I wish I could give a ZERO star rating. Junk equipment and even far worse customer service. The tech (if you can even call him that) I have to deal with every single time I call is unhelpful and unwilling to resolve any sort of issue we have. They refuse to come to a location for a service call when their equipment fails constantly over and over again and instead want their customers to stop what they are doing and attempt to resolve the problem their selves by means of the only advice they EVER give, power down and reboot. Even though theyve been informed of the numerous times this has already been done. At this point they refuse to take any responsibility for products they sell and continuously place blame on any other possible cause resulting in more work for customers having to make more phone calls and trouble shoot on their own. We have tried to get out of this contract multiple times and are now even to the point of considering paying the $1,000+ to get out of contract just to not have to deal with this company any longer. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

The VP harassed me incessantly because I was not interested in the product. Learn to take NO for an answer.
