Look, plain and simple. If you want a great car buying experience go talk to Juan. Traded my suv in for a Benz and he took care of me the entire time. He answered all my questions in detail and didn’t try to push anything on me more than once (legally they have to try once with warranties just so they are covered which is totally acceptable and understood!) Juan continued to exceed expectations the entire time. I never felt pressured or stuck once. Seriously, if you want a vehicle without a hassle TALK TO JUAN. Thanks again guys!

Juan and Joe were amazing through the whole prosses! Even in the finance department everything was done fast and easily. I was only in there about 30 mins. We all laughed and joked and had a good time while I was purchasing my 2016 pre owned buick lacrosse. By far best car buying experience ive ever had. Great vibes with the whole team. I would have given 0 stars if it has been an option. Scheduled my Jeep for A RECALL repair. When I dropped off, added on an oil change. Went to pick up after they called to say it was ready, waited over 40 minutes while they shuffled paperwork & had to remind them I needed to pay for oil change. Got in my Jeep airbag light was still on. They did not even complete the scheduled service! Worst service ever. If you value your time & safety better go elsewhere.

I took my Jeep Cherokee here for problems randomly stopping the manager told me all new cars do this and my car needed synthetic oil so I made the switch. My car currently has the same problem. If I could give zero stars I would have if possible. Please take your car somewhere else

We were traveling on 94 when we noticed a vibration and a noise in our magnum. We pulled off, jacked the car up and discovered we had a loose nut on the suspension. Asked another (non Dodge dealer) to try to tighten it and it was just spinning. Limped it to the Dodge dealer just before closing and they agreed to check it out quickly. After finding the threads were stripped, they stayed after hours to track down the part and replace it. Very grateful to the service team for giving their own time to get us safely back on the road.

I bought a new 21 Dodge Charger here this fall when it came in there was a scratch on the trunk clear coat stan promised me that he would take care of it been 5 weeks now still he hasnt done it and Ive called him he said theyre busy cuz the holidays I would not recommend this place I believe he just lying to me and blowing me off so I had to fix it myself which is a bunch of BS so I tried to shop local my community bad mistake I would not recommend them and they owe me 25 bucks for the scratch remover I had to buy . Beware of stan.

Service department is either shady or misdiagnosed my vehicle. Told me I needed an $800+ part to be replaced. I didnt have the money at the time so I told them to hold off. When the time came I took my vehicle to the Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealership in Michigan City as I have always had good experiences with their techs. I explained to them what Connors told me. They ran their own scan and turns out the part I actually needed could be ordered for $90 online and self installed. They gave me a part # and a diagram to work with. Wouldnt you know it, after I swapped the part out, all warning lights went off. Michigan City will be the only ones getting my business from here on out.

I was charged too much for sales tax & 3 months later I am still trying to get it back. The check was sent to the wrong address after I told the person at the dealership my mailing address was different from my home address. When l called about this I was told if they had to re-issue a check to me at the correct address I would be responsible. Someone was supposed to call me back & never have. I would never recommend buying from this dealership. Once money changes hands, they dont care to talk to you anymore.

Went here to have my Jeep looked at, scheduled the appointment this past Monday. I was told when arriving to my appointment that my Jeep was too old and that they couldnt service it! They did recommend calling the Michigan City Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep dealership. Which I did and 24 hours later, my Jeep is fixed!!! 🤷‍♀️

Not thrilled that they wouldn’t honor my Mopar oil change contract. I was clear when making the appointment that I was using an oil change plan from Mopar. I also told them while dropping it off, a half hour later I received a call saying I would have to take my Jeep back to the dealer I bought it from. It’s unfortunate as I now live 2 minutes from them and thought it would be convenient to have them right there for all my future needs. I’ll be going somewhere else to buy my future cars.

Friendly service with competitive prices...within three hours we drove off the lot in a new truck. The sales manager was able to show us the numbers instead of hiding them behind his computer screen. I would definitely buy another car or truck from this dealership..I even got a full tank of gas and the truck washed and interior cleaned out while I signed the paper work.😎😋 if your looking to buy a vehicle this place is worth stopping in and checking out.

If you want a dealership to treat you like Dollar sign, then this is the place for you. There all about calling you back and talking care of you when your making the deal, after sale forget about it. Buying a car or a truck is a one time deal, customer service is what makes you come back or recommend a dealership. I have come in to the dealership and have waited 3 weeks for a call in regards to a truck cap I have bought from the dealership through third-party. No one has or even cared to call me or take my calls, if I was going to buy a new truck or Jeep they would be all over me. They got there sale from me so they can care less about taking care of my problem. This will be last sale I’ll ever do with them, because you couldn’t call me back or even care. I do not recommend this dealership.Sincerely a disappointed customer,

Buyer Beware! I purchased a certified pre owned town and country from Connors. Within the first month I had a flat tire (the next day), theres a loud clunking sound when shifting into gear, the brake fluid was very low, the turn signals on the side mirror does not work, this van runs poorly at best when using e85 and I had to change the thermostat. I dont believe this vehicle had the thorough inspection that certified vehicles should have. I took the van back and the only thing that was fixed was the flat tire.

I appreciate the straightforward and non-pushy sales team. May seem like a strange experience to those used to the stereotypical dealership. They even went as far as to let me send a fax, not to mention the great service I received on my vehicle. I travel a lot for work always stopping at a dealership when I need my truck serviced. Had a CPO Jeep Cherokee. Bought it from another dealer and needed some issues fixed and looked at. Their service department claims they were unable to find the CPO warranty information. I called the dealer I bought it from and they sent the information via email. I called Conor’s service department back and they wouldn’t even bother with looking at it. As a Jeep dealer they were unapologetic and indifferent to the situation I was having. Completely unprofessional and could care less. I guess they only want to help you if your vehicle was purchased from them. I highly recommend you seek sales and service elsewhere.

Scheduled an oil change appointment and let them know I had a coupon. The guy failed to tell me that I had to show up way earlier than my appointment to get this special “contract” worked out. Guess they call it a contract and not a coupon. We got the coupon straight from the Mopar website with Connors as the dealership. They were rude, and then used the excuse that I was 5 min late for my appointment. Sooo if I was 5 min late for an appointment to buy a $50,000 vehicle they would be rude and give me a hard time??? Lots of “contracts” to go over for a vehicle ya know. Go to Greigers or Bosak if you want an oil change. No hassle with the mopar coupon. You don’t have to fill out a special contract for a discounted oil change package and get 3 oil changes for a fraction of the cost.

Depending on how they handle my complaint will determine any further review... I was in the process of buying a vehicle from them. Took a day getting all the papers together for my loan.. I was using United Federal Credit Union and we called Connor Chrysler for all the information on the vehicle and told them (Stan) I would be out the next morning to get the vehicle.... I stopped at the credit union about 9am to get the papers and a check.. Not thinking and in a hurry I drove from Holland, Michigan down to Chesterton, Indiana. When I walked into the dealership I was approached by Stan and he stated the vehicle was sold the night before. No apology no offer of anything... I called back a short time later asking to speak to the owner and explained the situation and the woman was very nice but said they were not going to do anything.. I feel they owe me a tank of gas for the 220 mile round trip and also a letter of apology... I also could have worked that beautiful day and was out the money for that too.....

Beware of Ron if you purchase a vehicle from here as he will try to sell you a extended warranty for $3000 on a certified vehicle, in our case a certified lemon.Be ready to get trapped for hours in his office as hes a talker and goes on and on and on and on..... Ron advised hes seen hundreds of power train problems which are very costly confirming this is a dealership to avoid. Took us 4 hours to escape with the lemon. Dwuane had to keep going back to tell Rons son in back to get the vehicle finished. Like father like son I guess.When he tells you a loaner car will be available when bringing your car in for service ask to see the garbage they provide as they have no loaners vs Castle Subaru that has 40. Its takes forever to get a loaner as Dwuane will advise Rick in service never lets sales know when requested. After its a problem Mr. Connors tells them to put a plate on a new vehicle because they have no loaners Ron.Per car fax - Extended Warranty CautionsExtended warranty plans are not cheap and may add $1,000, $3,000 or more to the price of your vehicle. If you are financing the car through the dealership, the warranty cost will be added to your final price. This also means you are paying interest for the extended warranty and will continue to do so until the loan is paid off. Your state’s sales tax may also increase to reflect the warranty purchase.Independent research about extended warranties reveals that such plans are not a beneficial deal.In 2013, the Consumer Reports National Research Center conducted a survey and found that 55 percent of the people who bought an extended warranty never used it during the lifetime of the policy. The center also found that people who purchased such plans spent more for the coverage than what they received from the plan. Specifically, Consumer Reports found that purchasers spent an average of $1,214 on extended warranty plans, but only saved $837 on repairs. That’s a net loss of $377 for those who used their extended warranties.

Bought my first car. I knew it was obvious that I was nervous, and i showed it quite well. I said I didnt know exactly what I was doing, and multiple people helped me every step of the way. I was not pushed to do anything, and I practically didnt even have to haggle. I do know they got me the best price they could get for me. I felt like I was family when I was there, maybe because of what seemed almost like a family discount with what I paid for the car. My family even said i practically stole the car for how new and great condition it was, and had only 20k miles. The lot had a decent amount of makes and models, all in amazing shape. My family only bought from carmax, but I think I found myself loving this place. Also, huge thanks to Tommie Krysa. He was the one who wished me a happy birthday, and gave me the best gift I could ask for, a great price on an amazing car!

HOWEVER theres nothing like finding out you bought a car at top value that had been in an accident and they lied to your face when you specifically asked if that had happened. I received a recall notice for my vehicle and began calling bi weekly to schedule an appointment while waiting for the part. It has now been over a year, and a total of 3 notices for the same recall. They claim they cant get the part, but when I call corporate, parts are in supply ,and thay suggested trying another dealership. Recommend NEVER buying from them!
