Every time I come up here it’s closed. I’ve came up here numerous amounts of times and it’s always closed. I really need a job. I finished the first part of the application but all I need now is an interview. I really hope it gets better.

What a complete waste of time in email they tell you That in order to check if the position your applying for the seasonal to check your original posting or email when you do it says nothing about it and then you get there and there like this is seasonal work full time work is almost $3 an hour less than what you were told. Heaven forbid at some point during your life you have lost either your birth significant or your social and have gone to the department of vital records and gotten a certified copy replacement thats not good enough for them its good enough for police or military but its not good enough for a temp agency

I feel they should have jobs for teen ages 17.5 its not fair that the only thing I didnt like.

Only go here if desperate for work cause it will take forever to get started at a job, that os if you can jump all the hurdles and are willing to work any schedule they give you because they will not pay attention to you availability.This place is normally not packed but at the time of my visit it was due to the huge unemployment rates caused by Covid-19. The employees tried to keep up with all the people but it was evident that this place is not designed to handle large amounts of people. The system almost had its own personality asking the same questions despite answering them previously. Its also disappointing to have filled out an application at home only to come a do another one here. At least I was interviewed by a kind lady and given options to work. I must say though that they refused me a job due to my religious beliefs and didnt even call me or write to me trying to mediate the problem. I guess they are not there to help people but rather help Amazon get workers regardless of what people need.

Truly awful experience from start to finish. Ironically, theyre understaffed which slows everything down. They treat people like cattle, ordering them around the moment they walk into the door. People are forced to sit for hours waiting to do what should only take about 45 minutes. You arent allowed to use your cell phone while inside which only makes it more tedious. People are constantly confused on what to do and they dont want to speak up out of fear of being treated like an idiot. Some staff members were friendly but others were rude, slow moving, and lacked basic customer service skills. Many people left completely demoralized despite just getting a job.*EDIT: Amazon cancelled my application without cause after I went through the whole hiring process and was waiting for onboarding paperwork to be emailed to me, and they did so without notifying me. They wasted WEEKS of my time. Then they had the audacity to email me months later asking me to go through to process again since I had already once submitted an application and positions were available again.

The name integrity is an ironic choice for this company. Ive managed to get attendence points for leaving early on day when I was not scheduled. Schedule is wed-sat MOT sun-mon. I got my point for leaving early on Tues Nov 20,2018.

This is a cattle call experience. Understaffed, prepare for a long wait if you go here. Confused operations, you dont know for what you are applying until after they make an offer. If you have a clean record, you will probably receive a job offer.

The online application will not let you go past high school attended if you finished high school out of the country. If you call the phone # listed, they tell you theyre just call center & you need to go in to fill out the application in person...really disappointing...process needs correcting!!!!

I took someone here for an workopportunity. They are kinda unproffesional, shouting made people wait for long, hanging out outside. Other than that they were very very helpful.

I was emailed to come for an interview/registration. But I was messaged in my email that I was applying for part time hours, but after filling out the application for ten minutes I asked why I couldnt apply for pt and was told there was only full time. I wouldnt have drove the distance if I wasnt told there was part time hours available. The staffs attitude was anything to talk about because their demeanor made me feel like cattle being herded in a field. I guess they were use to hiring large groups of people and had forgotten to maintain professional tone. I wont be going back. Ill try the other staffing agencies that I heard great things about. Everythings not for everybody.

This is a bulk order company to fill quick spots for companies that do not care about you. If you use them for getting work be prepared to have a job that sucks.

I was hired on full time permenant just from walking in. Its all about timing, do not think they will let you know when those positions open up by calling or email!!!! Those positions are given away immediatley to random people like myself (only having a high school diploma 20yrs old, nothing special) they will let people think that the only way to get permenant full time is to work your butt off for a year or more making rate every night and only recieve minimal time off if you ever need to call out, mean while randomly chosen people for full time permemant get 80 hours they can use to call out without a point system, loa options etc. and we do not EVER make rate consecutively every night, our week average has to be on or above because rate every night is impossible because work is not steady in the building. Integrity knows this and Amazon knows this, just know that you will be used like a mule until they let you go if you are temp. Just keep going directly into the office until they have open slots for FT Perm.

Most times they are helpful. I only had an issue once but it was resolved quickly.

Im not sure if Im the only one experiencing this..but long story short I lost my job in august. I went to integrity this month and was given a job assignment at a specific location on a certain date. I received a call a week ago canceling that job assignment. It hit me hard a little but I kept a positce attitude and rescheduled another start date. I found a better one at the same location at another date. I just received a call tonight...canceling my job assignment. It broke me this time. This time I wanted to speak to a supervisor ..someone in charge so I could express to them..how people depended on these assignments.. I was rescheduled another assignment ..but I dont trust integrity at this point. So just a warning. Contiye the search.. Pls. Just continue .. Dont depend on these assignments.

Horrible customer service...i called 10 times to try to get them to help me update my application because i was a premier option for hiring..and every single time, they gave me a non-functioning website. on the final call, the representative told me that their office is located in DELAWARE...which is NOWHERE near PETERSBURG OR CHESTER, VIRGINIA. Very un-helpful....they should have a hotline and representative that is actually located in the AREA so they can be of more use! After all that trouble i went through, on the last call, she told me that i could just walk into the office and finish my application there (which would have been nice to know 2 hours ago.....) i live an hour and 57 mins away......so i called FIRST to see if they even had spots open before i drove out there. She said they do and so im taking the drive now. Hopefully, i dont waste my time, effort, and gas on this trip. if i do, i will, gladly, refer the representatives name on to the boss and HNIC. Wish they had better hotline help. and I hope they are better/well-equipped in the ACTUAL office in Chester or i will not be working for this company...regardless of how bad they want and pay me. that is all.

Went on a Friday got the job went to orientation that monday, they wait the day before i start and tell me they didnt have anything for me talk about unprofessional

The wait here is always hours long. They will be about 7 or 8 people working in the back but only one would be calling people names. Then they spend like an hour on each person when theres like 60 people in the waiting area. Smh they really need to work on this.
