Technician was rude, used fowl language and would not provide his name when asked!! He lied about coming out for a service call days earlier at Bass Island estate. He was at 65 Log St Manchester, NH at 12:00 noon on Tuesday April 20th 2021! Whoever he was should not be paid by association and reprimanded or worse for his Disqusting behavior!!! Any reputable establishment should not employ such a person in the service business!!!

All branches of FPT always give great great service. The technicians are very knowledgeable. I feel safe knowing that my fire protection infrastructure is monitored and maintained by FPT.

This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. The office staff is rude and disrespectful. No one has a clue what they are doing, they never send the same person out to do an inspection and they get rid of the good guys. The owner Ned is clueless basically handed a business that he will run into the ground. They lost my business
