We had this great company, Servpro of South Chesterfield, clean our carpets and upholstery. What a great job they did! We felt very safe to have them do the job without having to follow them around like some other companies we have had to do. The crew were friendly, punctual, and thorough with moving furniture around to clean under. We also had them defog our home after we had covid. What a piece of mind to have done!If you want a great price and quality work, don’t hesitate to call them for all your needs.

Quoted one price and charged a higher price once services were rendered. I would not recommend. When I reached out about the issue, they refused to refund the difference. They had both the estimate and the amount charged, acknowledged they were different, and said it was not going to be fixed.Edit below:Your response is somewhere between deceptive and dishonest. My total bill was lower because I declined some of what was offered. However you still billed at a higher rate (not amount since you removed less flooring) than quoted for flooring removal. In addition, until I left this review you were unwilling to consider any remedies to the issues, which is very unprofessional in my opinion.

Lets be honest: When youve got water in your finished basement, youre more than likely to be very stressed. The folks at ServPro answered their phones promptly in the wee hours of a Saturday morning and arrived on scene within an hour. The crew was courteous and efficient and explained every detail of what they needed to do and how the next few days would play out as they corrected the problem. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Once the water mitigation was complete, they arranged for the reconstruction of the basement. During the process, phone calls were returned within minutes. This office is big enough to respond quickly yet small enough that no matter who answered the phone (or showed up at our door each day), everyone knew our project. Tremendous communication, internally and externally. I learned that there is longevity within their staff as well. Management is clearly committed to its employees. While I hope that I never have to deal with a flooded basement again, Id call ServPro of South Chesterfield/Wildwood in a heartbeat.

Servpro did a great job cleaning the vents and HVAC in my new home. The previous owners had animals and I was concerned about allergies. But the Servpro team came in right away, did a thorough job, and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use them again!

This company is very professional!! I had a sewer back up and unable to live in my home. Nate and the crew came out and help! Kim talk me through this as she could tell I was mad and scared for what MSD did. I am also a new home owner as I just was given my grandma home who had recently passed. There was over 50 years of memories in the basement and they went out of their way to preserve them. Nate called me everyday to go over what they will be doing. I never had to meet them, I have them my key and I trusted them with it. They made sure to lock up every time. Recently moved into a new house and had Mike and the crew come over for air duct cleaning. I do not think the previous home owner had ever cleaned the air ducts. Several weeks ago we had 4 of raw sewage back up into our finished basement. Not having anything like this happen in over 20 years, we were not sure what to do. From the first call on Monday morning, to the crew finally leaving at 10:00 pm on a Friday night, our experience could not have been any better. The professionalism each and every person displayed was exemplary. The four workers that actually did all the heavy lifting were phenomenal, they took such care and concern that you felt they were working in their own home. Even with all the destruction caused by the water, my basement was left in the condition that we could begin restoration immediately. I truly hope that I never have to call Servpro again, because I would prefer to never experience that type of flooding again, but if I do, I would not hesitate to call them in a heartbeat and neither should you. Five star is the highest rating this site allows, but if I could award 100 stars I would not hesitate. Have used the Wildwood branch for water and storm damage at both my home and business - in both cases, they arrived quickly and were very thorough, which helped to save a lot of the structure that otherwise would have been damaged.Was pleasantly surprised that they communicated and worked directly with my insurer (American Family), which completely freed up my time to tackle all of the things that need attention when so much of your property gets ruined in a flood event. I never saw a bill at all - ServPro set everything up so that they were paid directly by AmFam.Also had occasion to use them for carpet cleaning at my business and was equally impressed. They were fast, and the carpet was impeccably cleaned. Highly recommend.
