My Dads hearing has been diminishing over the last few years, due to natural wear and tear. He is a professor and needs to be able to hear for his lectures and faculty meetings, whether thats in-person or over Zoom. He had gotten hearing aids through another company, but those didnt have a great life span and my Dad said he felt lost.Thats when he linked up with Dan and my Dad hasnt looked back since! Dans knowledge of Miracle-Ears products and services is unmatched and his customer service is spectacular!I vividly remember my Dad saying, Im glad I have someone I can trust.Recently, we went on vacation and his hearing aids stopped working and he couldnt fully enjoy the little things of interacting with his grandkids, dinner conversation with family, etc. When we came back, he called up Dan and was immediately set up for an appointment the next day. In no time, Dan got my Dads hearing aids working properly again. I have a serious hearing loss, and Miracle Ear has been helping me for the past 5 years. Recently, there has been a further decline in my hearing, which Dan addressed and expressed real concern about. The solution is a new set of state-of-the-art aids, which compensate for my hearing deficiencies in an amazing way. While not cheap, the new aids are engineered to supplement the areas where my hearing is most deficient, and do a lot more than simply amplify the sound. Dan was able to guide me into a satisfactory program that fits my finances, and the new devices really make my life easier. Kudos to Dan Slapak for his diligence and compassion in helping me find a solution to my hearing problem.

LOVE this place! Dan is very thorough and runs many tests to figure out which hearing aids would be best. He has been great trying to find the most quality ones for my parents’ price range. Not only that but he follows up to make sure the hearing aids fit and work as expected. He’s very knowledgeable and makes you feel like family.

I have a hearing loss due to a car accident in 1976. Have been wearing a bi-cross aid since 1977. Miracle ear , Chesterfield has been my provider of aids and services for the last 4 years. I have been surprised and pleased with the continuous no charge appointments that I have had with them to clean and service my aids. They clearly go above and beyond the services I have received from other dealers.
