Fast and friendly service. I had a warranty repair. I called several places and they all wanted to either sell me a new unit or charge me an outrageous amount. He had the repair done in the time stated. Cleaned up the area he was working in when he was done. Super easy experience will call again if needed.

Im pleased to recommend this professional and ethical company. I had a wonderful experience with the installation of my new american standard units. They showed up on time, worked tirelessly and finished promptly. The installers were polite and courteous. The new system runs so smoothly.

The technician, Jacob, arrived and completed the job within the given time. He diagnosed the problem quickly - clogged cooling fins and low refrigerant - and resolved the problem. He suggested injecting a dye pack into the system to determine location of a possible leak should the low refrigerant issue occur in the future. I would use Buck’s and Jacob again without hesitation if and when necessary.

Bucks Heating and Air changed out our whole system. They were very conscious of our needs and what would work best for us and keep us in budget. The installation went smoothly and they were extremely professional. They took time to explain how our system works and walked us through everything. We are confident we made the right decision having Bucks Heating and Air do the work. They even left the area by the furnace in our basement cleaner than what it was before they came!

When all other HVAC companies wouldnt answer their phones or could only put us on their list that likely wouldnt get completed for 12 to 24 hours Bucks was able to fit us in within 20 min of our call. They had our issue fixed, noted additional items to watch on our unit for the future and were off. As a landlord it was easy and great to know we have a responsive service provider to go to from now on for our Chesterton properties.

Edgar of Bucks heating and air conditioning was very knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to quickly diagnose our issues and got our furnace up and running within an hour. He looked over our system to make sure that there were no other issues. There are other HVAC companies out there that will recommend or do something that is not necessary just so that they can charge you extra. Bucks came across to me as a company that has integrity and is interested in the long term play with their customers. I will be using them as our go-to HVAC source in the future.

Edgar our installer is great! We had him here for a previous runace job and gave us his direct cell number to call. So when we wanted to install a whole house humidifier, he was our go to guy.

I had an issue with my water heater on a Saturday. Monday they came out and easily found out what was wrong. This was not a tank they originally installed, but Larry took it upon himself to contact the manufacturer to confirm the warranty on the tank. The tank was still under warranty and they were able to have it ordered and it was installed Thursday morning. Excellent service all around!

The fire department shut our old furnace off because of a C02 leak so we were left without heat in the middle of winter. We called these guys and they were fast to respond and replace our furnace with amazing rates compared to others we tried calling. Bucks heating and air will be who I use for all my heating and air needs from now on. I called at 8:45 pm and they called me back right away. Buck came to my house, diagnosed problem, went back out to get part and had my furnace running by 9:50 pm. I can’t thank you enough, your service was much appreciated! 🙏🙏

These people came to my co-workers mothers house claiming a 105 ppm CO reading in the basement and told her that she had a cracked heat exchanger and needed to spend $2200 dollars on a new furnace.Strangely enough, when he brought a CO meter from work, it never went above 0 ppm. These people are crooks and nothing else, they will try to take advantage of an 85 year old woman just to make a few bucks.

Bucks HVAC provided me with prompt and professional service on two occassions in 2014; once at my home and once at my office. Both experiences went smoothly and were handled in one visit.
