and cut his hair exactly how he wanted. It was good to walk out of there with a smiling kid.

Called to make an appointment for anyone but the guy who works there. They gave me Ruby. Who is amazing and has cut my hair many times in the past. I walk in for my appointment with her and whos standing there to cut my hair instead? That guy. Every single time I have had him cut my hair or even wax my eyebrows he messes them up so bad that I dont wanna leave my house. This time was the last straw. Especially because i made an appointment with someone else just so i could avoid having him. Not to mention my birthday was a week away and then Christmas in a few days. Im so upset about this place. I will not be back.

Ive had good experiences here and bad. I dont go here anymore because the beauticians are young and unprofessional and cant cut curl and are clueless with thick natural curl. And I am patient, but Id rather just have the experienced beautician so I can just get it done without having to explain to a novice and then wait for a long time while shes trying to please me. So I go to Chicago now where I just sit in the chair and she takes charge, Im done and my hair looks fantastic and stays that way for a few days.

Well I went there to get my hair trimmed,ended up with over 7 inches cut off...Not happy...Asked for it to be layered,nope,didnt happen either...

Phoebe took extra time to make sure my hair was done correctly. She stayed past her schedule time to finish it. I am so grateful and will definitely be back!

Gary is literally the best! I was so scared to get my hair cut because of previous experiences, but Gary was so nice and understanding of how I only wanted my hair cut enough to be healthy and he did just that. He even went beyond just cutting my hair and showed me how to properly take care of my hair and how to even properly style my hair! He really is the best! And the staff there are really nice and friendly! Will definitely be back!

I made an appointment at the salon. Arrived 20minutes early. Waited as they took walk ins again and again. After sitting 35minutes, 15 minutes after my previously scheduled appointment. They called two more walk ins and told me it would just be 20 more minutes when they finished everyone else before it was my turn. So the earliest i could hope for a quick trim was 45 minutes after my previously scheduled appointment. So i left without a hair cut. It reminded me of Seinfeld. Anyone can take a reservation. The importance is to actually hold or honor the reservation. I will NEVER return. They waisted my time for the last time

This place destroyed my wife’s hair and after her spending 8he’s in the salon so it could get partially fixed refused to acknowledge it was their fault. She spent $120 and had to go back for a 4hr “fixing”. The District Manager basically told us “too bad so sad”. Simply stated GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

The last time I was in this salon, one of the employees was lighting up cigarettes in the back of the salon, and smoking just inside the back door. When I tried to contact the appropriate people to let them know of the problem, they never returned my phone messages and the email I was given to contact them with did not work. I will never set foot in this salon again. Extremely poor customer service!
