This place was truly amazing. Besides the excellent job they did repairing my car, I received daily status updates. I also spoke to them several times and the customer service was so nice and extremely friendly. My husband and I were very satisfied with their work! Excellent Job! I worked with Tammi at caliber collision. She was prompt, professional, and quick after an unfortunate wreck left us in need of service. The tech Doyle did a beautiful job repairing the vehicle. To top of off Tammi and Jeff delivered the car to me after the repairs were complete. I would defiantly use their service again and recommend them to everyone I meet!

So the day that I was moving from Maryland (about 2 hours south of Washington DC) I had an unfortunate event happen where I got backed into while driving through a parking lot. Car was still in driving shape, but with a 3 day deadline to haul ass to St. Louis, MO to start a new job and a car full of personnel belongings, I knew that I couldnt deal with this immediately and started out towards Missouri. Having filed my insurance claim in MD, but informing USAA that I would be getting the work done in MO was difficult, but not impossible. They sent me a list of about 50 auto-body shops within the general radius of where I was staying (St. Peters) at the time. Not knowing anything about the general St. Louis area or good body shops, etc., I ventured online to do my own research and see if I could find one that suited my needs (which is why I am writing this, to possibly help someone out in the future). After combing through what felt like 100s of Auto-Body shops online websites, i narrowed it down to about 3 potential suitors. Abra-Auto Body and Glass had done repairs on a previous vehicle I had owned while I was out in Seattle, WA and I figured Id start with them since I knew their pedigree as a company. Upon walking into Abra and speaking with Desiree and assessing the damage, cost, time of repair and when they could start, I walked out of there knowing that I did not even have to go looking anywhere else. They got me in almost immediately and within about 5-6 days, the vehicle was done. This was a good amount of structural damage and paint that was accomplished in little to no time. I was so impressed with their efficiency, attention to detail and courtesy, not to mention the daily updates via text on the progress of my vehicle. (I literally got a text when the car was going in for dent removal, paint booth, test drive, etc.) As discussed with my insurance company, I got my deductible back about a week after my pick-up and 4 months later, the car still drives great, looks great and its all thanks to the great people at Abra. I would give this place 12 stars if I could, but it only lets me do 5 max. Thanks again Abra, Desiree and all the other professionals behind the scenes making things happen.

Attentive, friendly, respective associates that communicate extremely well through every step of the process. My repair was finished sooner than originally estimated, which is great! I can tell that every aspect of my windshield replacement and passenger side mirror assembly were done professionally. This is my 2nd experience with them, and they have gone above and beyond. They even coordinated the rental car as well! One less thing for me to worry about. Highly recommend

Wonderful service here!!! I got into an accident and selected Caliber as my repair shop not knowing exactly how the process would go. They did an EXCELLENT job informing me of the timeline and provided updates along the way. I even got my car back earlier than the estimated date! Very kind and professional crew there! My mom had to pick up my car for me and she said the 2 women she spoke with when she went in were awesome and so kind to her.

I had the Best experience with Caliber Collision. Tammy was able to get my car in the shop immediately following the accident. She was very informative, polite and helpful as was Susie. In which she kept me updated on the status of my car. Between the techs and my insurance company they moved extremely quick to complete the assessment of my car. Even though my car was a total loss the staff still treated me the same; with the upmost respect. They repaired a rear axle damaged in an accident. Because the repair was on a 20 year old Jeep Wrangler, it took them a while to secure the needed replacement parts. Throughout the time it was in the shop they texted me every morning as to the status of the repair and what was planned for that day. When they returned the vehicle it was immaculate and the manager did a thorough explanation of what work was performed on it.

All around great customer service. Tammy kept me updated via text msg at least every other day as to vehicles progress. Finished well ahead of schedule. Jay, the initial appraiser, was fantastic to work with. Obviously committed to his trade. He even touched up a ding that was not part of the original collision damage - free of charge! Body work was flawlessly performed. Very good paint shop and paint guarantee.

They did a great job on my Camaro! I had an incident where someone hit my new car and then I couldnt get it fixed due to the strike. Caliber got my car in and fixed as soon as the parts came in! They kept me up to date via text and made sure everything was replaced. There were so many tiny damages I wouldnt of even noticed but they did! They pointed them out to me and made sure my car was brought back to its original value. All the staff there is also very nice and helpful.

I took my car in for an insurance repair. Great communication never left me in the dark and they were done ahead of schedule. Previously had my sons car repaired there. Looks great. No issues. Recently was in a significant rear end accident and brought my car in. My insurance totaled the car and I wanted badly to save my vehicle for a variety of reasons. Obviously, they make no money if the car is totaled. Instead of talking me into the repair - which I wanted to do and which they would have made money on - they gave me honest answers and advice. I very much respect that. Very friendly and responsive. No hesitation recommending them to others.
