Was able to schedule a cleaning very quickly. Was updated the day of cleaning with ETA a few hours ahead of time, and then again 15 minutes prior to arrival. Was thorough and professional. Couldnt be happier.

Our assigned technician Ryan notified me when he was on his way to start the job. Ryan walked around the property with me to assess what needed to be done. He was very professional and informative.Ryan did an excellent job of powerwashing our home and cleaning the windows. Our house & windows have never been so clean! I appreciate the friendliness of the two men who worked on the house. They did a good job cleaning the glass and most of the patio. I was a bit disappointed that some of the sills were not cleaned and parts of the patio were not cleaned. I notice in the contract that they say they will wipe the sill, not clean the sill. In this photo, they apparently didnt even do that.

The two gentleman were on time and professional. They did an amazing job every single window is cleaner than I could imagine, even the ones that were hard to get to. While they aren’t cheap they are well worth the price! They were also dog approved ❤️

I thought Matt and Ryan did a great job! Matt tackled the inside windows while Ryan pressure washed the outside. Right before they left we mentioned an area that needed a little more work, and Ryan pitched right in and got it done. I have a hint that will save you a lot of grief….go to their website and use their window counter, that way you won’t be surprised. It’s VERY user-friendly. You will get an accurate estimate that way BEFORE they get there.

My husband usually cleans out our downspouts in the Spring but could not do it this year. We had a large rainstorm which left water flowing over our gutters like a waterfall in the front of our house basically flooding our flower beds and front porch. I asked for a quote on the website and immediately received a response Monday morning when they opened, got the quote and they said they could squeeze us in on Saturday. I was extremely appreciative of the quick turnaround. The guys called when they were on the way which was during our assigned timeslot. They were extremely professional and nice. They explained what they were going to do, and completed the job quickly and did a great job. We had a huge storm yesterday with torrential downpours for quite some time, and the gutters all held up beautifully and performed as they should! Very happy that we were referred to Window Genie!

The office was responsive to my request for an estimate and scheduled my service accordingly. The technician called when he was on the way and arrived within the estimated time window. There were a couple of items such as before/after photos and checking particular areas of the gutters that I had requested, was told they would be taken care of, but did not end up in the notes for the technician. However, when I clarified these requests, the technician promptly took care of them. Overall, we are happy with the service.

I was amazed at how quickly and completely the whole house, windows, deck and two porticoses were completed. The green mold on the white vinyl finish was gone. The windows were so clear, a friend walked right into the sliding glass door because he thought it was open.

In general the business did a good job of repsinding, arriving on time, and the technician did a good job. I would recommend that you ask questions on exactly what is included and what is not as I expected that the sills would be part of the cleaning but after the technician left I discovered the sills had not been wiped down as part of the service so I had to assume that is was not part of the service as I had expected. Again, the technician did a good job on the glass surfaces and was very pleasant and effecient so I have to assume that my assumption that wiping down the sills was included was wrong but I did not have a chance to verfiy this.

The window genie technician who came to our house gave me a call to let me know when he was 15 minutes away. He was very polite and efficient, and their gutter cleaning service fixed our overflowing gutter issue. He also cleaned up everything that fell out of the gutters. I would definitely use them again.

I wasnt sure what to expect... I had horrible green algae on the house and gutters were overflowing during storms. The truck showed up to do my whole house and gutters. On one side it goes up three stories and very peaked roof. He did an amazing job. It took awhile so I know it wasnt easy. There wasnt a spot missed. It looks really great. Im a believer!

Keith the owner was very nice to talk with and very was able to schedule our gutter clean in a timely fashion. The technicians that came out were very friendly and respectful. one side of our house is very tall so their ladder did not reach, so they had to reschedule for the next day. I was not here to see what they did and so when I inspected the gutters they forgot the front one. They came back again to do it and cleaned the front gutter. They did leave some debris on the front gutter but not enough for a return call.

I hired Window Genie of Chesterfield to clean out my gutter & downspouts and they have never performed the services they were hired to perform!I have video proof (Ring DoorBell Camera) that they came out, spent less than 10 minutes on my roof and never cleared the blockage in my gutters / downspout. I called and discussed my concerns with the owner, Keith Medlin. Additionally I provided him with a detailed log of the conversation that can be heard on my ring doorbell camera which proves the blockage was never addressed. He claims that he sent his crew back out the next day to do the job correctly. However, their presence at my home that next day was never detected by my Ring Doorbell. Ten months later I am still having the same issues and the owner refuses to do anything to address the problem. The owner (Keith Medlin) won’t send his crew out to finish the job and he refuses to come out personally to take a look at the issue. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

The 2 Window Genie cleaners arrived on time, introduced themselves, removed their shoes and walked through each room with me to discuss any areas in particular that needed additional attention. Our basement carpet had several large soda stains that they treated (additional charge) and were able to remove 90%+. (Another company wasnt able to remove them).
