We booked a party bus through Ace Limousine for a birthday party that our group was going to on the Spirit of Philadelphia and the service we received was great! Our driver was very accommodating and professional. The first party bus we got was having some AC issues, so our driver arranged to get us into another bus so we would be comfortable. We switched party buses quickly and the second bus was great! We had lots of room for our group and the AC worked great! Our driver came back to pick us up after our event was was promptly on time and got us home safely. We appreciate the service we received and will definitely use Ace Limousine in the future.

Ace Limousine & Airport Service was a great company to work with. My husband and I hired them for our wedding party bus and they were wonderful to work with. When we changed our wedding venue and date due to COVID-19, I was not charged additional money. They had champagne on the bus to celebrate and the driver even gave me a present of custom champagne flutes with our names and wedding date. I was on time to both the church and even arrived early to my wedding reception which was near impossible on a holiday weekend going from Center City to NJ. I would absolutely use this company again!

Had reservations for the 26 passenger bus. Our driver Jessie was an amazing driver and safe driver. He was very courteous and attentive.However, I received an email the day before the event stating a card must be provided to have a $350 hold for incidentals. However, the contract did not state that. I called and spoke with uncouth representative Ryan. I informed him the contract did not state $350 would be charged for incidentals. He was very dismissive and rude from the initial email! I told Ryan that I had spoke to his Boss, Ace and neither Ace nor the contract stated that. He raised his voice and continued to talk over me while I was speaking and even laughed when I finally managed to get a word in.I put two and two together, calculated that since it was $175 for an extra hour I had planned on getting back, that’s exactly why he asked for $350 hold, NOT for incidentals. Ace stated I could pay the driver in CASH at the bus. Because it was too late to cancel, I called to update my card and when I asked him was that the reason, he switched his words and stated that yes, the $350 indeed was for extra hours. I relayed to him what Ace stated and he preceded to tell me “Ace is my father and he’s barely in the office.” That statement in itself showed me that Ryan is a dismissive person and he doesn’t think his father is intelligent enough to know his company policy.Fast forward to today, I check my card balance and $350 hold is still present, $25 admin fee and an extra $43.75 for tolls was charged on my card. Why in the world am I charged an admin fee? Customers should NOT be responsible for an admin fee!! To back track to the last pay statement and contract, TOLLS WERE INCLUDED IN THE FINAL TOTAL which was $673. Tolls do not change. So why is there an extra charge for tolls when we went the same way and came back the same way?The actual party bus was unsatisfactory. The bluetooth nor the aux was working, we attempted with our iPhone and Android phone cords. Out of the eight speakers only two were working and the third was in and out. The radio was staticky. The handle bars in the ceiling were too tall and we could barely reach them. Additionally, it was very hot on the bus. We were all perspiring from the moment we stepped foot on the bus until we exited. All in all, it did not feel like a party bus being that it was lacking key features. As school bus with colorful lights would have been more satisfactory.They need to retrain their staff, especially Ryan to be more appreciative of customers that makes reservations with the company or else he would be unemployed. The buses need to be updated and proper maintenance needs to be done before charging over $1,000 for a half way working “party bus”.I will be disputing all extra charges on my credit card that were not authorized and happy to state, they will will be hearing from my lawyer.

We also rented a getaway car for the end of the night for us, and a vehicle to safely take our parents home. All of the drivers showed up on time and were very professional and courteous. We booked Ace for our April wedding that got postponed to August. Ace was very easy to communicate with and work with us through our ever changing plans! I was most stressed out about transportation for our wedding day (mostly because I had never rented a transportation service and we had several different locations to consider). Ace went through everything with us, made sure we had the right size vehicles, and were extremely flexible with us. Once we settled on the August date, there were no changes to our contract and everything went off without a hitch. The limos and buses were clean and extremely nice. After our ceremony, the driver gave us a gift (two toasting glasses with our name and date engraved) and it was the sweetest thing ever. I was just happy that everything had gone so smoothly, so a thoughtful gift was the icing on the cake. Definitely would work with Ace again, they were so easy and reliable!

We were so thrilled with Ace Limo that we couldnt wait to write them a positive review. We rented the black 24-person partybus, which was perfect for our wedding party of 14 and gave us ample room to provide comfortable spacing for everyone. On our very hectic wedding day, our driver (Joe C) adhered to a complicated schedule that involved multiple pickups/dropoffs at our wedding venue with little to no room for errors. Joe was on time with his pick ups, and dropped off everyone to the minute of when we were expecting. He was as cool as the other side of the pillow in giving us an initial walk through on how to use the sound system so we can play our curated playlist via our phone and usb cable. There are a few different lighting options on the interior, as well as two ample-sized built in coolers. When the shuttle arrived they were already filled with ice and some bottled water for our guests, all we had to do was stock our beverages of choice. Communication with the reservation specialists leading up to the event was spectacular as well. We exchanged many emails and calls leading up to the wedding.Also, the limo company provided us with a pair of complimentary custom-etched champagne glasses with our names and wedding date on them, which was a really nice touch. My wife and I are going to use them every year on our anniversary to celebrate. As the very important beginning and closing bookend to our wedding celebration, Ace Limo really did do a spectacular job in kicking off the party and getting us all home safely afterwards.

We used Ace Limousine for our bridal party transportation in Bensalem, PA. They were extremely professional and on time. We ordered a shuttle bus that holds about 25 people and it was very comfortable and clean with leather seats. Our driver was very courteous and offered to keep my bouquet on the floor in front of the front seat in water during our travel. I was very stressed out on our wedding day, and it was nice to not have to worry about the transportation aspect of it. Ace even gave us a wedding gift! Every step of the way they were so helpful, patient and responded promptly. The guests said the buses were comfortable - and we had a lot of seniors who were very happy with the shuttle and even opted to stay a little later at the venue to ride the shuttle back instead of taking a cab. Dealing with these people felt like dealing with very close friends or family. They even gave us recommendations for an after party location near our venue. When we started looking into transportation options for our wedding we looked at several options and Ace ended up being our number one choice because of their speediness in replies, professionalism, variety in options and pricing. Great service and reasonably priced shuttle for our wedding guests! We appreciated the check-in call leading up to our event, so we could determine pick up and drop off times. Very easy company to work with.

We used Ace Limousine for our wedding in June 2016. It was by far the cheapest pricing of the 10 companies I looked into. When we went to check out the 26 passenger party bus they hadnt cleaned the bus and the building, offices and area were a little sketchy. We booked because our ceremony and reception site were only 15 minutes away from each other so we really only needed the bus for 2 hours (but we had to pay for the full 4 hours) and werent willing to go overboard with the price. The day of the wedding they arrived early (which was great!) and the bus was clean, the driver was fine but did not go out of his way to be helpful or pleasant. The route the driver took was WAY out of the way and we could have cut our drive time in half if he would have taken the direct route. We had 22 passengers on the 26 passenger bus and it was tight. But by far the worst was how HOT it was. There was no air circulating through the bus even though the driver said it was on full blast. We werent completely disappointed because the transportation was not really important to us. So if you are looking for something easy and cheap I recommend Ace, but if you are travelling a long distance or transportation is high on your priority list I would go elsewhere.

We rented the 31 person bus for a girls night out to Philadelphia. The night went perfect, our driver Jay made sure we were all comfortable and communicated clearly about details of drop off and pick up. Booking the bus was very easy and prices were reasonable. Will definitely book again sometime soon!

Ace Limousine provided transportation for our wedding in December and we had the best experience. I’ve had bad experiences with limo company’s in Delaware so when I read the reviews I knew we had to book them. They communicated with us during the planning, a week before the wedding and the day of. They were on time and stuck with our schedule. The limo party bus was supplied with complimentary water, champagne, sodas and we received engraved champagne glasses with our names and wedding date! It was so thoughtful of them to do that and we will have them as a keepsake forever. I highly recommend Ace limousine for any event and will use them in the future!

Ace ACED the party bus game 😉! I will never use another company for a night out with my friends. The driver was exceptional! He was even willing to accommodate our every request. Ive never experienced that level of hospitality in a limousine service.

I was given two emails and a text to confirm ahead of time. The driver Micheal showed up about 15 minutes early, he was courteous to everyone and took extra steps to make sure everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the experience. We did an Eagles tailgate and wanted to be in Lot C. One of the busiest lots. He was able to maneuver the 20 passenger party bus through the lot like it was a FIAT. During the event he was pleasant but gave us our space. The bus was clean stocked with waters and you could tell it was cared for.Thanks again to the team at ACE for making my wifes 35th a hit.Rich
