They were quick and professional with delivery, set up, and clean up of my new bed, and even quicker with the removal of my old mattress. Took about 15 minutes to set up the bed frame, set the bed on, and remove the old mattress. Left with a smile and a satisfied customer. They even sent me a message letting me know they would be coming to my house in 15 minutes. This way I had time to clear a path for them to get the bedroom, rather than rushing to get things out of the way. Great experience 👍

The two person crew from Dunmar arrived within the first hour of the four hour window, They were very courteous, professional and efficient. The mattress and adjustable foundation were unpacked and installed in less than forty five minutes including navigating our two-flight staircase and tight turns to the master bedroom. The demonstration of the remote controlled foundation was thorough and helpful. The crew removed the old mattress and box springs and all the packing material. Great job! Word of warning: the contact process is all automated, so dont expect to be able to add little details on complicated deliveries. Nevertheless, DL navigated a complicated gate entry to a retirement home that is still COVID-protecting.

Had a delivery scheduled for between 1-5 pm, confirmed delivery on my end. When no one showed up by 3:30 I called as I had taken my only day off to receive this delivery. Reception told me that Jamil Taylor would be calling me and they were on the way and had a delivery in my area. 5:30 rolls around and I check the delivery status and they are in a city 45 minutes away, I call and naturally they are closed. Now I check and see the truck has returned to their home base over a hour away with no call at all. I’ve emailed and messaged on FB with no reply and am awaiting them to tell me in the morning that I must be present for delivery. Impossible, that’s not how my job works, I took the only day off I get to receive a scheduled delivery, if it wasn’t going to happen at the very minimum I should have been notified.

The Dunmar Logistics delivery personnel were very professional. They did a thorough job in assembling my queen size bed frame and bringing both a queen size foundation and luxury mattress to the second floor of my home up a narrow staircase and hallway. They disassembled my old bed frame and took the old queen size mattress and foundation and hauled it away. They were in and out in about 30 minutes. I was impressed. This was all done on 10 June 2020 while wearing masks and gloves due to COVID-19.

They delivered our new couch - everything was done through email/text. The guys who delivered were very careful (with the couch and with wearing their masks) and polite.
