Colleen & John at the cheshire location were very helpful, patient and informative. They have beautiful, modern options for any event. I got so many compliments on the tablescape I put together from their rentals. It was a pleasure working with Durants, I would definitely recommend them & use them again for all my rental needs.

Please do not rent from this establishment!! They rent garbage equipment. I rented ten outdoor heaters for my daughters wedding and they were garbage. I attempted to turn them on following their website instructions and 4 out of the ten would not turn on.. I contacted Marleen the store manager and she sent out an employee to help with the situation... after about one hour he was able to turn them on for a brief moment then he turned them all off. I asked him if there will be a problem when I need to turn them on during the event and he responded by saying “the buttons are broken but if you play with them you should get them on.” Needless to say when the event started 5 out of the ten did not turn on. I spent over an hour during my daughters wedding trying to light their garbage heaters. I called the emergency telephone number and I did NOT get a call back when they promised me I would if I could not get them on. They day after the wedding I called to attempt to rectify this horrible experience and left several msg to no avail. When I finally reached the store manager Marleen she was not helpful and refused to give us a credit for the garbage equipment... Please do not rent from these crooks!!! I gave them one star because the system does not allow me to give them negative stars!

Ordered rentals for my wedding in June, 2019. Excellent service meets competitive pricing. I really appreciate Janice who through her experience was able to take my concept from 0 to complete in one visit. John is exceptionally responsive and so respectful of your budget. I had to switch things around a few times and it never threw them off their game. The delivery was smooth and the items themselves were just as displayed. Thank you for making my wedding a success- and for a great price. :)

Lynne was great to deal with and very helpful. The guys who dropped off the tents, tables, chairs and linen were hard working and courteous. Price is reasonable. Definitely recommend

We had a large outdoor wedding at a vineyard and needed to rent everything from the tent to the salt and pepper shakers. I cant say enough good about Durants (Superior) Event Rentals. Jackie was fabulous and helped us from start to end. We ran into some issues with our venue and Jackie rearranged our order and timing at the last minute with ease to fix it for us. Not sure we would have pulled it off without her. The tent installers led by Valadamir were equally as professional and accommodating when the space had to change. He ensured we still had what we needed with a calm and efficient manner. I know things happen when planning a large wedding, but we had more than our share except for Durants. I would definitely recommend and use them again!
