Pretty cool place. The employees were very nice and quick to come help. They have a wide selection of hot tub/spas from what I could see. I was there because they advertise pool tables as well. Hoping the had pool cues (they dont advertise pool cues btw) and they had cues and little bit of everything for your billiards need. They had a good price range in cues. From 50 dollars up to 600 dollars. They have good brands to from Joss, mc demott, Lucasii custom,viper ..

They consistently help keep my spa correctly balanced!

We had Swim n Pools install a 60,000 gallon pool in our Salisbury back yard about 15 years ago. The pool is beautiful and still in use 5 1/2 months of the year. We have had very few problems and when we do they are wonderful about talking us through what we need to do and how to do it. The first year or two I called so much the owners wife, who answered the service calls, recognized my voice. I would ask the stupidest questions and she was so patient and kind. I have to laugh thinking about all the things I called about as a new pool owner. Sometimes I would be in the middle of backwashing and couldnt remember where the valve was when I started and have to call and ask where to turn the dial when I was finished. lol. When we had a leak due to someone damaging the liner they came out and found/fixed it after we tried and couldnt. The fee was very reasonable. I wanted a black pool ( very trending now the HGTV home currently has one!) and they were the only people who would do the pool in black. I love it, still. Cant say enough good things about Cliff, his wife and son and the company as a whole. We have, over the years, come to think of them as friends. We are thinking of moving to a house with a ground floor bedroom but we want a pool. We would have Swim n Pools do our pool again without even talking to anyone else. We think the world of these people and the service they have provided us over the years.

They have a wonderful showcase floor. Staff are nice and courteous. Prices are a little bit more than big box strores.

Ive used this company for all our swimming pools needs for the past two years and could not be happier! Everyone from the owner to the newest employee have been terrific! Well my wife finally convinced me to purchase us an above ground swimming pool . We did some research and Swim-n-Pools had great review an only 2 miles from our home . We were both were like that great and so happened they we open on Sunday ,so away we headed. Upon enter the showroom we were impressed at the spa selection (yes we are in the market for a hot tub also) there were several employees on staff and 2 other customers.we waited patiently for approximately 15 minutes ,one customer left. So we were just standing there looking and waiting, NOT ONCE did anyone welcome us or advise us someone would be right with us . Appearing that we were invisible. We proceeded to leave and EVERYONE appeared to perfectly fine with us leaving with our check book in hand.SO IF YOU LOOKING FOR A POOL OR SPA WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU MAY WANT TO LOOK ELSE WERE.

Lots of parking. Easy to find. Staff is great and very, very knowledgeable. Honest place to do pool business. Will only sell you what you need. They make suggestions on how to better your pool experience. I encourage you to check it out. More than a pool store.

This place take the worry out of having your own backyard pool, they do everything. They also have a great selection of pool tables.

Has no pool tables on the floor. Was offered a magazine, but we drove an hour to look at an actual table. I can look online, I dont need a magazine. Update your website. Terrible.

Great experience. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and patient. Had a lot of questions on therapeutic spas and the benefits and they had many to choose from. They even let you try the spa out for yourself by appointment after closing so its private. Set up was fast. Guys were friendly and knew what they were doing. The whole experience was fantastic. Everyone I dealt with during the sales process and since has been very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring.

We had our 6 position multi valve replaced last fall and it leaked. We called them and they wouldnt even warranty the part or labor. Wasnt even 4 months. We have had trouble with sand getting in the pool. Clean at least 3 times a week. We now have discovered that the idiot who put that valve on forgot to put the stand up o-ring in and thats been our problem the whole time. They were supposed to do a through check last fall and they didnt we are still losing water from a leak. These guys are really screwed up and had really poor quality workmanship. I would fill my pool in before I would use this company again. Thank you.Just thought I would warn you guys...Stay away!!

We have had a of experiences here with our pool chemical testing. They dont upsell and are genuinely careful to recommend only the most critical chemicals for balance.

My mom uses swim n pools for just about all of her parts she need for our pump and our sand filter. She goes on and on about what great service they offer. I on the other hand had a job interview a few months ago and never received a call back. I sure was hoping I would get the job. My mom said I must have talked to much. LOL

Had staff members get an attitude with me on my own property when Im paying them for a service, more than once. Ended up telling them off most recently, after having had enough of their attitude and lack of professionalism. Will never work with this company again. After having complained about the lack of customer service skills from their employees I was given excuses? Apparently this kind of behavior is condoned. There is a way to speak to customers, and it certainly doesnt involve condescension. We have a rather large pool (55,000 gallons) and we continued working with them because they were familiar with the schematics of our pump system, however I simply cant tolerate their horrid approach to business any longer and I definitely wouldnt recommend them to anyone. There is NO excuse for that kind of behavior.

First time homeowners with an inground pool that hadn’t been used in 5-6 years. Cathy was AMAZING when I spoke to her over the phone and even better when I met her in person! We’ve purchase all of our supplies to include a new liner from Swim N Pools and now they’re stuck with us. They’ve made the whole experience a breeze for us and we couldn’t be happier. Super awesome staff!!!!! Trying to remember everyone’s name...but when their guys came to our house they were nothing but professional and just down right cool guys. Have to do a little name dropping on Chuck and Gary. If you have a new liner put in you’ll love them! Thanks again for everything Swim N Pool :)

Any question you have, they have an answer. And if they cannot, they will find it for you. Plus, they have FANTASTIC personalities!

Best shop around..the staff is not only knowledgeable but patient.. I knew nothing about supplies..once my husband got sick.. I relied on the staff daily in person & on the phone.

Been using Swim-N-Pools for years, and they have been great. They open and close my pool for me every year. I bring them my pool water and they test it for free and tell me exactly what to do.
