All labcorps are closing at 2 in the afternoon. How in the hell is this helping anyone????

Don’t go here I had a scheduled app at 11:15 checked in via the app. Waited in my car till I got a text to go in. Once I was in 2 other people walked in and got helped before me and my name was up on the screen as checked in first. It was 11:50 and more people walked in mind u the front area is small w over 6 people in it so I walked out!

My name is Erica Mathews. Rivkalea Yacobi is my Hebrew name. I go to labcorp on 24th street in Upland because the service is excellent. I have terrible veins and the technicians there are the best I have ever come across in my almost 70 years. They are sweet, kind, professional and Ive never waited an undue amount of time. If getting bloodwork is hard for you, you must use this lab. These girls are the best. ❤

Informed by staff in Upland Office location that Springfield LabCorp closed at 2pm on Saturday (needed lab work done by Monday). Checked internet at 11am Saturday and found out that Incorrect information was given (office closed at 11am). Tried to call but office closed.

Just had my bloodwork done yesterday at the Upland Lab Corp and it was great! They got me in and out very timely, they were very friendly and the lady that did my work was Mia, she was awesome!! Highly recommend this place!!

Lady Beatrice is nice and kind to provide service. She is patient with a foreign student. In addition, LabCorp here is easy to park, and quick to access. Nice place.

The lady at the desk was terrible... not helpful at all, nonchalant, & didnt care.

It’s a joke here. The tech don’t do things in order. I was sitting in a room for 15 mins and watched 2 people get called from the waiting room and have their blood drawn first when I had an appt half an hour before them. I informed the ONE tech that I was there first and he proceeded to ignore me. I miss the sweet black lady who was a tech. Maybe she was off that day, or maybe she no longer works here. I wouldn’t blame her. Employees here have no compassion.

I waited over an 1 for a SCHEDULED appt. They have ONE EMPLOYEE doing the registration and the lab work. Labcorp you must do better.

The labcorp in Chester went down hill. Ive seen 3 people that came in after me and got waited on before me. One top of that there is only one person working. Thats a problem!!!
