My first donation with the red cross since collage. Great staff.

The staff at the West County Red Cross Donation Center are great! They are always right on top of taking care of the donors needs. They care about the people that are able to give blood products for others in need, as much as they care for those needing these life saving gifts.I donate platelets as often as possible and am called a Cancer Kicker because platelets are used to help cancer patients fight their diseases. I am able to track my donation through the emails sent by Red Cross and in the mobile app. I like to see that my platelets are being used to help others and know exactly where it is in the process.

The staff here are all skilled and warm. I donate platelets so I am here for about 3 hours each time. They also take blood donations. Parking is easy and there are several places nearby to eat if you like to do that after donating.

They are the best! I have been regularly donating whole blood here since 2007 and always have a great experience.

I love donating blood at this location! Not only is it close to home, the staff is truly very caring. They always make sure you are feeling well enough to drive after your donation and never rush you.

Gave blood here one day on a whim, and passed out after donating. The staff was AMAZING in helping me feel better- they took a ton of time to make sure I was okay and good to drive home to rest.

I am a regular donor and I had the opportunity to visit this location yesterday and give whole blood. Every staff member from the young lady that greeted me at the front desk to the phlebotomist..it was a great experience and my blood donation took right at 20 minutes!!!
