Anytime I call I have had a pleasant experience. Everyone is so nice

I do not recommend using this company for your phone services. We are a small business in Saint Louis and they have provided awful service. We only have about 10 phones with CTI and they cant even service us. Essentially they sold us a package with a contract and left us out to dry. I rarely write reviews but after numerous times trying to fix this situation I felt it was necessary to write a negative review as I am appalled at how we have been treated. Everything as has been poor while dealing with this company. If possible I would give them NO 0 Stars.
