I have been with this State Farm Ins Office for 30+ years. My rate dropped to a 3rd of what I had been paying. Over the course of the 30+ years, I only had one incident with a customer service representative that was unpleasant. I decided everyone has an off day occasionally. My claim was still covered and weve had great service with any issue that has come up. They have bent over backwards to help us get the best rates. Im a satisfied customer for over 30 years. Thank you!

Could not reach anyone EVER!!! Customer service was non-existent this is hands down one of the worst branches ever was with State Farm for 5 years and moved to RVA and received cancellation within two months of living here because of their negligenc. I did not try to renew my policy with State Farm solely for the actions of this office
