This place is like a country club!!! The cleanest, nicest lock rooms I have EVER seen at a gym. Cafe has delicious options and the staff is always nice and welcoming. The pool here (both indoors and outdoors) is so nice and I love the smart work out equiptment!

If you are looking for a safe and supportive environment in which to get healthy or stay healthy, mentally and physically, this is a perfect choice. I heartily recommend it!

Absolutely love this gym. Very clean and very friendly staff. Its nice to have your kids play in the kids academy while you work out and then the cafe is great afterwards. Also love that they have a pool indoor which we use weekly. Definately recommend!!

Customer service!!!They go the extra mile for you with their undeniable customer service.I just got signed up for a new membership with Jimmy which he couldn’t have been a better guy and a representative to work with. I was getting ready to work out and I realized I left my headphones at home. The worst feeling ever..I headed over to the cafe in case they sold any and the Café Manager, Alex was so kind and helpful to lend me a pair.. it was a life saving moment. Not to mention, the headphones were an older generation and she even found an adapter for it to be compatible with my iPhone. Alex & Jimmy truly made my day and will be forever grateful for them and their hospitality.

I wanted to wait a bit before reviewing our new gym, to allow my rose-colored glasses to properly fade back to reality. Weve been members for two months, and absolutely love the West County Life Time gym. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming - from the member associates at check-in, to the Life Café staff, to the trainers and class instructors - everyone makes you feel welcome and glad to be there.I mostly utilize the group fitness classes and treadmill areas, while my husband spends more time weightlifting and swimming. Coming from other gyms like Golds, 24 Hour, and Club Fitness, Life Time is just on another level. Sure, the cost is higher - but you definitely get what you pay for.The cardio and strength training class instructors are top-notch, delivering great workouts that are as fun as they are impactful. The hot yoga classes are great, too - I try to attend 2 classes per week and have noticed a dramatic improvement in my balance and core strength. Since coming here Ive been able to overcome a fitness plateau and am already noticing a change in body composition.I really like the class reservation system on the Life Time app; its great to plan my fitness routine a week in advance.The gym is always clean, and for those that care - they are taking every precaution related to pandemic restrictions. The only feedback I can think of at this time is that it would be nice to have a dedicated walking path through the weightlifting area to get to the Yoga & Pilates studios (to not interrupt and walk through workouts, etc.)

Hands down my favorite planet fitness yet. Always clean and the staff is amazing no matter what time of day. If anything gets broke it is fixed immediately. It is a huge place and the owner makes sure to have plenty of equipment.

A nice facility but erratic in equipment maintenance. Heavily used equipment is often not maintained or replaced(most commonly used/popular wall balls and slam balls, etc), yet there’s been two renovations of the cord sauna in the last year. I’ve been a member for 7 plus years and I still dig this place. It’s clean, they refresh the equipment frequently, and the staff is great. My family also enjoys the food. Thom in the café is always accommodating and friendly. It’s also bigger and brighter than the Frontenac location because it has more windows, higher ceilings and bigger areas for freestyle workouts with mirrors to check your form.

Ive been a member at Lifetime for 3 years and over the course of those 3 years the staff has helped me achieve and surpass all of my fitness goals. I find the staff welcoming and friendly. Theres never been a day when I havent been met with a smile. Yes, it is expensive, but you get what you pay for: top notch group fitness instructors and top notch trainers. Thomas Conner is an amazing personal trainer. He truly cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to help them reach their goals. In addition to my fantastic experience with Thomas, I also attended group fitness classes 5-6 times a week, and I challenge anyone to find any better group of instructors. They are the real deal, and I can promise you will not be disappointed with any of the group fitness classes. Every week they challenge me to push myself, and in return I am in the best shape Ive ever been in. Everyone has been nothing but nice and encouraging from the moment I joined. I know that we all have different experiences, and it saddens me that some people have had such a negative experience with Lifetime since I have had nothing but a positive life-changing experience. At least give Lifetime a try before dismissing them because of some negative reviews. I know a ton of people who are very happy there. Ive been a member at A LOT of other gyms, and theres no comparison. Lifetime is hands down the best gym in the area.

Life Time is the only gym I have ever been proud of. This place has everything I could ever want. The moment you walk in youre greeted by the most friendly staff members. I have never had a bad experience with them. Every trip in is always beyond pleasant because of the staff up front. The gym equipment is nice and plentiful. All of the extra amenities in the locker room are a plus. I cant stay away from the cafe. They have all of the healthy and tasty choices you need. The spa makes it easy for me to rejuvenate whenever I have time. This place is awesome. Shout out to all of the management who help run this location.

It offers a lot more than a regular gym! The pros:-fitness floor is never full- childcare staff are wonderful and the free tumbling, rock climbing, ballet classes, etc. for children are awesome- monthly free parents night out-pool and spa is great and never packed (and offers chair side snacks/drinks)- shower and steam rooms are super nice-Swim lessons and swim team team for kids are great-currently being very safe with COVID-19 and taking many extra precautionsCons:- fitness classes could be more diverse. But if you mostly like only yoga, Barre, and Pilates, you’re in luck! Other gyms offer more fun classes, such as step aerobics and dance.-fitness classes can get very packed normally, and right now they require you to attend in person and make an appointment, and they often fill up far in advance. Several have asked for live stream classes during COVID-19, but for some reason this request cannot be accommodated.- pricy (but to be expected)Overall I ❤️ this gym! Even when not able attend classes.

Love this facility. Love the staff in Kids Academy even more! I was worried when I had my second child, that I would be wasting money on membership fees while I was recovering. I took time to speak with staff on this issue and they helped me out tremendously! This is my home away from home. The staff are so good with my children and show me they are trusted with their role. Clean facility for kids, locker room, and the general workout area.

Whys the other city location almost twice as much!?! They dont have an indoor and outdoor pool and they dont have a rock climbing wall. Make your chain the same price everywhere. YMCA here I come.

First class all around!

I have been a Lifetime Fitness member for more than 15 years. I chose this club over other ones because the Kids’ Academy is amazing! My oldest went to summer camps every year and loved rock climbing. My younger kids ask to go to the gym every day! They love the social atmosphere and kind team leaders in the Kids’ Academy. They have fun classes for the kids to attend as well. The Lifetime staff is so friendly and inviting. I only feel comfortable leaving my kids with Lifetime Academy time while I work out. The machines are state of the art and the personal trainers are awesome! I would highly recommend Lifetime West County to all my family and friends!!

The sales staff will tell you anything to get a new member, but the actual experience falls short. If your family is experienced with using a gym in general then things will likely be more positive. Our experience was that the employees were in place to up-sell not to assist customers.

My children have been members off and on since it opened and I️ have been here for 5+ years and I️ would not want to work out anyplace else! The atmosphere is great, the people are amazing and there has been no fitness club I️ have ever been a member of that can compare. Top notch!

Truly a 5 star facility. Ive been a member with other facilities and this is BY FAR the best. there are even amenities in the locker rooms, towel service everywhere you go, and staff that goes out of their way to serve you. The staff is beyond personable! Ive never had an issue bringing friends and family to visit.I made the mistake of cancelling once years ago and I could not stay away! Love it here!

I love this gym! It is on the expensive side compared to other gyms, but you definitely get what you pay for here. I like the towel service since a wet towel is not pleasant to have in your vehicle. I also like not having to bother carrying around soap or shampoo. The general facilities are on par for the price. The indoor pool is a perfect temperature so you can get in quickly.

Friendliest staff at any gym Ive been to.

This might be the nicest Life Time Ive been to! Its a Platinum level, just below Onyx and Diamond which I normally go to, and this place was just as good if not better. I went in the morning around 9 am and it wasnt crowded at all. Plus everything is extremely clean.

Bad experience. I signed up for myself and my child. I brought my boyfriend in as a guest who signed up on the spot and paid 6 months of membership upfront. The staff at this location is very rude and disrespectful . My boyfriend and child are taking our money else where I would pay for multiple meals every time I come here and spa services almost every visit . They know nothing about customer service skills. The gym atmosphere is also very bad kind of like being in high school with staff constantly bothering you or interrupting your work out or whatever your doing to try to sell you more things or talk to you .

Lifetime has excellent employees who always have a smile on their face and always ready to help with whatever is needed. The price of the membership is well worth it, you won’t recieve customer service like this anywhere else. Not to mention their classes are challenging and fun all in one. I recommend Lifetime to anyone of any interest, because there they have it all!

Very amazing GYM, I was here as a guest if I had the money to afford this GYM i would do it, it has a pool, sauna, workout area, rockwall, and more this is just to name a few. Hands down amazing.

This gym is terrific and very inexpensive for what you get. This is a good example of you get what you pay for. The people are great, the locker rooms and facilities are great, and equipment wise, there is nothing in this area to compare with it. There are so many things to do and classes to take, its almost impossible to do it all. I have been a member for five months and I give this a big thumbs up.

Works for my family! I have 2 and 3 year old girls who LOVE the kids academy. My 3 year old gets a lot out of the classes they offer. Always impeccably clean and staff are so friendly to my kids. A good value if you take advantage of all they offer!

I love this gym. I have been a member since February and my kid loves swimming on almost a daily basis. He got free swimming lessons for six months (from lifetime bucks) and we take full advantage of the outdoor pool as well. We are very happy and consider the price to be very reasonable. Oh, and I think the employees are very helpful and friendly. Not sure why the reviews are so terrible. My sons teacher for swimming lessons is fantastic also.

I love this club and have been here since it opened in 2008. The club offers around 100 free classes every week including studio, cycle, barre and yoga. There is no additional fee or sign up needed.The spa and cafe are great conveniences to have available before or after working out.When I first joined, my boys loved the Kids Academy but are now grown and enjoy working out here as well.The Ops team works around the clock to keep things looking amazing.There is no other fitness facility that comes close to comparing in St. Louis.

The Lifetime Fitness in Chesterfield, Mo is the worst gym on the planet!! Horrible customer service!! Someone stole my identity and open a gym membership!! I filed a police report and contacted the gym, I had to pay over $200 to cancel a membership I never agreed too! I live in LA but all this gym is Want is money!! Join Equinox or LA Fitness!! Save yourself a headache and do business with an honest gym!!

“We don’t treat our customers as individuals” - an actually quote from Elizabeth when I called to try and cancel my membership. My income was cut back and my Father became ill... I thought they might understand that due to these extenuating circumstances that the dues are too much at this time and they are bleeding me dry... but all they care about is the almighty dollar... I’m disappointed to hear FROM THEIR STAFF that I’m a dollar sign and not a person... I’m actually genuinely hurt by that statement... I guess I have to pay out my dues but I will not be doing business with them again... which is a shame... their facilities are fantastic... i had a personal trainer for a while named JD who was outstanding and I would recommend him to anyone... I just don’t like this feeling of “not being treated as an individual”

Maybe Life Time Fitness is a nice getaway if you can afford the high costs. But as soon as you can no longer afford it, WATCH OUT for the obnoxious staffs comments. This place gets 5 stars from me but some of their guests get 1 star. In more than a few occasions Ive found bic razors with pubes all over them in the showers and even the sauna!Some people have no respect . This is gross and the staff shouldnt have to clean your dirty mess.

This is my wife and I’s home gym. Not only is the location super convenient but the amenities are incredible and the staff are friendly...we actually look forward to going to the gym! From the spa to the climbing wall to the expansive free weights and equipment you have to check it out! Hit up Jimmy and he will give you a free pass so you can try it for yourself. A++

Always professional, friendly, courteous staff in all departments. Clean and above board . There are suggestion / complaint forms which staff management take seriously. If you dont find the right fit with one person answering your questions, go to another staff member. As for any facility, if I wanted to cancel my membership or freeze it, the company required me to handle the transaction in person. You read the fine print this way, and know the correct departure received your letter .

Place is well maintained and the best gym in terms of amenities in west county. We toured them all. Yes it is more expensive, but you get what you pay for. The kids section is why we joined the gym and it does not disappoint our son loves it.

I was considering a membership subscription. I signed in at the front desk, and asked for a tour. They bring out salesman Kyle, who brings my gf and I into his office. He demanded my ID, and wouldnt accept I just wanted a tour. He profiled me, said my being in the gym was a safety issue. He said the reason why my full ID was not requested at entry was because of the front staff training. I thought Kyle was lying to me, demeaning his coworkers, just to get my personal info. I cannot subscribe to a business I cannot trust. 1 star is generous. I would reconsider the 1star if they had arranged a tour with an experienced gym instructor, who would help motivate me to reach my athletic goals. The first thing I saw was salesman Kyle, and Ill drive pass this gym to a better one, and get motivation from lifetime fitness that way.

Just went back after laying off working out for way too long. They have some cool new treadmills with technology that interfaces with an online app to keep track of your workouts. This seems like a good way to motivate people like me.

The gym is great, however they are engaged in very fraudulent business practices and will downright lie to get to you sign the membership document. Make sure you read the entire terms of agreement because your sales rep will make things up and say they’re part of the agreement just to get you to sign it.

Im surprised at the number of bad reviews. I love this gym! The employees I have met are friendly and helpful. I am not normally there at the most crowded times, but I have always found the bathrooms and womens locker room very clean, and I see people cleaning throughout the gym. The variety of machines and activities available is pretty amazing. This gym is expensive but the facility and the personal training Ive received has been very helpful. I think its well worth the money!

I found the staff friendly, however I left the country on business and they said I needed to come in to cancel. They increased their rates by email but you need to come in to cancel? After many long conversations they agreed AND it is their policy to charge for the month you as cancelling in AND THE NEXT MONTH! Read the fine print. I

If you are coming here for basketball you might as well forget it, Lifetime rents out the entire gym to private organizations and you will be kicked off the court without warning if they are “scheduled” on the court at that time. Even though you pay your memebrship to be able to use the gym when ever you want they still rent out and make even more money on top of your monthly membership through these other baseball, basketball, and lacrosse organizations. GREED....

Childcare is awesome and the gym is nice. New Management recently, new hires seem to be doing a great job. Facility is best in st Louis by far.

We joined several months ago. As part of our enrollment we received LT Bucks. We had them applied towards the personal training department. But, I was quite upset as our personal trainer was not too happy to use our LT Bucks as he would not be paid for his services when we use them. And no one in management could understand, and it made you feel like you were asking for something for nothing from your trainer! Unprofessional, and poor accounting through your personal trainer to even know if and when he uses your LT Bucks. Otherwise, front desk friendly, and facility very clean, great facility, and really enjoy the yoga classes!

I had no problem cancelling my husband. Im a member and Ive belonged to many and worked at gyms. Ive had no issues with the sales guys and the gym is clean and has tons of options. Great place and really family friendly.

Sure the facility is nice on the surface, but- the sales tactics are outdated, the food in the cafe is horrible, the equipment is often broken, classes are crowded, locker facilities are nice in the morning but come evening the place is a disaster and goes uncleaned. Inconsistent hours of programs, pools, classes, etc. make for a confusing membership. There are ten other gyms in a 3 mile radius. Consider those before spending your hard earned money here. Not only will you get a better bang for your buck, youll have a better customer service experience to boot.
