My dad has been using D&A for as long as I can remember. I just had to get my brake pads replaced and a reverse light to pass inspection. The dealership that I bought my car (where inspections are free) wanted to charge an arm and a leg so I decided to check out D&A. Being a woman, I usually feel very intimidated when it comes to mechanics but with D&A I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I am willing to pay the inspection fee from now on just to have their great service. I will recommend them every time. They really look out for their customers.

Reasonable rates and reliable. They are pretty honorable to when it comes to making things right within reason. They know when its their error and they fix it. Owner has been in business over 20 years.

My truck was towed to this business. The owner got called me let me know he needed a new motor and told me he would research prices. After a few days he called and asked if I could come in and talked with him. He gave me the estimates. They were very reasonable but I was still a bit sceptic about whether to proceed or not. Some mechanics see a female coming and all they see is $$$signs but not him. He was straight with me and said he really didnt think putting another motor in the truck was worth it since it would be my second one in three years. He even tried to help me find someone to buy the truck and when we couldnt he let the truck stay there not charging me a storage fee until I eventually got it moved. I was really thankful. It just goes to show that it isnt always about the $$$ signs. Honesty and integrity goes a long way. He saved me a lot time and money and I was truly grateful. He didnt know it but I secretly sent a lot of business his way. This is a great place and I would recommend it to anyone.

If I could do negative stars I would. I came in the day before for him to tell me to come in the next day at 8:30. I got there at 8:30 only to sit there til 10. Just for an inspection! Don’t take your car here for inspection because they will break something in order to give you a rejection sticker just to make you pay more money.

Do not go here. John took $1600 of my money and 7 weeks to replace a head gasket. When i got the car back it was smoking and leaking oil and dumping antifreeze and running hot. I called and told him. He said hed call me back. When he didnt return my call i started calling him. After several attempts i went to the shop as parked while dialing again. After 4 rings and as i was opening the door there he sat at the desk ignoring my call. I am filing a civil suit against him within this next half hour.

The owner Johnny will not take advantage of you or fix anything that does not need to be fixed. He is an honest man and mechanic. He will keep your car on the road and does a great job. His prices are better than anybodys and does good work.

When it takes three weeks to put a motor in, and a month and a half later they still have your vehicle. Because there’s a problem with the motor. And when you call they act like they don’t have time to look at my vehicle. Over $2000 later. And still waiting. Sad all the good things I heard about Johnny
