They worked on our dishwasher. After being here for less than 5 minutes he knew what was wrong. He did not hesitate in getting to work. Also checked on the plumbing associated with the dishwasher and recommended that it needed service. To prevent any further issues. This company is terrific to work with. I called at 830 am about a leaking dishwasher, water was still running in so they got someone out immediately thankfully! A part needed to be ordered, but the initial visit was over by 10am. Very helpful and very reasonable price! I used them 10 years ago for the same dishwasher, both times theyve been fantastic. I definitely recommend them.

We called Chesterfield service to look at and hopefully repair our refrigerator. They came out the next business day, assessed the situation, ordered the part, and kept us in the loop on the part delivery. It took less than a week for the part to come in and they promptly set up an appointment to repair. It took less than 40 minutes to install and make sure it was fixed. Leighton did an excellent job, communicated with us every step, and cleaned up after. We will be using Chesterfield service again.

What an amazing experience! Evan did an excellent job of reviewing and diagnosing why my dryer stopped heating! He did a thorough cleaning of the internal parts and recommended some upcoming things to watch for. Id use Chesterfield Service again and would ask for Evan to come back!

Simply put, unless Chesterfield Service isn’t an authorized dealer for your brand of appliance, why would you call anyone else to service your appliances. They’re the most customer service oriented repair company that has been in our home with a most professional, thorough and friendly technician. While our repair wasn’t an emergency Chesterfield Service scheduled our repair appointment within a couple of days. While everyone dreads having to deal with an appliance not working correctly, my wife and I are much relieved we can contact a customer service friendly company that provides great thorough service with professional and friendly technicians. Incidentally, when checking with friends that have depended on Chesterfield Service for appliance repair we heard nothing but positive comments. Also, we learned today Chesterfield Service has expanded the service offering to include plumbing and electrical work.

My service technician Evan arrived on time and was personable and professional, but even though I told them my microwave had blown a fuse and the model number, he arrived without even a spare fuse in the truck. He had to go to Ace and get a 20A fuse to finish the diagnostic. Turned out that a bad door switch was what blew the fuse and I didnt expect them to have that in the truck, but a standard 20A fuse doesnt seem like too much to ask.

Repaired my washing machine. it was old but a great machine and I didntwant to buy a new one. So thankful for Kordero and Chesterfield Service!

Sean Nickrent came out to my house and was extremely professional and polite. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and gave me an estimate. Unfortunately we had to order parts and it will not be able to be repaired for a few days but at least we have the ball rolling on repairing the AC unit which conveniently went out in the middle of August... I’m hoping the parts are local and the repair can be done promptly. But I am extremely satisfied with Chesterfield Service and will use them in the future.

Great company, and Justin was awesome! Fast but thorough. He used a multimeter to test various electrical parts on our refrigerator to determine the failure point. He knew how to troubleshoot a system correctly. Ordered the correct part needed, replaced it quickly and all is good again. Price was very reasonable. We could have paid a less if we looked around, but I doubt the service would have been as good or competent. Will use Chesterfield Service next time to make sure our repairs are always done right. 👍

Bryan installed a new shower cartridge and faucet. He explained the repair work needed as well as the cost prior to beginning work. He was able to cover the parts under warranty from the manufacturer. The work was performed professionally and he willingly answered all our questions.

We contacted Chesterfield service about our A/C being out. We were then contacted by a technician and told that because it was raining, they would not be able to fix it until it had time to dry out to be able to properly assess the situation. We then contacted another company and they came out in a timely manner, in the rain, and fixed the problem quickly. I would not recommend this company. Very unprofessional.

I called Chesterfield Service because they were listed as a preferred local service company for my basement dehumidifier. The technician, Ian, came out for a diagnostic visit on the dehumidifier. He was neat, friendly, and competent. After his testing he contacted the tech support team of the company who made the unit to confirm his diagnosis that the unit was unrepairable and also obtained the appropriate warranty information on the unit. Unfortunately it was out of warranty. He then gave me a couple of replacement recommendations and provided quotes. Overall very pleased with the service and will use them again.

I turned off my main water valve to replace water filters. Upon turning it back on it leaked. It was Sunday after church and needed immediate attention so committed to I pay the $279. Technician arrived, took an adjustable wrench out of his back pocket and tightened it. Took all of 10 seconds. He explained that this happens all the time because of calcium build up. I asked him why he didnt suggest this when he called and coordinated coming to my house. He had no answer.The invoice sent stated that he replaced the valve; not true.Will look for a different provider next time I need plumbing help.

Repair Bosch dishwasher: On time, careful, respectful of premises, VERY thorough and explained the problem, the benefit of repairing vs replacing and the cost. Set expectations of repair and timeline. Evan is a very good representation of Chesterfield service. I like that they communicate by text alerts and one phone call when tech was 15 min away. He came inside the promised window and seemed very knowledgeable and prepared.

I scheduled a cleaning of my dishwasher filter assembly.Evan arrived on time and brought all necessary equipment with him to do the job.My dishwasher had never been serviced before and had quite a lot of calcium build up. Chesterfield Service sent technician, Mike Hubbard to work on a plumbing issue in our kitchen sink. He arrived on time, and he was professional. He kept informed of what he was doing, and he explained the equipment he used in our house. The issue was not completely fixed, but he was able to not only have a referral for us, but to actually set an appointment for the issue to completely be solved. This kind of service is exceptional.

Jeff came by to give us an estimate for a water recirculating pump. Very professional explaining exactly what he would do. We agreed to have one installed and he promised to send one of his best plumbers and checked when he was available while he was standing with me.

Jeff was friendly and very thorough on his service call, and I was pleased to see that he covered his shoes before he came in the house! I had a leak in both upstairs bathrooms that was coming through my kitchen ceiling. He was on the phone making arrangements for a company to come out the next day to remove the damaged ceiling so they could proceed with repairs, and I had a tentative estimate that same afternoon!

Nobody likes having to call a plumber, but Chesterfield Service made it easy. My experience with these guys was positive from every touchpoint; I worked with various people from the office and always felt like someone had my back. I had to fix the stack and various vents on my house--the most unenjoyable aspect of home ownership. With Jesse and Jeff out in the field with me, to Josh and Liz in the office, everyone made this project happen as seamlessly as possible. Given the great customer service and experienced, friendly and knowledgeable guys doing the work, Id recommend them to anyone and plan to use other aspects of Chesterfield Services offerings.

Chesterfield Service was called at 10:48AM, and sent estimator out at 12:46 PM same day. Decided to install and they had installation completed by 3:00 PM. Excellent service, professional and courteous plumbers. They took great care to ensure no clean-up after install (used shoe covers, tarps, etc.). The office staff was always very courteous and responsive to questions and phone calls about services. And, they give a discount to veterans too! We have had several issues with our ice maker and we have used Chesterfield Service for years. For this issue we have had the same person, Justin come out on all occasions. We like that we have had him each time so we are not starting over each time with a new person. He is always on time, professional and knows what he is doing.

We needed our dryer repaired. Chesterfield Service has great customer service and Justin was professional and thorough. We even added on a service check on our refrigerator that was acting up.

Unfortunately, the cost of materials to replace on our induction cooktop was prohibitive, however Leighton was very professional and explained the problem in a clear and understandable manner.

Selected Chesterfield Service for general maintenance on my LG washer and dryer. Evan was courteous, timely, and knowledgeable. He was very honest and repaired a dryer vent hose instead of replacing it, saving me money but left me feeling that the repair was done properly.

Jeff and Mike were amazing. Water heaters went out Thursday before we were having family in over the weekend. We called because refrigerator quit working They were able to come next day. Repairman was very nice and knowledge. Had to order part.

I wonder how this company got so many positive reviews which made me call them to replace a water heater expansion tank. Beware, their service charge is crazy expensive.The technicians initially quoted me $390.00 for a tank and labor, and $90.00 for service fee. I already knew that the retail price of the tank costs only $40.00 and mentioned it to them. Then they immediately discounted to $260.00 for the tank and labor, and $90.00 for service fee. I felt $260.00 was still more expensive than expected but ok. However, they still charged the service call fee for diagnosis.I have not asked them to diagnose problems I had because I already knew I only needed my expansion tank to be replaced and called them by specifically asking replacement of expansion tank. Of course, they refused to give me estimate for this replacement over the phone. So, actually, the technicians did not need to diagnose anything. Nevertheless they have charged the service fee for diagnosis.So I have paid $350.00 in total which include the tank ($40.00 value in Home depot) and labor/service(?) ($310.00) for the replacement which took them only 10 min!I shouldve read the negative reviews before service call, most of which were regarding price.
