I’d contacted multiple different SMP clinics and met with a couple of them for a consultation but none of them appeared to know their stuff or reassure me with the confidence I needed to proceed with the procedure.James at Hairline Inc is a complete professional and has the interpersonal skills to match. Communication was swift and after sending a few photos I got a quote within minutes. Everything was explained thoroughly and all my questions were answered swiftly.My biggest fear of SMP was getting a hairline that looked completely unnatural. James is a total gentleman, I travelled from Plymouth to have my one to one training. James picked me up from the train station and took me to my hotel, picked me up every morning and provided refreshments/ lunch. My training was 1st class, he made me feel so confident, now Im set up on my own and enjoying the start of running a business. Highly recommended James who I met via an online local search as I had considered going to one of the national companies that undertake the procedure .. James is one of lifes gentlemen, and takes great pride in his work. After visiting James for my first consultation, all fears I had about having this permanent procedure were alleviated. He himself had undergone the procedure and it was great to chat about his experience. From the offset there was no pressure or hard sell.My personal procedure took a few more treatments than I expected but that was due to getting my colour spot on. There were no hidden costs, the price I was quoted was the price I paid, furthermore James kept in touch and made sure that I was 100% happy with the results. I had thinning hair at the front and a bald patch at the crown. I covered it for years using a combination of fibres and a bit of a comb over.
