Nice, lots of nice clothes, shoes, purses, etc. Staff is helpful and available. Store is always clean and checkout never takes too long.

If I could give 0 I would. The workers were extremely unprofessional and rude. I have a severe disability Ive had since birth and standing still for too long causes intense pain almost unbearable and it makes me nauseous and faint at¹ times so my mask wasnt covering my nose so this associate hurries over to reprimand me for mask instead of asking if Im OK. So I try explain about my disability and my episodes and why my mask was down and she just shrugged her shoulders and said oh well. Im thinking you cant be serious? Another worker walked out in front of me twice while putting shirts on rack like I wasnt even there making me stop walking both times so he could walk through. Then a worker asked me to love cart so her friend could get to her register but when i was leaving I had to ask several times for her to move both ignoring me. I swear I nor my family will ever come into this store again. Bullys!! In response to yours......I did have on a mask and hadnt removed it at all. It had just slid a little off my nose and it wasnt a manager just a worker the manager was kind.

They had a lot of selection and I was able to find a pair of dress sandals in my size for only $2.

Great selection in a nice sized store. I wish they sorted clothing by size, but they explained that they would have to raise prices if they started doing that. The store is clean and organized.

Generally what you expect. My only complaint is that there was a large piece of furniture and they wouldn’t let me pay for it and come back with my van down the street.

I thought I had lost my wedding ring in the donations box on July 3rd. The employees and manager were so understanding and helpful looking for it. They seemed like they were genuinely concerned and would be on the lookout. Luckily I was able to find it. But the employees of this store deserve recognition for their customer service. I cant remeber everyones names, but I believe one of the cahsiers name was sukie.

I havent been in a while. But last time I went they had a nice selection of furniture. They have a lot of random stuff. Very big store.

The inventory turns fast. I go there most Sundays and find something great. Update, the price for items has gone up. Not many deals. They rearranged the store and I think they are under New Management.

Very clean store mostly clothes

Good selection of clothes, furniture and toys. I have found good exercise and medical equipment there too. (I left the exercise equipment for you...) The donated items are usually in very good condition at this location. The clothes have a pretty good variety of styles and sizes for men, women, and children.

Probably my least favorite goodwill in the greater area. Over priced items, and sub par service. Lines are always slow and sometimes can take up to 20 Minutes. Now the actual drop off area is always quick and friendly, just the store itself needs work. Id recommend the Goodwill off Manchester personally, they have much more variety and better prices.

We do all of our drop offs here. Not crazy about hauling the stuff up the stairs. The store is always well organized and has a good amount of toys. Not a lot of furniture here. Seems like a smaller store in comparison to others around town.

Found a lot of stylish clothes without stains or rips, and they’re super fast at bringing out fresh stuff. I was browsing for a hour and they brought at least 4 new racks out. The vintage pieces are nice, but they also have a LOT of brand new clothes with the original tags still on!!! They even had new candles from target for only $1The new management has really improved this store, especially with how organized it is now. I can finally see what’s in showcase windows LOL and im not running into random racks anymoreHint: look for the tag colors that are on sale, i got new american eagle jeans for $2 😍

Bunch of good stuff here, lots still brand new, but the staff leave something to be desired. Takes WAY too long to check out, but if youre patient, you can find some great deals.

Came across a box of unpriced toys, went up to pay for it, they then took it in the back and priced it high after making me wait 25 minutes. It’s a real shame, they are taxing donated items and charging a premium. The lone star is for Suky, she is awesome.

Most of the staff is nice but there are a few that dont take any pride at all in the work or customer service. There is also one manager who needs retrained. Also be prepared for sticker shock although they do get it right sometimes.

This is by far my favorite goodwill! They have really friendly staff and the turn over of items is incredibly fast. Lost of furniture and items as opposed to being overwhelmed with clothes.

Sometimes I find good items, but this store is the worst at organizing. All the kids clothes boys and girls are lumped together. Theirs no distinction between gender nor size. And I found rips and holes in items as well.

Horrible customer service I was helped by the name of Suky and was racially profiled. It was the most horrible experience I ever had at a goodwill. My mom brought me to this one so we can do alittle rummage shopping but it turned sour very quick. I was leaving getting ready to check out and the cashier Suky was ver rude and she seemed like she just didn’t want to help us. She rung my moms iteams first and my mom mom bout like 80 dollars worth of clothing but when she asked the lady did she have a bag she said no. Ok that was strange then my mom spotted some bags and the cashier chuckled and said oh yea these have been donated and threw the bags at my mom. Oh my god I never saw such a thing. Then she turned Awy and started talking to a coworker about her daughters baby shower. I thought that’s very rude of her. Once it was my turn she huffed and puffed and said are you done I’m very busy. I was so shocked I couldn’t believe this was real. So I asked for corporate number she didn’t give it to me so I asked for a manager. That didn’t really help but I hope this does. Stay away if you can. Not a friendly place at all.

I always love a good bargain, sometimes you can catch name brand clothes for 1/4 of the price.

Every time I come to this store, a sales rep that claims to be a store manager Curtis is very rude to customers, always has a negative attitude towards customers. I cant recall how many times this individual has used profanity in front of customers. One day he was making fun of a customer in the store. I wish that Goodwill will hire people who actually care about their customers and not hire those who dont.

Even by the the standards of a thrift shop this store is poorly run. It is not very clean not very organized and has a very poor selection. There are many much better choices in thrift stores.

Prices are too high and all branded are marked way too high. A very used, dirty, full of snags etcc will be price $70 really for a used bag. Ill just go to outlet and buy new one. A used jeans when i say used its really used a lot of times, with a rivet replacent plastic one will be sold for $30. They change price every week and lower it to $25 then $20 because no one is buying it. A shaping wear that you cannot wear because of large hole defect will be price more than the clearance price. Management of this store needs to check who price their item. No wonder stocks are too much on these store.

Ive had both good and bad experiences here. Most of the time the staff has been very friendly. Whether or not I find a treasure is hit or miss, of course. It all depends on what has been donated and put out on the day you visit.

This location is temporarily closed until the end of December, possibly early January.

Most of the staff seem like they dont want to be at work. No greeting when u enter the store. No one acknowledge you until check out. Ive been to this store several times. Everytime i use my debit card im ask e d for my id. A fee weeks ago a customer used her debit card and was not asked for id. When i checked out the cashier needed to see my id. I told her she didnt ask for hers she replied she come in here often, i know her. What?!?! Favoritism toward customers. Smh wow! I probably would never shop here again.

Getting a little better because they have a bunch of new employees who actually wait on customers. Also some of the prices were a bit more reasonable.

The store manager is very rude and very unprofessional. She comes to work with numerous facial piercings and tattoos and long finger nails and smelled poorly. Very dirty appearance that is is also very disturbing. I had to return an item and she got an attitude with me when she came out from the back. I will NEVER shop at this Goodwill store.

Ok selection but half the items didnt have prices and they wouldnt sell them to you because they need to be reprocessed. Saw some items prices higher than retail and also overheard an employee telling another that an item was only worth $5 but she was being made to tag it at $25. Im not coming back to this location again.

I been donating to this goodwill for years today I went and I had a big bag so the guys said I will help u I told him these 3 bags are for u but dont touch this one from gnc but he took it any way I got home it wasnt there so went back but they couldnt that one bag they found my other bags and the manager said they can not do anything thats bag had 180.00$ worth of things in there I will never going to donate there if u do be very careful these people are not honest
